本发明向人们公开一种芦笋饮料配方,它包括以下成分(重量百分比):芦笋汁50-55%、枇杷果汁20-33%、白砂糖7-8%、蜂蜜2-3%、柠檬酸0.08-0.2%、维生素C0.02-0.03%。相比现有技术,本发明能有效除去芦笋原汁中的苦味,不但口感好,风味浓,而且具有调节人体代谢,提高身体免疫力,预防高血压、心脏病等多种保健功能。

本发明属于食品技术领域,特别是一种芦笋饮料配方。
背景技术
芦笋属于蔬菜类植物,又名石刁柏。芦笋富含多种氨基酸、蛋白质和维生素,其含量均高于一般水果和蔬菜,特别是芦笋中的天冬酰胺和微量元素硒、钼、铬、锰等,具有调节机体代谢,提高身体免疫力的功效,在对高血压、心脏病、白血病、血癌、水肿、膀胱炎等的预防和治疗中,具有很强的抑制作用和药理效应。用芦笋汁制作饮料营养成分高,但原汁中含有较多的酶,苦味浓,不易上口,多数消费者不能接受。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对芦笋原汁中苦味浓,口感不佳的缺陷,提供一种风味浓、口感好,并具有保健功能的芦笋饮料配方。
本发明目的是通过下述方案实现的:
一种芦笋饮料配方,包括以下成分(重量百分比):
芦笋汁50-55%、枇杷果汁20-33%、白砂糖7-8%、蜂蜜2-3%、柠檬酸0.08-0.2%、维生素C0.02-0.03%。
具体实施方式
1、先将芦笋、枇杷果分别洗净,除去泥沙、污物及夹杂物等,清洗干净。
2、芦笋用沸水杀菁3-4分钟后冷却;枇杷果不必用沸水处理,但要取出果肉里面的种子。
3、用榨汁机分别将芦笋、枇杷果肉榨出汁来,一般都采用螺旋式榨汁机榨汁,所得的液汁用离心分离机分离除去粗粒子及粗纤维质,静置5-7分钟。
4、待芦笋汁、枇杷果汁澄清后,按比例混合汁液及加入相应成分,充分搅拌均匀。
5、以瞬间加热至90℃左右,装罐封盖,置于杀菌釜内110℃,茶菌10分钟后冷却至室温即得成品。
实施例
实施例1:按芦笋汁50%、枇杷果汁33%的比例混合后,再加入白砂糖7%、蜂蜜2%、柠檬酸0.09%、维生素C0.02%,加入纯静水至大100%。
实施例2:按芦笋汁55%、枇杷果汁20%的比例混合后,再加入白砂糖7.5%、蜂蜜2.5%、柠檬酸0.2%、维生素C0.02%,加入纯静水至大100%。

1.一种芦笋饮料配方,其特征在于,包括以下成分(重量百分比):芦笋汁50-55%、枇杷果汁20-33%、白砂糖7-8%、蜂蜜2-3%、柠檬酸0.08-0.2%、维生素C0.02-0.03%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种芦笋饮料配方,其特征在于,所述芦笋汁、枇杷果汁均采用原汁。
