Claims (6)
- 흑미추출액 20~40중량%;꾸지봉 상백피 추출액 20~40중량%;미나리와 민들레 및 엉겅퀴 전초 추출액 20~40중량%로 배합 조성하되,상기 흑미추출액은 흑미의 중량이 약 1.5배 이상이 되게 온수에 침지하여 불리고, 불린 흑미에 5~7배 중량의 청수를 첨가하면서 마쇄한 후 마쇄액을 여과하여 제조한 것이고;꾸지봉 상백피 추출물은 꾸지봉 상백피에 6~8배 중량의 청수를 가하면서 파쇄하고 NaHCO3로 pH를 9-10으로 조정하고 이 파쇄액을 가열후 냉각하여 저온진공추출하여 제조한 것이고;미나리 전초 추출액, 민들레 전초 추출액 및 엉겅퀴 전초 추출액은 미나리 전초, 민들레 전초 및 엉겅퀴 전초를 함께 뜨거운 물로 데쳐낸 후 7~9배 중량의 청수를 가하면서 파쇄하여 NaHCO3로 pH를 9-10으로 조정하고 이 파쇄액을 저온진공추출하여 제조한 것임을 특징으로 하는 기능성 건강음료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 흑미추출액에 0.5~1중량%의 판토텐산칼슘을 첨가한 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 건강음료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 추출액 혼합물에 중량기준으로 타우린이 0.3-0.5중량%, 말티톨이 2~5중량% , 감초추출물이 글리실리산으로서 0.002-0.004중량% 배함된 것을 특징으로 하는 기능성 건강음료.
- 다음의 공정들을 포함하는 기능성 건강음료의 제조방법:(ㄱ) 흑미를 온수에 침지하여 1.5배 중량이 되게 불리고, 불린 흑미를 5~7배 중량의 청수를 첨가하면서 마쇄한 후 마쇄액을 여과하는 흑미추출공정;(ㄴ) 꾸지봉 상백피를 6~8배 중량의 청수를 가하면서 파쇄하고 NaHCO3로 pH를 9-10으로 조정하고 이 파쇄액을 55~65℃로 가열후 냉각하여 저온진공추출하는 꾸지뽕 상백피 추출공정;(ㄷ) 미나리, 민들레 및 엉겅퀴 전초를 80℃이하의 뜨거운 물로 데쳐낸 후 7~9배 중량의 청수를 가하면서 파쇄하여 NaHCO3로 pH를 9-10으로 조정하고 이 파쇄액을 저온진공추출하는 미나리-민들레-엉겅퀴 전초 추출공정;(ㄹ) 상기 공정 (ㄱ)∼(ㄷ)에서 얻은 추출액들을 혼합하는 공정.
