Abstract
本发明公开了一种轻薄尼龙机织面料染整工艺,包括以下步骤:前处理→预定型→染色→降温清洗→热定型后整理→检验打卷包装。本发明克服了现有技术对尼龙面料染整加工过程中染色重现性和色牢度较差以及尼龙在高温条件下弹性及强力损伤的缺陷,织物强力高,弹性好,尺寸稳定,挺括,毛感强,手感丰满,光泽柔和,色牢度好。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织技术领域,具体涉及的是一种轻薄尼龙机织面料染整工艺。
背景技术
尼龙面料是常用的纺织面料,尼龙纤维的结构和性质接近天然丝,具有较好的耐磨性和强度,家具、沙滩椅、吊床、窗帘、餐垫、汽车座垫、脚垫、门垫、户外地毯、汽车蓬、箱包等用品上的面料,很多都使用尼龙面料,因为尼龙面料弹性好,无毒无害,材质较轻,非常适合作为日常生活和户外工作面料。但是,随着人们对面料多功能性的要求以及适应各种复杂的环境,面料的阻燃性能得到人们关注。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的以上问题,提供一种轻薄尼龙机织面料染整工艺。
为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种轻薄尼龙机织面料染整工艺,包括以下步骤:前处理→预定型→ 染色→ 降温清洗→ 热定型后整理→ 检验打卷包装 ;
所述前处理步骤包括白坯打卷、缝头和退浆,使用面料打卷机对面料进行打卷;
染色工艺条件如下:将布料放入染色机中进行4道固色,加入1200 ~ 1500mL 的浓度为 50% 的醋酸将染液的 pH 值调至4.5-5.5 ,加入匀染剂240g,运转 10 min 后,每100kg织物加入 20 ~ 30g 高温型分散湖蓝 S-GL ,然后加入无水硫酸钠 4500g,升温到100℃,保温40分钟,排出染液;
降温清洗:用1~1.5g/L的无磷洗衣粉在70~75℃下对织物洗涤2次,每次水洗时间为10分钟,浴比为1:20;然后用85℃热水洗 10分钟,浴比为 1:20 ;50℃温水洗 2 次,每次温水洗时间为10分钟,浴比为1:20;
所述热定型后整理;
检验打卷包装。
作为优化的,所述退浆的工艺为30g/L的液碱,2g/L的TF-127,2g/L的三聚磷酸钠,加工温度为98℃,车速为 40m/min的平幅退浆工艺。
作为优化的,所述预定型的工艺为温度在170-180℃,超喂100%,门幅拉宽 8%-12%。
作为优化的,所述染色工艺的浴比为1:4~6 。
作为优化的,所述匀染剂为匀染剂DC。
作为优化的,所述热定型后整理工艺为定形温度195℃~200℃,定形车速30~35m/min,定形超喂 +4%~ +6%,定形门幅2 ~ 3cm。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明克服了现有技术对尼龙面料染整加工过程中染色重现性和色牢度较差以及尼龙在高温条件下弹性及强力损伤的缺陷,织物强力高,弹性好,尺寸稳定,挺括,毛感强,手感丰满,光泽柔和,色牢度好。

下面将结合实施例,来详细说明本发明。
实施例1
一种轻薄尼龙机织面料染整工艺,包括以下步骤:前处理→预定型→ 染色→ 降温清洗→ 热定型后整理→ 检验打卷包装 ;
所述前处理步骤包括白坯打卷、缝头和退浆,使用面料打卷机对面料进行打卷,所述退浆为30g/L的液碱,2g/L的TF-127,2g/L的三聚磷酸钠,加工温度为98℃,车速为 40m/min的平幅退浆工艺;
所述预定型的工艺为温度在170℃,超喂100%,门幅拉宽 8%%;
染色工艺条件如下:将布料放入染色机中进行4道固色,染色工艺的浴比为1:4 ,加入1200mL 的浓度为 50% 的醋酸将染液的 pH 值调至4.5 ,加入匀染剂DC240g,运转 10min 后,每 100kg织物加入 20g 高温型分散湖蓝 S-GL ,然后加入无水硫酸钠 4500g,升温到100℃,保温40分钟,排出染液;
降温清洗:用1g/L的无磷洗衣粉在70℃下对织物洗涤2次,每次水洗时间为10分钟,浴比为1:20;然后用85℃热水洗 10分钟,浴比为 1:20 ;50℃温水洗 2 次,每次温水洗时间为10分钟,浴比为1:20;

