Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明的实施方式总体上涉及在包括例如轧机吐丝机的各种类型的工业设备中使用的油膜轴承,并且特别地涉及设计用于更有效率地保持循环通过轴承的油的改进的衬套。
背景技术
在常规的油膜轴承中,油被连续地供给至旋转的轴颈与固定的筒状衬套的环绕的轴承表面之间的润滑区域。油从润滑区域的内侧端和外侧端逸出并且被收集在壳体的贮油槽中,来自贮油槽的油在被重新引入轴承中之前通过冷却和过滤设备再循环。
从润滑区域的内侧端逸出的油直接地流入贮油槽。沿相反方向从润滑区域的外侧端逸出的油由密封组件重新定向回到贮油槽。在高速运转的条件下——例如在轧机吐丝机中遇到的情况——密封组件可能被从润滑区域的外侧端逸出的大量的油淹没,导致油从轴承中泄漏。
发明内容
广义而言,本发明的实施方式通过提供包含下述特征的改进衬套解决了上述泄漏问题,所述特征设计为捕获从润滑区域的外侧端逸出的油并且使其返回,从而保护轴承密封件避免其被逸出的油淹没。
在示例性实施方式中,衬套包括定位成接纳逸出的油的环形通道,其中,与通道连通的通路将油排回至壳体的贮油槽。
优选地,通道与润滑区域的外侧端毗邻。
在本发明的一个示例性实施方式中,衬套还包括位于通道中并且与通道的底部径向地间隔开的环形带。环形带穿有周向地间隔开的孔,并且可以另外包括从带径向向外地并且朝向通道的底部突出的鳍状部。优选地,鳍状部包括部分地围绕穿在带上的孔的环形项圈。

在下文中描述的组成各种实施方式的部件意在为说明性的而非限制性的。可执行相同或相似功能的许多适合的部件以及本文所描述的材料意在包含在本发明的实施方式的范围内。
现在参照附图,将对本发明的实施方式进行详细地描述,其中,贯穿所有视图的相同的附图标记表示相同部件。
首先参照图1,轧机吐丝机的套管轴10被示为在壳体12中以可旋转的方式支承在轴承14、16之间。轴承14是油膜轴承,优选地为液静压型,该轴承14包括轴颈18,该轴颈18以阶梯套筒的形式固定至套管轴并且被根据本发明的示例性实施方式的衬套20围绕。衬套20固定在壳体的前壁22中。轴承16可包括常规的滚子轴承或另一油膜轴承。
另外,参照图2至图5和图10,衬套20包括筒状壁24,该筒状壁24具有构造并且定尺寸成包围轴颈18的内轴承表面26。油通过入口通路28连续地供给至润滑区域“Z”,其中该入口通路28通向在轴承表面中周向隔开的凹部30。
当套管轴在吐丝机运转期间旋转时,所供给的油从润滑区域Z的内侧端和外侧端沿相反的方向逸出,如图10中箭头32、34所示。
从区域Z的内侧端沿方向34逸出的油被接纳在由壳体12的内部限定的贮油槽36中。通常,从区域Z的外侧端沿方向32逸出的油将完全被迷宫式密封件40容纳以经由通路42返回至壳体的贮油槽36。
但是为了防止自区域Z向外侧逸出的油越过密封件40,并且根据本发明的示例性实施方式,衬套20还包括定位成捕获逸出的油的环形通道44。
如能够在图6中最佳地看到的,通道44由底壁46以及相互间隔开内侧侧壁48与外侧侧壁50限定。优选地,内侧侧壁48毗邻润滑区域Z的外侧端,并且如图10中所示,外侧侧壁50被构造成且布置成在52处与轴颈18的表面配合以封闭通道44。
衬套中的出口通路54与通道44中的排出端口55连通并且用于将捕获通道44中的油沿油从区域Z的内侧端逸出的方向34送回到壳体贮油槽36。通道44以及与通道44相连通的出口通路54因此用于缩短回路并且使从区域Z的外侧端逸出的油返回,因此使密封件40与逸出的油的接触最小化。
为了加强对从区域Z的外侧端逸出的油的截留,可以优选地在通道44中设置环形带56。如图7至图9中所示,环形带56穿有周向间隔开的孔58。鳍状部60从环形带56径向地突出。优选地,鳍状部60可包括部分地围绕孔58的项圈。如可以在图6中最佳地看到的,环形带56可以位于在通道侧壁48、50中的处于与通道底部46径向隔开的位置中的内部壁架62上,其中,鳍状部60朝向通道底部径向地突出。鳍状部60使油的围绕通道44的涡流最小化,从而促进经由排出通路54回到壳体贮油槽36的自由流动。

Claims (7)
1.一种用于以可旋转的方式支承轴颈(18)的衬套(20),所述衬套(20)包括:
筒状壁(24),所述筒状壁(24)具有内轴承表面(26),所述内轴承表面(26)被构造并且定尺寸成围绕所述轴颈(18);
用于将油连续地供给至所述轴颈(18)与所述轴承表面(26)之间的润滑区域(Z)的装置(28、30),其中,所供给的油沿相反的方向从所述区域(Z)的内侧端(34)和外侧端(32)逸出;
环形通道(44),所述环形通道(44)定位成捕获从所述区域(Z)的外侧端(32)逸出的油;
其特征在于,所述衬套还包括排出通路,所述排出通路构造为所述衬套中的出口通路(54),所述出口通路(54)与所述通道(44)中的排出端口(55)连通并且所述出口通路(54)在所述衬套中延伸至所述区域(Z)的内侧端(34)以将捕获在所述通道(44)中的油沿油从所述区域(Z)的内侧端(34)逸出的方向送回。
2.根据权利要求1所述的衬套(20),其中,所述通道(44)由底部(46)以及相互间隔开的内侧侧壁(48)和外侧侧壁(50)限定,其中,所述内侧侧壁(48)毗邻所述润滑区域(Z)的外侧端(32)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的衬套(20),其中,所述外侧侧壁(50)构造成与所述轴颈(18)的表面(52)配合以封闭所述通道(44)。
4.根据权利要求2所述的衬套(20),还包括环形带(56),所述环形带(56)穿有周向间隔开的孔(58),所述带(56)被容纳在所述通道(44)中并且与所述通道(44)的底部(46)径向地间隔开。
5.根据权利要求4所述的衬套(20),还包括鳍状部(60),所述鳍状部(60)从所述环形带(56)径向向外并且朝向所述通道(44)的底部(46)突出。
6.根据权利要求5所述的衬套(20),其中,所述鳍状部(60)包括部分地围绕所述带(56)中的孔(58)的项圈。
7.根据权利要求1所述的衬套(20),所述衬套(20)还包括:所述环形通道(44)由底部(46)以及相互间隔开的内侧侧壁(48)和外侧侧壁(50)限定,所述内侧侧壁(48)毗邻所述润滑区域(Z)的外侧端(32),并且所述外侧侧壁(50)与所述轴颈(18)的表面(52)配合以封闭所述通道(44);
环形带(56),所述环形带(56)位于所述环形通道(44)中,所述环形带(56)穿有周向间隔开的孔(58),所述周向间隔开的孔(58)由径向向外朝向所述环形通道(44)的底部(46)突出的鳍状部(60)部分地环绕。
