Abstract

一种本草降压降脂食品,包括具有降脂作用的冷饮、饮料、面粉、糕点四大类,是将草决明子粉末根据不同配比加入到上述四类食品中,按照普通工艺制作成品。冷饮类的制作是将草决明子颗粒与水按照重量比1∶5的比例配好,煮沸15分钟,温火续煮30分钟,过滤,留取含有草决明子成分的液体加入到制作冷饮的原料中,即制成本草降压降脂冷饮。将上述滤出余渣干燥粉碎后掺入到面粉中,其掺入比例根据不同人群需要而不同,制作成糕点。面粉类的制作方法是取草决明子颗粒研成细粉,掺入面粉中制成降压降脂面粉。本发明提供了一种简而易行的疗效食品,普及性强,将防病治病融于日常生活,具有明显的降压降脂减肥的疗效。

本草降压降脂面粉
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种掺有中草药的食品,属于疗效食品技术领域,具体涉及一种本草降压降脂食品。
背景技术:
自明代杰出医药学家李时珍的开拓性尝试以来,中国人即大力探寻挖掘中草药宝库中的无穷奥秘,为人类作出过辉煌的贡献。但是,自有人类以来,先于我们而辞世的以800多亿计烈祖烈宗当中,由于患高血压、高血脂而引发疾患并过早辞世的又何止几亿、几十亿?心脑血管疾病更成为当代人类的强悍杀手!在人类尚未全面绘制出遗传基因图谱之前的至少三十年之内,对付上述不时夺取我们亲人生命的杀手,从中国的中草药宝库中探寻抵制其的“克星”,乃当务之急!而目前,除专门的中药之外,还没有简而易行的疗效食品,特别是只将一种普遍易得的中药成分掺入到食品中制成的预防疗效降压降脂食品。
发明内容:
针对上面问题,依据前述理念,本发明的目的是提供一种将“决明子”掺入到日常饮食中,以达到“降压”、“降脂”“减肥”等目标的本草降压降脂食品。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
本草降压降脂食品,包括具有降脂作用的冷饮、饮料、面粉、糕点四大类,其特征是:将草决明子粉末根据不同配比加入到上述食品中,按照普通工艺制作,得到上述四大类的本草降压降脂食品。
其具体方法是:
1、冷饮类:
将草决明子与水按照1Kg与5Kg的比例配好,先煮沸15分钟,再用温火继续煮30分钟,即共用火煮45分钟;然后将液固共存物进行过滤,滤出固体,留取草决明子液体加入到制作冷饮的原料中。将余渣干燥、粉碎成面粉状。
2、糕点类:
将上述1中的固体余渣干燥粉碎之后得到的草决明子干粉末掺入到面粉中,其掺入比例根据不同人群需要而不同:有家族高血压、高血脂病史的人群需要量略大,草决明子余渣粉末占面粉的重量比应在6——60%,而没有家族病史,以预防保健为目的的正常人群,草决明子余渣粉末占面粉的重量比为0.01——1.99%;按照糕点的普通工艺流程制作成降压降脂点心。
3、面粉类:
取草决明子颗粒研成近似于白面的细粉,掺入到面粉中制成降压降脂面粉,其具体比例为:有家族高血压、高血脂病史的人群,草决明子粉末占面粉总重量的5——20%;而没有家族病史,以预防保健为目的的正常人群,草决明子粉末占面粉总重量的0.01——4.99%;掺入后,用大机器混匀,可以制作成各种面食。
本发明的研究试验经历了较长的过程,经长期的考察研究发现,上述各种掺入草决明子的食品配方,在食用后确实有效地防治了高血压、高血脂,对于减肥也具有良好效果。该食品对于低血压及常有腹泻的人群不宜。按本发明配方制作出的冷饮、糕点、面粉制品很容易被广泛接受和欢迎,从而无形中,在不知不觉的饮食调节中,对人类健康有着巨大危害的疾病便被攻克了。