一种轻薄尼龙机织面料染整工艺,包括以下步骤:前处理→预定型→ 染色→ 降温清洗→ 热定型后整理→ 检验打卷包装 ;
所述前处理步骤包括白坯打卷、缝头和退浆,使用面料打卷机对面料进行打卷,所述退浆为30g/L的液碱,2g/L的TF-127,2g/L的三聚磷酸钠,加工温度为98℃,车速为 40m/min的平幅退浆工艺;
所述预定型的工艺为温度在175℃,超喂100%,门幅拉宽10%;
染色工艺条件如下:将布料放入染色机中进行4道固色,染色工艺的浴比为1:5 ,加入1400mL 的浓度为 50% 的醋酸将染液的 pH 值调至5 ,加入匀染剂DC240g,运转 10min 后,每 100kg织物加入 25g 高温型分散湖蓝 S-GL ,然后加入无水硫酸钠 4500g,升温到100℃,保温40分钟,排出染液;
降温清洗:用1.2g/L的无磷洗衣粉在72℃下对织物洗涤2次,每次水洗时间为10分钟,浴比为1:20;然后用85℃热水洗 10分钟,浴比为 1:20 ;50℃温水洗 2 次,每次温水洗时间为10分钟,浴比为1:20;
所述热定型后整理,定形温度198℃,定形车速32m/min,定形超喂 +5%,定形门幅2.5cm。
实施例3
一种轻薄尼龙机织面料染整工艺,包括以下步骤:前处理→预定型→ 染色→ 降温清洗→ 热定型后整理→ 检验打卷包装 ;
所述前处理步骤包括白坯打卷、缝头和退浆,使用面料打卷机对面料进行打卷,所述退浆为30g/L的液碱,2g/L的TF-127,2g/L的三聚磷酸钠,加工温度为98℃,车速为 40m/min的平幅退浆工艺;
所述预定型的工艺为温度在180℃,超喂100%,门幅拉宽12%;
染色工艺条件如下:将布料放入染色机中进行4道固色,染色工艺的浴比为1:6 ,加入1500mL 的浓度为 50% 的醋酸将染液的 pH 值调至5.5 ,加入匀染剂DC240g,运转 10min 后,每 100kg织物加入30g 高温型分散湖蓝 S-GL ,然后加入无水硫酸钠 4500g,升温到100℃,保温40分钟,排出染液;
降温清洗:用1.5g/L的无磷洗衣粉在70~75℃下对织物洗涤2次,每次水洗时间为10分钟,浴比为1:20;然后用85℃热水洗 10分钟,浴比为 1:20 ;50℃温水洗 2 次,每次温水洗时间为10分钟,浴比为1:20;
所述热定型后整理,定形温度200℃,定形车速35m/min,定形超喂+6%,定形门幅3cm。

1.一种轻薄尼龙机织面料染整工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:前处理→预定型→染色→降温清洗→热定型后整理→检验打卷包装;
所述前处理步骤包括白坯打卷、缝头和退浆,使用面料打卷机对面料进行打卷,所述退浆的工艺为30g/L的液碱,2g/L的TF-127,2g/L的三聚磷酸钠,加工温度为98℃,车速为40m/min的平幅退浆工艺;
所述预定型的工艺为温度在170-180℃,超喂100%,门幅拉宽8%-12%;
染色工艺条件如下:浴比为1:4~6,将布料放入染色机中,加入1200~1500mL的浓度为50%的醋酸将染液的pH值调至4.5-5.5,加入匀染剂DC240g,运转10min后,每100kg织物加入20~30g高温型分散湖蓝S-GL,然后加入无水硫酸钠4500g,升温到100℃,保温40分钟,排出染液;
降温清洗:用1~1.5g/L的无磷洗衣粉在70~75℃下对织物洗涤2次,每次水洗时间为10分钟,浴比为1:20;然后用85℃热水洗10分钟,浴比为1:20;50℃温水洗2次,每次温水洗时间为10分钟,浴比为1:20;
所述热定型后整理工艺为定形温度195℃~200℃,定形车速30~35m/min,定形超喂+4%~+6%;
检验打卷包装。
