Abstract

Description

本发明涉及一种在金属热成形,尤其是板材,型材或管子的热(成形)轧时,在工具或工件上涂敷含石墨润滑剂悬浮液的新型装置。
在以前的方法中,不是完全放弃采用润滑方法,就是在热工件和工具上涂敷油乳剂。
不采用润滑时,会使工具,如轧辊的磨损增大,由此而加快了工具的替换速度,增加了开支。
油润滑有一缺点,即油在热工具上要烧焦,散发出不受欢迎的,对人体健康有害的烟雾。此外,关于润滑特性,油的润滑特性明显比石墨差。到目前为止,使用传统的涂敷设备如喷嘴进行油乳剂的涂敷,大体上是不能控制的,而且时常要同时使用冷却水。
由此所提出的任务是,研制出一种装置,该装置能克服已知的缺点。
利用一按照权利要求1的装置,能完成此任务。该装置由一包括一或多个喷射单元的集合管(分配器)组成。
权利要求2至6描述了该装置的最佳结构形式。按照最佳实施例,上述分配器具有一圆柱形空腔(Hohlform)及一腔室(Kammer);也可使分配器划分为多个腔室,且使每个喷射单元或某一组喷射单元附属于一腔室;分配器固连于一支柱,且要使该分配器牢固固定或绕诸分配器的纵轴线可转动,以及与轴线夹某一角度而固定;或使该分配器能沿其纵轴线移动;分配器与一具有一程序控制装置的控制和分配单元相连接,其中控制和分配单元又和一高压和过滤件接上;其中喷射单元由一带有成品入口的套,一带有喷嘴的喷射头,一闭锁装置和一筛分装置组成。
图1示意表示了一按照本发明的装置的实例,它由一分配器1组成,另有三只喷射单元2装在该分配器1上,且位于支柱3内。
图2示意表示了一按照本发明的装置,其中,在一轧机机座12中,数个分配器1与一控制和分配单元6和一高压和过滤单元7相连接。
图3表示一在板材热辊轧时应用的本发明装置的正视图和侧视图,其中:

分配器1最好具有一例如为圆柱形的空腔(Hohlform)。
喷射单元2,通过一螺纹连接或一合适的联接系统,与分配器1压紧密闭连接。
关于喷射单元2,叙述过许多结构形式。最合适的是,将如在专利DE-P  S2724931,EP-A39839或EP-P  S131120中描述的喷射单元2应用于本发明的装置上。图4和5表示了两种可采用的结构形式。
每个分配器1上的喷射单元2的数量视该装置的每个部件而定。
对于宽度为约0.5米至2米的板材的辊轧,其布置方式可应用如图2所示的这种方式。在这种实例中,每个轧辊可设置3只分配器1,两只外部分配器1各装一个喷射单元,而一中间分配器装三只喷射单元。
分配器1能包括一个或多个腔室。如图1所示,分配器1具有一腔室,所有喷射单元2均匀地供给含石墨润滑剂悬浮液。
如图5指出的,分配器也能划分为多个腔室,每个喷射单元或一组喷射单元分属于各个单独的腔室。
采用这样的划分,不致使所有喷射单元同时工作,而是有目的地,就是说,及时和恰当的参与工作,只要需要时,就可进行喷涂润滑剂悬浮液。因此,能避免不必要的产品损耗并节约开支。
另外,将分配器牢固地安装于一合适的支柱3上,或使分配器可绕诸分配器的纵轴线4转动,以及与该轴线夹一定的角度,这种设置是实用的。也能这样设置,即使支柱沿诸分配器的纵轴线4能滑动。由此,能使诸个适当设置在分配器1上的喷射单元2,在被喷洒工具或工作表面上作精确的调整。通过一普通的控制设备实现机动的旋转运动。
为分配器1和诸喷射单元2供给含石墨润滑剂悬浮液这一工作可由一未详细画出的贮罐完成,该罐通过一高压和过滤单元7和一具有一程序控制装置的控制和分配单元6包括含石墨润滑剂的悬浮液。工作压力为20至100巴之间。
高压部件可适当地由一商业上通用的活塞泵组成,最好再连接上一连续工作的旋转滤器如专利DE-P  S2823092所述的那种滤器。该滤器的任务是从悬浮液中滤除粗粒子。
该控制和分配单元6主要包括一具有普通控制和测量装置的商业上通用的程序控制设备,其功能是使润滑剂悬浮液能及时和恰当地喷洒,且在所需压力下,首先将悬浮液输送给分配器,然后送给单个的喷射单元。
另外,设备的减压和冲洗可通过控制和分配单元处理。
在本发明的装置中,最好是采用含石墨润滑剂悬浮液,如在专利EP-A240825中所述的那种。
直到目前,本文所述的本发明装置尤其适用于辊轧板材用的扁钢轧辊的喷涂,辊轧如轨道这样的特殊型材用的型材轧辊的喷涂,辊轧如H和I型梁的型材用的轧辊的喷涂或辊轧无缝钢管用的轧辊的喷涂。

Claims (9)

1、一种用于金属热成形时在工具或工件上涂敷含石墨润滑剂悬浮液的装置,其特征在于,该装置由一含有一或多个喷射单元2的分配器1组成。
2、如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,分配器1具有一圆柱形空腔(Hohlform)。
3、如权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,分配器1具有一腔室(Kammer)。
4、如权利要求1至3所述的装置,其特征在于,分配器1划分为多个腔室(Kammer),且使每个喷射单元或某一组喷射单元附属于一腔室。
5、如权利要求1至4所述的装置,其特征在于,分配器1固连于支柱3,且要使该分配器牢固固定或绕诸分配器1的纵轴线4可转动,以及与轴线4夹某一角度而固定。
6、如权利要求5所述的装置,其特征在于,分配器1固连于一支柱3,且使该分配器能沿其纵轴线4移动。
7、如权利要求1至2所述的装置,其特征在于,分配器1与一具有一程序控制装置的控制和分配单元6相连接,其中控制和分配单元6又和一高压和过滤件7接上。
8、如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,喷射单元2由一带有产品入口(produkteeinlass)的套8,一带有喷嘴的喷射头(Sprühkopf)9,一闭锁装置10和一筛分装置(Siebvorrichtung)11组成。
9、利用一个或多个如权利要求1至8所述的装置,在热轧板材,型材或钢管时,在工具和工件上涂敷含石墨润滑剂悬浮液。