对于决明子,药物史书有着较多而全面的记载。决明子的名字始载于《神农本草经》,它的各种异名为草决明、羊明(《吴普本草》),羊角(《广雅》),马蹄决明(陶弘景),还瞳子(《医学正传》),狗屎豆(《生草药性备要》),假绿豆(《中国药植志》),马蹄子(《江苏植药志》),千里光(《山西中药志》),芹决(《陕西中药志》),羊角豆(《广东中药》),野青豆(《江西草药》),猪骨明、猪屎蓝豆、细叶猪屎豆、夜拉子、羊尾豆,藏药名:台嘎多杰,等等。
决明子的原植物“决明”,为豆科植物决明的成熟种子。决明(《本经》),又名:夜关门、羊触足、假羊角菜、假花生、夜合草、野花生。是一年生草本,高约1米,茎直立,上部多分支,全体被短柔毛。叶互生;双数羽状复叶;叶柄上面有沟,叶轴上2小叶间有腺体;托叶线状,早落;小叶3对,倒卵形,长2-3厘米,先端圆形,有微秃尖,基部广楔形或近圆形,一边倾斜,全缘,上面近无毛,下面被柔毛。花腋生,成对;总花梗长约1厘米,被柔毛;萼片5,卵圆形,外面被柔毛;花瓣5,倒卵形或椭圆形,具短爪,黄色;雄蕊10,上面3枚退化,下面7枚发育完全;子房细长,弯曲、被毛,具柄,花柱极短,柱头头状。荚果,线形,略扁,弓形弯曲,长15-24厘米,直径4-6毫米,被梳柔毛。种子多数,菱形,灰绿色,有光亮。花期6-8月,果期9-10月。野生于山坡、河边,或栽培。全国大部分地区有分布。本植物的全草或叶(野花生)亦供药用。
决明子的药理及作用:
1、治失明,目中无他病,无所见,如绢中视:马蹄决明二升,倒筛,以粥饮服。忌鱼、蒜、猪肉、辛菜。(《僧深集方》决明散)
2、治目赤肿痛:决明子炒研,茶调,敷两太阳穴,干则易之。亦治头风热痛。(《摘元方》)
3、治雀目:决明子二两,地肤子一两,上药,捣细罗为散。每于食后以清粥饮调下一钱。(《圣惠方》)
4、治眼补肝,除暗明目。(《圣惠方》决明子散)
5、治急性结膜炎。(《河北中药手册》)
6、治高血压。(《江西草药》)
7、治小儿疳积。(《江西草药》)
8、治癣。(《苏沈良方》)
9、抗菌作用:种子的醇提取物对葡萄球菌、白喉杆菌及伤寒、副伤寒、大肠杆菌等均有抑制作用,而水提取物则无效。水侵剂(1∶4)在试管中对某些皮肤真菌有不同程度的抑制作用。含大黄酚,但量不多,可能与其轻度的抗菌、泻下作用有关。
10、降低血清胆甾醇。具有降血脂作用。
11、其他作用:清热明目、润肠通便。抗皮肤真菌,托引黄水、杀虫、镇静、滋补。
具体实施方式:
例1、取草决明子粉0.5公斤,加入到9.5公斤面粉中去,用机器混匀,做成馒头等各种面点。
例2、取煮过的草决明子余渣100克,经干燥、粉碎成面粉状,混入1900克面粉中,按照普通工艺流程制作成点心。
例3、将2公斤草决明子加入10公斤水中,煮沸15分钟,然后用温火煮半小时,即共煮45分钟;取其汁液,再配以与汁液等重量的奶汁、糖等,加入到冷饮原料中,制成具有降压降脂作用的冷饮。
例4、将10克草决明子粉加入到100千克面粉中,混匀后,按照普通工艺流程制成面食,可供无家族病史群体正常预防保健食用。
例5、取草决明子粉末60克,加入到240克面粉中,混匀,按照普通工艺流程,制作成糕点,提供给有高血压高血脂家族病史的人食用。
例6、取草决明子粉末60克,加入到3940克面粉中,混匀,按照普通工艺流程,制作成糕点,提供给无高血压高血脂家族病史的,而以预防保健为目的的人食用。

Claims (4)

1、一种降压降脂面粉,其特征在于:是将草决明子颗粒研磨成白面细度的细粉,掺入到面粉中而制成的。
2、根据权利要求1所述的降压降脂面粉,其特征在于:用于高血压、高血脂家族病史的人群,其中草决明子粉的掺入量占面粉总重量的5-20%。
3、根据权利要求1所述的降压降脂面粉,其特征在于:用于没有家族病史,以预防保健为目的的正常人群,其中草决明子粉的掺入量占面粉总重量的0.01-4.99%。
4、由权利要求1所述的降压降脂面粉制成的面食。
