Abstract

Description

用於油膜軸承之襯套
本發明之實施例一般係有關油膜軸承,其運用在各種類型的工業設備,例如包含軋輥機之敷設頭,且特別是有關改良襯套,被設計來更有效率保持經由軸承循環的油。
在傳統的油膜軸承中,油被連續供至旋轉軸頸和固定圓柱形襯套之軸承表面周圍間的潤滑區。油從潤滑區之向內端和向外端洩出,收集於殼體集油槽中,在油被重新引入軸承之前,其從該殼體集油槽,經由冷卻和過濾設備再循環。
從潤滑區之向內端洩出的油直接流入集油槽。從潤滑區的向外端朝相反方向洩出的油藉密封總成重新導回集油槽。在高速操作條件下,就像例如在軋輥機敷設頭中所遇到,密封總成可能會被從潤滑區域的向外端洩出之油的體積淹沒,造成油從軸承洩漏。
概括言之,本發明之實施例係藉由提供一改良襯套,其併合有設計用於捕集和送回從潤滑區之向外端洩出的油,藉此保護軸承密封,免於被洩出的油眼淹 沒之特點,以解決上述洩漏問題。
在例示性實施例中,襯套包含圓形通道,其定位成接收洩出的油,具有與通道連通以將油排回殼體集油槽之複數路徑。
較佳地,通道與潤滑區的向外端接壤。
在本發明之一個例示性實施例中,通道又包括圓帶,其安置在通道之底部中,並與其徑向隔開。圓帶沿圓周方向穿射複數孔,並可另外包括從帶,朝著通道之底部徑向向外突出的複數凸片。較佳地,此等凸片包括部分地圍繞在穿孔帶之孔的軸環。

後文中所說明構成各種實施例之組件意在說明性而非限制性。此處所說明執行相同或類似功能之許多適當組件及材料意欲包含在本發明之實施例的範圍內。
現在將參考圖式,詳細說明本發明之實施例,其中於整個視圖中,相同元件符號標示相同組件。
首先參考第1圖。如圖所示,軋輥機敷設頭之通心軸10可旋動地支撐在軸承14、16間之殼體12中。軸承14係油膜軸承,較佳地為流體靜力型,根據本發明之例示性實施例,其包括形式為梯形套筒之軸頸18,該梯形套筒固定到通心軸,並為襯套20所包圍。襯套20被固定在殼體的前壁22中。軸承16可包括周知的滾子軸承,或另一種油膜軸承。
另外參考第2-5和10圖,襯套20包括圓柱壁24,其具有一內軸承表面26,其構造和尺寸被設置成包圍軸頸18。油藉入口路徑28連續供至潤滑區“Z”,該入口路徑28通至在軸承表面周向隔開的凹部30。
當在敷設頭操作期間通心軸旋轉時,如由第10圖中箭頭32、34所指,如此供給的油從潤滑區Z之向內和向外端,朝相反方向洩出。
自Z區之向內端沿方向34洩出的油被收容 在由殼體12之內部所界定之集油槽36中。通常,自Z區之向外端沿方向32洩出的油僅由曲折密封40收容,以經由路徑42送回到殼體集油槽36。
然而,為防止密封40無法將油從Z區向外洩出,根據本發明之例示性實施例,通道20又包括圓形通道44,其定位成捕集洩出的油。
如在第6圖中可最清楚看出,通道44由底壁46和相互隔開的向內和向外側壁48、50所界定。較佳地,向內側壁48與潤滑區Z的向外端接壤,且如在第10圖中所示,向外壁50被配置和佈置成在52處與軸頸18之表面配合以包圍通道44。
襯套中的出口路徑54與通道44中的排洩口55連通,並用來沿油從區域Z之向內端洩出之方向34,將於通道44捕集的油送回至殼體集油槽36。因此,通道44以及與其連通之出口路徑54用來縮短回路,並送回從Z區之向外端洩出的油,從而將密封40暴露於洩漏油的情形減至最小程度。
為提高自Z區之向外端洩出之油的包覆,圓帶56較佳地可被安置在通道44中。如於第7-9圖中所示,圓帶56沿圓周方向穿設複數分隔的孔58。諸凸片60自圓帶56徑向突出。較佳地,凸片60可包括部分地包圍孔58之軸環。如在第6圖中可最清楚看出,圓帶56可安置在通道側壁48、50中內架62上徑向與通道底部46隔開之位置,諸凸片60朝通道底部徑向突出。凸片60將油繞通道44旋轉之情形減至最小程度,藉此促 使油藉重力經由排洩路徑54流回殼體集油槽36。

Claims (8)

  1. 一種襯套,係用來可旋轉地支撐軸頸,該襯套包括:一圓柱壁,具有內軸承表面,其構造和尺寸被設置成包圍該軸頸;用以連續供油至該軸頸與該軸承表面間之潤滑區的手段,如此所供給之油會自該區之向內端和向外端,朝相反方向洩出;一圓形通道,係定位成捕集從該區向外端洩出的油;以及一排洩口,係用以輸送油自該區的向內端方向洩出之油送回至該通道捕集。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項之襯套,其中該通道由一底部以及相互隔開之向內和向外的壁界定,該向內側壁與該潤滑區之向外端接壤。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項之襯套,其中該向外壁係配置成與該軸頸之表面配合以包圍該通道。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第2項之襯套,又包括沿圓周方向間隔穿射複數孔之一圓帶,該帶被收容於該通道之底部且自此徑向隔開。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第4項之襯套,又包括複數凸片,其自該圓帶徑向向外並朝向該通道之底部突出。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第5項之襯套,其中該等凸片包括部分地圍繞在該帶之複數孔之軸環。
  7. 一種襯套,係用來可旋轉地支撐軸頸,該襯套包括:圓柱壁,係具有一內軸承表面,其構造和尺寸被 設置成包圍該軸頸;至少一個凹部,係位於該軸承表面之向內和向外端間,且油被容許進入該凹部,以用來作為該軸頸與該軸承表面間之區中的潤滑油;圓形通道,係定位成接收從該區之向外端洩出的油;以及複數路徑,係與該通道連通,並配置成從該通道排出油。
  8. 一種襯套,用來可旋轉地支撐軸頸,該襯套包括:圓柱壁,係具有一內軸承表面,其構造和尺寸被設置成包圍該軸頸;用以連續供油至該軸頸與該軸承表面間之潤滑區的手段,如此所供給之油會自該區之向內端和向外端,朝相反方向洩出;一圓形通道,係定位成捕集從該區之向外端洩出的油,該圓形通道由底部以及相互隔開之向內和向外的壁界定,該向內側壁與該潤滑區之向外端接壤,該向外壁配置成與該軸頸之表面配合以包圍該通道;排洩口,係用以沿油自該區之向內端洩出之方向送回在該通道捕集之油;以及一圓帶,係安置於該圓形通道中,該圓帶沿圓周方向間隔複穿射數孔,該等孔部分地與諸凸片接攘,該等凸片朝該圓形通道之底部徑向向外突出。
