本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种温肺祛湿紫苏保健米,由以下重量份原料制成:大米460-480、莲子30-40、薏仁80-100、麦芽20-30、麸皮40-50、胡萝卜30-40、香芋30-40、桂花8-10、薄荷油0.2-0.4、金桔30-40、苹果40-50、酸梅汤100-120、紫苏6-8、陈皮6-7、煮半夏4-5、白芥子4-5、厚朴5-6、兰草叶2-3、煅牡蛎2-3、营养添加剂10-15、水适量:
营养添加剂,由以下重量份原料制成:杏仁粉50-60、香蕉粉70-80、玄参叶6-8、煅牡蛎3-5、灯盏花2-3、高粱果8-10、当归4-6、白茶3-5、牛奶60-70、柚子适量、水适量:
营养添加剂的制备方法:(1)将玄参叶、煅牡蛎、灯盏花、高粱果、当归、白茶用5-10倍量的水提取,将所得提取液喷雾干燥,得到粉末备用;
(2)将将柚子的果肉取出,保持完好的柚子皮备用;将柚子果肉磨成果酱后与牛奶、杏仁粉、香蕉粉、步骤1中粉末混匀,放入柚子皮中,将柚子皮放在蒸屉上,焖蒸20-30分钟,充分入味后,取出柚子皮中物质,晒干并磨粉,即得营养添加剂。
