Abstract
一种火锅佐餐外饮料,由饮料原浆、蔗糖、香精、防腐剂及矿泉水组成,其中饮料原浆采用纯天然中药材制备,组份包括乌梅,绿豆衣,山楂,枸杞子,甘菊花,西瓜汁、薄荷。本发明具有清热泻火、养阴生津、开胃解酒,与火锅佐食能起到增火锅之美味,助品尝之雅头,清火锅之燥热,养机体之阴液,除辛辣之刺激,开食客之胃口作用,可使人在享受美味食品的同时达到防病延寿的目的。

本发明涉及饮料,特别是一种具有清热泻火,养阴生津、开胃解酒功效的,适合在吃火锅时饮用的火锅佐餐饮料。
食用火锅是人们非常喜爱的饮食传统,然火锅有燥热和辛辣的刺激,并且食后不易消化。目前上市的饮料品种较多,但具有特定功效,并能阐明其机理的很少,还未见有与火锅佐餐后能同时起到降燥,除辛辣刺激、助消化吸收的功效性饮料。
本发明的目的在于提供一种在享受火锅美味的同时,也能达到防病治病,廷年益寿目的火锅佐餐饮料。
本发明的上述目的是通过这样的技术方案实现的,即采用纯天然中药材为原料,采用食品加工工艺精制,其中中药材包括乌梅、绿豆衣、山楂、枸杞子、甘菊花、西瓜汁、薄荷油,所述组份按单位重量比为(4~8)乌梅:(2~6)绿豆衣:(3~7)山楂:(1~4)枸杞子:(0.9~3.5)甘菊花:(0.5~1)薄荷油配伍。
本发明的制作工艺是这样的,即首先配制饮料原浆,先将上述组分乌梅、绿豆表、山楂、枸杞子、甘菊花按所述配比关系配伍,加三倍水煎煮,沸后一小时过滤药液,然后再加三倍水作二次煎煮。沸后40分钟过滤药液。浓缩至药液相对密度不小于1.060,再加入西瓜汁和薄荷油。沉淀48小时后,去除沉淀物,使相对密度为1.050,灭菌装桶。
饮料配制的配方及工艺流程是这样的,即按以下组分及配比关系组方,即
饮料原浆:4~7%
蔗糖: 5~8%
香精: 0.026~0.032%
防腐剂:0.02~0.05%
矿泉水:余量
制作的工艺流程参见附图。
首先将矿泉水、白糖饮料原浆充分混合后,进行灭菌和过滤,再调配香精,进行第二次过滤后进行蒸气灭菌,灌装后高温杀菌,待冷却后在罐上打印日间,最后装箱在常温下存贮。
本发明的一个较佳实施例是:
原浆配方按乌梅6:绿豆衣4:山楂5:构杞子2:甘菊花1.5:西瓜汁1:薄荷油0.5配伍。
饮料配方为:饮料原浆为5%,蔗糖7%,奶油香精0.015%,水蜜、桃香精0.015%,山梨酸0.02%,矿泉水余量。
本发明的饮料原浆配方是根据中医学的临床实践,和火锅饮食的特点而精心筛选的,组份中采用甘寒、清热降火、生津止渴的西瓜汁为主,它具有“清肺胃,解暑热,除烦止渴、醒酒凉营,疗喉痹、口疮、目赤”,对于解除火锅所致的多种不适,增味解酒,颇为合拍。以甘寒、清热解毒、消暑的绿豆衣,甘苦微寒,清热明目的甘菊花,协助主药清热为辅。选酸平,生津解酒的乌梅,甘平、滋补、益精,明目的枸杞子,以及酸甘,消食开胃,行气散瘀的山楂肉,共酸甘化阴,生津止渴为本方之佐。薄荷辛凉散风热,清头目,辛香清凉调味,为本方之使。诸药配伍,即是药品,又是食品,酸甜可口,清凉滋养,共奏清热降火,养阴生津,开胃解酒之功效。
经药理研究表明,西瓜汁含有多种氨基酸和维生素,能增进大鼠肝脏中尿形成,导致利尿而解热,菊花具有抗菌,抗病毒,降血压等作用,乌梅有促进胆汁分泌,抑制痢疾杆菌,抗过敏等作用;绿豆衣可解酒毒和药毒,枸杞子有增强非特异免疫、造血、刺激生长、降血脂、抗脂肪肝、降血糖、保肝等作用;薄荷具有解热,抗病毒,抗菌、健胃等作用;山楂含有消化酶可以促进脂肪分解,提高蛋白分解酶活性,使肉食易于消化。
本发明具有清热泻火,养阳生津,开胃解酒之功效,与火锅佐餐后能增火锅之美味,助品尝之雅兴,清火锅之燥热,养机体之阳液,除辛辣之刺激、开食客之胃口的作用,可以使人在亨受火锅之美味的同时,达到防病延寿的目的。
Claims (2)
1.一种火锅佐餐饮料,其特征是由饮料原浆4-7%,蔗糖5-8%,香精0.026-0.032%,防腐剂0.02-0.05%,矿泉水余量组成,其中饮料原浆是由以下组分制备的相对密度为1.05的原浆,所述组分包括乌梅、绿豆衣、山楂、枸杞子、甘菊花、西瓜汁、薄荷油,组分按单位重量比为(4~8)乌梅:(2~6)绿豆衣:(3~7)山楂:(1~4)枸杞子:(0.9-3.5)甘菊花:(0.5-1)薄荷油
2.根据权利要求1所述的火锅佐餐饮料,其特征是饮料原浆5%、蔗糖7%、奶油香精0.015%、水蜜桃香精0.015%、山梨酸0.02%、矿泉水余量;原浆的组分按单位重量比为乌梅6:绿豆衣4:山楂5:枸杞子2:甘菊花1.5:薄荷油0.5
