本发明涉及一种悬架支柱轴承,其设置用于应用在悬架支柱中。
背景技术
对于单轮悬挂装置而言,悬架支柱轴承是车轮悬挂装置的一部分。该车轮悬挂装置支持所追求的行驶安全性和行驶舒适性、以及车轮轻松且精确的转向。车轮悬挂装置应当防止车道噪音的产生,并且应当是尽可能轻的。根据实施方式,悬架支柱轴承引导撞击减震器弹簧,并且形成针对撞击减震器端部止挡的支持面。悬架支柱轴承接收通过撞击减震器弹簧或撞击减震器传递的轴向力和径向力,并且负责使撞击减震器弹簧在转向和压缩时少摩擦且无张力地扭转,并且因此无需回调力矩地工作。
悬架支柱轴承通常是所谓的麦弗逊悬架支柱的一部分。该悬架支柱主要由弹簧、撞击减震器和转向节构成。该悬架支柱轴承配设有紧固在底盘侧的悬架支柱罩(Federbeindom)上的盖罩以及引导环,撞击减震器弹簧支撑在引导环上并通过它来引导。引导环以能相对于盖罩转动的方式受支承。该轴承能够实现在转向时使弹簧相对于车身转动,这是因为在转向运动时整个悬架支柱都发生转动。
由DE 10 2010 015 712 A1公知了一种悬架支柱轴承,其具有盖罩以及能够相对于盖罩转动的引导环。在盖罩与引导环之间布置有滑动轴承。滑动轴承由布置在引导环与盖罩之间的滑动元件构成。
EP 2 317 167 A1公开了一种带有盖罩、引导环和布置在其之间的滑动轴承的悬架支柱轴承。该滑动轴承置入引导环的凹部中,并构造出用于盖罩的滑动面。
DE 10 2008 057 590 A1描述了一种悬架支柱轴承,其具有盖罩和引导环。该盖罩和引导环由金属构成。在盖罩与引导环之间布置有由合成树脂构成的滑动轴承。
发明内容
本发明的一个任务是提供一种悬架支柱轴承,其构造简单并且能够廉价地制造。本发明的另一任务是提供一种用来制造引导环的方法。
根据本发明,针对悬架支柱轴承提出的任务通过如下悬架支柱轴承来解决,其具有盖罩、以能相对于盖罩绕转动轴线转动的方式受支承的引导环以及至少一个密封装置,其中,在盖罩与引导环之间布置有滑动轴承,并且其中,滑动轴承是注塑到引导环上的。
根据本发明,针对用来制造引导环的方法提出的任务通过如下悬架支柱轴承来解决,在该悬架支柱轴承的情况下,喷注出引导环,并且随后将滑动轴承喷塑到该引导环上。
悬架支柱轴承具有盖罩和通过扣合连接(Schnappverbindung)防脱落地与盖罩相连的引导环。在盖罩与引导环之间设置有轴承。该轴承被构造为滑动轴承。
通过盖罩将悬架支柱轴承紧固在底盘侧的悬架支柱罩或顶部安装件(Topmount)上。在引导环上支撑有撞击减震器弹簧,其通过引导环来引导。
根据本发明的悬架支柱轴承具有引导环,在此情况下,喷塑出滑动轴承。这意味着,引导环和滑动轴承一起构造为唯一的构件。该构件实施为双组件式构件。该双组件式构件例如通过双组件注塑法制成,其中,两个组件,亦即引导环和滑动轴承,材料锁合地(stoffschlüssig)彼此相连。为此,在第一步骤中喷注出引导环,并且在第二步骤中,将滑动轴承喷塑到该引导环上或喷射到该引导环上。通过悬架支柱轴承的这样的构造可以减少悬架支柱轴承的构件的总数量,亦即从三个构件减为两个构件。这具有如下优点:可以减少材料成本和制造成本。另一方面简化了装配,这是因为仅须组装盖罩和引导环。避免了在装配引导环和滑动轴承时可能出现的定位错误。此外,仅需要在滑动轴承与盖罩之间给这种悬架支柱轴承涂脂,而不是像在现有技术中那样需要额外地在滑动轴承与引导环之间涂脂。
在本发明的另一设计方案中,在引导环与滑动轴承之间设置有侧凹咬合部(Hinterschnitt),以便避免引导环与滑动轴承相互之间的转动运动。在作用于引导环的力很大的情况下,这种设计方案防止了滑动轴承会相对于引导环(或者说反过来)扭转或转动。为了构造出侧凹咬合部,其中一个组件(引导环或者滑动轴承)可以具有托架、臂、凸鼻或者类似物,其嵌入另一组件(引导环或滑动轴承)的互补的凹部中。为此,例如在第一制造步骤中,具有相应的凹部的引导环可以通过相应的注塑法来制成。随后,在第二制造步骤中再注塑出滑动轴承,从而使相应的臂或者拓宽部流入凹部中并随后硬化。侧凹咬合部在此可以区段式地设置或者也可以设置在整个周边上。
优选的是,引导环由玻璃纤维加强的塑料构成。玻璃纤维加强的塑料确保了引导环的必要的稳定性和刚性。作为玻璃纤维加强的塑料可以设置聚酰胺,例如PA66-GF。还可以使用其他具有相同特性的塑料或者金属。
在本发明的一个设计方案中,滑动轴承由未经加强的塑料构成。作为未经加强的塑料例如可以使用聚氧乙烯或者聚乙烯。因此,可以减小或防止混合摩擦和粘滑效应。
在本发明的一个设计方案中,密封装置构造为迷宫式密封装置。优选的是,迷宫式密封装置实施为多重迷宫式密封装置。引导环和滑动轴承以如下方式来设计,即,使引导环/滑动轴承具有至少一个突起的边缘。与引导环或滑动轴承类似地,盖罩以如下方式来设计,即,使盖罩具有突起的边缘。盖罩和引导环或者滑动轴承可以通过构造出的边缘彼此嵌接,由此构造出迷宫式结构。由此,可以防止污染物进入悬架支柱轴承中,由此能够实现悬架支柱轴承的径向可运动性。

