本发明提供了一种富硒抹茶冰淇淋粉,所述富硒抹茶冰淇淋粉由以下组分组成:白砂糖,30~50wt%;脱脂奶粉,30~50wt%;麦芽糊精,4~15wt%;富硒抹茶粉,1~15wt%;单双甘酯,4~15wt%;植脂末,4~15wt%。所述冰淇淋粉中含有有机硒元素,同时含有抹茶粉,生成了一种具有保健功能的冰淇淋粉,本发明所述的冰淇淋粉制成的冰淇淋不仅具有传统冰淇淋清凉爽口、香味浓郁的特点,而且还含有大量的有机硒元素,同时抹茶中含有的茶多酚、咖啡碱、维生素、氨基酸、磷脂等微量元素,具有等有助于人体消化,调节脂肪代谢,具有很强的解油腻、消食等功能。

背景技术

抹茶是一种近些年被人们广泛追捧的一种新口味,其是以碾茶为原料,碾磨而成的茶叶微粉,极大地保留了茶叶的木质,含有丰富的人体所必须的营养成分和微量元素,随着人们对健康的要求,抹茶被越来越的人所关注。抹茶中含有较丰富的营养成份,最主要的是维生素和矿物质,另外还有蛋白质、氨基酸、糖类物质等。此外,抹茶中的茶多酚对人体健康来说也是一种较为有益的营养元素。
冰淇淋是一种时尚冷饮,无论是炎热的夏季还是寒冷的冬季,人们对它的热情都不减,由于其香味浓郁,冰凉爽口深受消费者的喜爱。但在其制备过程中添加大量的糖、奶、油脂、食用香精等,虽然冰淇淋营养丰富,但是没有任何保健功能,过多的食用必然会对人体健康造成负担。
因此开发出一款具有保健功能的冰淇淋,必将受到人们的追求。

为了解决现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种富硒抹茶冰淇淋粉。
本发明目的是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种富硒抹茶冰淇淋粉,所述富硒抹茶冰淇淋粉由以下组分组成:白砂糖,30~50wt%;脱脂奶粉,30~50wt%;麦芽糊精,4~15wt%;富硒抹茶粉,1~15wt%;单双甘酯,4~15wt%;植脂末,4~15wt%。
优选地,所述富硒抹茶冰淇淋粉由以下组分组成:白砂糖,35wt%;脱脂奶粉,40wt%;麦芽糊精,5wt%;富硒抹茶粉,5wt%;单双甘酯,5wt%;植脂末,10wt%。
根据本发明,所述的富硒抹茶粉中有机硒的含量大于等于300μg/100g。
根据本发明,所述的富硒抹茶冰淇淋粉中有机硒的含量大于等于3μg/100g。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明提供了一种富硒抹茶冰淇淋粉,所述冰淇淋粉中含有有机硒元素,同时含有抹茶粉,生成了一种具有保健功能的冰淇淋粉,本发明所述的冰淇淋粉制成的冰淇淋不仅具有传统冰淇淋清凉爽口、香味浓郁的特点,而且还含有大量的有机硒元素,同时抹茶中含有的茶多酚、咖啡碱、维生素、氨基酸、磷脂等微量元素,具有等有助于人体消化,调节脂肪代谢,具有很强的解油腻、消食等功能。

其中,所述的富硒抹茶粉中有机硒的含量大于等于300μg/100g,所述的富硒抹茶冰淇淋粉中有机硒的含量大于等于3μg/100g。
