为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种保健型绿豆沙冲剂。
一种保健型绿豆沙冲剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料组成:绿豆250~300、紫山药40~60、南瓜25~30、黑莓25~30、异叶茴芹5~7、鬼针草5~7、金银花5~7、葡萄籽5~7、白砂糖20~30,充分搅拌,混匀即可。
一种保健型绿豆沙冲剂,其具体步骤为:
(1)选豆清洗:除去绿豆中的异物、虫蚀豆和霉变豆,并将筛选过后的绿豆用清水清洗2~3遍;
(2)将清洗好的绿豆去皮,与水为1:2~3的比例进行浸泡;浸泡时间为7小时,使绿豆充分膨胀;
(3)将泡胀的绿豆与水以1:2~3的比例进行蒸煮,蒸煮时间为20~30分钟;
(4)紫山药和南瓜洗净去皮,切块,蒸30~40分钟;
(5)将黑莓冲洗干净后沥水,晾干;
(6)将异叶茴芹、鬼针草、金银花、葡萄籽洗净后打碎,用4~6倍量的75%的酒精浸泡4~5小时后,4000转/分进行离心5~10分钟,取沉淀物,并去除沉淀物中的酒精,得到中药提取物;
(7)将蒸煮好的绿豆、紫山药、南瓜、黑莓、中药提取物及白砂糖放在一起,在真空状态下进行冷冻干燥,水分含量≤5%;
(8)将冻干后的各原料进行研磨,并充分搅拌10~15分钟至完全混匀;
(9)出料,称重,包装。

(5)将黑莓冲洗干净后沥水,晾干;
(6)将异叶茴芹、鬼针草、金银花、葡萄籽洗净后打碎,用4~6倍量的75%的酒精浸泡4~5小时后,4000转/分进行离心5~10分钟,取沉淀物,并去除沉淀物中的酒精,得到中药提取物;
(7)将蒸煮好的绿豆、紫山药、南瓜、黑莓、中药提取物及白砂糖放在一起,在真空状态下进行冷冻干燥,水分含量≤5%;
(8)将冻干后的各原料进行研磨,并充分搅拌10~15分钟至完全混匀;
(9)出料,称重,包装。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种保健型绿豆沙冲剂的制作方法,其特征是:在步骤(6)中,为除去沉淀物中的酒精,向沉淀物中加水、搅拌、4000转/分离心5分钟,重复2~3次,室温放置10~20分钟,使残留的酒精进行挥发。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种保健型绿豆沙冲剂的制作方法,其特征是:在步骤(9)中,包装时充入二氧化碳气体。