图1示出了根据本发明的悬架支柱轴承1的纵截面图。悬架支柱轴承1具有盖罩2以及引导环3,其以能相对于盖罩2绕转动轴线D转动的方式受支承。盖罩2通过扣合连接3a与引导环3相连。盖罩2紧固在机动车底盘的未画出的支柱罩轴承上。引导环3容纳未示出的撞击减震器弹簧的轴向端部。撞击减震器弹簧的弹簧力通过引导环3引入盖罩2,并从那里引入支柱罩轴承。
引导环3通过滑动轴承4沿转动轴线D的方向轴向地支承在盖罩2上。滑动轴承4用于将沿着转动轴线D作用的力从引导环3传递至盖罩2上。
滑动轴承4喷射到引导环3上或者说注塑到引导环3上。优选以双组件注塑法来制造引导环,其中,首先预注塑出引导环3,在形成材料锁合的情况下再注塑出滑动轴承4。
如此外还可以由图1看到的那样,在引导环3与滑动轴承4之间设置有侧凹咬合部5。为此,滑动轴承4具有“臂”6,其嵌入引导环3的相应的凹部7中。侧凹咬合部5在注塑法期间就已经制成。
在引导环3与盖罩2之间设置有迷宫式密封装置8,其优选构造为双重迷宫密封装置9。
为此,盖罩2在其外周边上配设有两个与转动轴线D同轴布置的、环形闭合的边缘10、11,其限定出环绕的环形槽12。两个一体式成形到盖罩11上的边缘10、11以其自由端部朝引导环3的方向延伸。在边缘10与滑动轴承4之间构造出环形的凹部13,其一方面由滑动轴承4限界,而另一方面由边缘10限界。
引导环3或滑动轴承4在外周边上配设有两个与转动轴线D同轴布置的、环形闭合的边缘14、15,其限定出环绕的环形槽16。两个一体式成形在引导环3或滑动轴承4上的边缘14、15以其自由端部朝盖罩2的方向延伸。
边缘10和11相对于边缘14和15在径向上错开地布置。边缘15嵌入环形槽12。盖罩2的边缘10嵌入环形槽16。

Claims (6)

1.一种悬架支柱轴承,所述悬架支柱轴承具有盖罩(2)和以能相对于所述盖罩(2)绕转动轴线(D)转动的方式受支承的引导环(3),并且所述悬架支柱轴承具有至少一个密封装置,其中,在所述盖罩(2)与所述引导环(3)之间布置有滑动轴承(4),其特征在于,所述滑动轴承(4)是注塑到所述引导环(3)上的。
