本发明是蓝莓汁饮料及其制备工艺,由蓝莓汁、桦树汁、五味子、柠檬酸、白砂糖和水配制而成,其特征是,蓝莓汁8—15%,桦树汁10-20%,五味子2-6%,柠檬酸0.08-0.1%,白砂糖3—6%,其余为水。其制备工艺,将选好的五味子在温水中浸泡24小时,然后倒入有水的锅中将其熬开,过滤、榨汁备用;按比例把蓝莓汁、桦树汁、柠檬酸、白砂糖和水进行勾兑并经充分搅拌后,熬开、过滤、装瓶。该蓝莓汁饮料,含多种氨基酸和肢肪酸及多种维生素,故长期饮用该饮料,具有消除人体疲劳、增加体质、降酶保肝、保护中枢神经系统、抗病毒、抗肿瘤、抗衰老、抑制胆固醇生物合成等作用,属一种纯天然、无污染、绿色的营养蓝莓汁饮料。

技术领域:本发明涉及一种饮品,具体地说是蓝莓汁饮料及其制备工艺。
背景技术:目前,市场上所出售的饮料,尽管种类繁多,但归纳起来大都属碳酸型饮料,都属人们夏天用来解渴的饮品,这些饮料多由糖精、香精、色素等原料勾兑而成,功效单一,多数饮料还含防腐剂、色素等对人体有害的物质成份,营养价值低;有些保健饮料,虽说对人体有一定的保健作用,但却不属纯天然。
发明内容:本发明的目的在于,配制加工出一种酸甜适口、风味独特、功效齐全、纯天然、绿色、无污染、饮后,即解渴、又有利人体健康的蓝莓汁饮料。其技术内容是,蓝莓汁饮料及其制备工艺,由蓝莓汁、桦树汁、五味子、柠檬酸、白砂糖和水配制而成,其特征是,蓝莓汁8—15%,桦树汁10-20%,五味子2-6%,柠檬酸0.08-0.1%,白砂糖3-6%,其余为水。其制备工艺,将选好的五味子在温水中浸泡24小时,然后倒入有水的锅中将其熬开,过滤、榨汁备用;按比例把蓝莓汁、桦树汁、柠檬酸、白砂糖和水进行勾兑并经充分搅拌后,熬开、过滤、装瓶。本发明和现有技术比其先进之处在于,该蓝莓汁饮料中的桦树汁是从天然桦树中流淌出来的汁液采集而来,桦树液含钾、磷、钙、铁、钠、锌等17种微量元素,18种氨基酸和肢肪酸及多种维生素;蓝莓,具有抗衰老、保视力之功效;北五味子因其果实具有甘、酸、辛、苦、咸五味具全而得名,具有很高的营养和药用价值。故长期饮用该饮料,具有消除人体疲劳、增加体质、降酶保肝、保护中枢神经系统、抗病毒、抗肿瘤、抗衰老、抑制胆固醇生物合成等作用,从而克服了现有饮料,功效单一,营养价值低、不绿色、不天然等不足之处。
具体实施方式:其制备工艺,将选好的五味子在温水中浸泡24小时,然后倒入有水的锅中将其熬开,过滤、榨汁备用;按一定比例把由蓝莓汁、桦树汁、柠檬酸、白砂糖和水进行勾兑并进行充分搅拌后,熬开、过滤、装瓶,以上便构成本发明。

1.蓝莓汁饮料及其制备工艺,由蓝莓汁、桦树汁、五味子、柠檬酸、白砂糖和水配制而成,其特征是,蓝莓汁8—15%,桦树汁10-20%,五味子2—6%,柠檬酸0.08-0.1%,白砂糖3—6%,其余为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蓝莓汁饮料及其制备工艺,其特征是,将选好的五味子在温水中浸泡24小时,然后倒入有水的锅中将其熬开,过滤、榨汁备用;按比例把蓝莓汁、桦树汁、柠檬酸、白砂糖和水进行勾兑并经充分搅拌后,熬开、过滤、装瓶。
