保健冰淇淋
本发明涉及一种冰淇淋,尤其是一种低糖、低脂肪的保健冰淇淋。
目前市场上出售的冰淇淋突出高糖、低脂肪,高蛋白,过多食用会造成人体脂肪堆积而导制肥胖,并且口感过腻,往往使相当一些消费者在食用冰淇淋时产生思想顾虑。
本发明的目的在于提供一种低糖、低脂肪并且有健身作用的保健冰淇淋。
本发明是这样实现的,它是在制作常规冰淇淋的基础上降低了糖及脂肪的含量,并且加入了中药材决明子和茶,使冰淇淋既清冷爽口,又能起到清热降火、清肝明目和减肥的功效。本发明选用砂糖、无糖奶粉、植物油、决明子、茶和水为配料,其各配料的重量比例是砂糖比奶粉比植物油比决明子比茶比水=10-13∶12-15∶0.8-2∶0.6-1∶0.2-0.8∶80-90,先将决明子和茶在一起煎煮后过滤,再将砂糖、奶粉、植物油、水与决明子茶汁混合均匀,经灭菌、均质、冷却、凝冻、灌装、硬化、包装而成。
本发明的优点在于其配料中糖与脂肪含量少,增加了中药决明子和茶,从而消除了肥胖人思想的顾虑,适合于高血压、高血脂和冠心病患者食用,它具有清热降火、清肝明目和减肥的功效。而且本发明属纯天然制品,不含任何香精、色素,是真正的绿色保健食品。
下面以实施例对本发明进一步说明:
实旋例1:
本发明选用蔗糖、无糖奶粉、花生油、决明子、茉莉茶和水为配料先将决明子和茶在一起煎煮30分钟后,作200目的筛过滤后,再将蔗糖、奶粉、花生油、水与决明子茶汁混合均匀,经煮沸灭菌后,在均质机中均质、池中冷却、老化30分钟,在0C-4C条件下凝冻30分钟,然后灌装、冰库中硬化后包装而成。其各配料的重量比例是蔗糖比奶粉比花生油比决明子比茶比水=13∶12∶2∶0.6∶0.2∶80。适合于儿童及青年人食用。
实施例2:
选用甜菜糖、无糖奶粉、棕榈油、决明子、陕青茶和水为配料,如实施例1的制作方法而成,其各配料的重量比例是甜菜糖比无糖奶粉棕榈油比决明子比陕青茶比水=10∶15∶0.8∶1∶0.8∶90。适用于老年人和高血压、冠心病、高血脂患者及肥胖人食用。

1、一种低糖低脂肪的保健冰淇淋,其特征在于它选用砂糖、无糖奶粉、植物油、决明子、茶和水为配料,其各配料的重量比例是砂糖比奶粉比植物油比决明子比茶比水=10-13∶12-15∶0.8-2∶0.6-1∶0.2-0.8∶80-90,其制备工艺先将决明子和茶在一起煎煮后过滤,再将砂糖、奶粉、植物油、水与决明子茶汁混合均匀,经灭菌、均质、冷却、老化、凝冻、灌装、硬化、包装而制成。
