Abstract
本发明属保健食品技术领域,特别涉及一种具有延缓衰老功能的保健食品,由奇亚籽、山药、蛹虫草、雨生红球藻干品、香瓜茄、针叶樱桃果、沙棘果干粉、塔格糖、高麦芽糖浆、普鲁兰糖、水蒸馏柚皮精油组成,经预处理、磨浆、微波处理、真空包装制成、口感好、方便保存和食用、具显著延缓人体衰老的功能特点。

技术领域
本发明属保健食品技术领域,特别涉及一种具有延缓衰老功能的保健食品。
背景技术
人们对延缓衰老、健康长寿的追求,无论是上至历史上的秦始皇,下至当今的各国民众,都在孜孜以求,随着科学的发展,对人体衰老机理的认识不断有新的突破和发现,其中,最新的衰老自由基学说证实了抗氧化、清除体内多余自由基、减少脂褐质生成和累积可延缓衰老过程,但人体衰老是一个多种因素的综合作用结果,它还与衰老基因、身体功能衰退、身体物质变性、精神伤害、营养等因素有重要的关系。显然,单靠抗氧化还不足以完全取得延缓衰老的理想效果,况且,就抗氧化本身而言,也有多种不同形式和机理可以实现,如何采用最安全的食物形式,通过科学合理的组合配方和工艺方法,取得更理想的延缓衰老效果,就非常值得深入研究和探索。
发明内容
本发明人以食物为载体,将抗氧化、营养、调节内分泌,乃至通过食物调整情绪等因素综合在一起,并通过其产生的综合作用和协调增效作用达到延缓衰老更为显著的功能效果,经反复试验,得出最佳配比和用水量,以及最有效保护活性物质的工艺方法,完成了本发明。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的。
一种具有延缓衰老功能的保健食品,它包括以下重量份的原料组成:
奇亚籽 30-40份
山药 30-40份
蛹虫草 8-12份
雨生红球藻干品 0.08-0.18份
香瓜茄 10-14份
针叶樱桃果 8-12份
沙棘果干粉 1-3份
塔格糖 4-12份
高麦芽糖浆 4-10份
普鲁兰糖 0.4-1份
水蒸馏柚皮精油 0.02-0.08份;
其制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
(1)将30-40重量份的奇亚籽用清水洗净,加3倍重量份水煮沸45min,再通过夹层锅通冷水将其迅速冷却至55℃;
(2)将30-40重量份的山药加3倍重量份水煮沸30min,冷却至55℃;
(3)将8-12重量份的蛹虫草加8倍重量份水煮沸60min,然后,用砂轮磨浆机磨两遍;
(4)将0.08-0.18重量份的雨生红球藻干品加4倍重量份水浸泡60min,沥去水,装入盘中,加入雨生红球藻干品重量的1.5倍重量份的酒(酒精度42%vol),拌匀,入蒸锅蒸20min,冷却至55℃;
(5)将步骤(1)、(2)、(3)、(4)所得一起用胶体磨磨1-2遍;
(6)将0.4-1重量份的普鲁兰糖加20倍重量份水分散溶解,再加入4-12重量份的塔格糖、4-10重量份的高麦芽糖浆、0.02-0.08重量份的水蒸馏柚皮精油,搅拌均匀;
(7)将10-14重量份的香瓜茄和8-12重量份的针叶樱桃果用无菌水冲洗干净后,加入1-3重量份的沙棘果干粉一起打成果酱,随即与步骤(5)及步骤(6)所得混合均匀,再用胶体磨磨一遍;
(8)提前预备好一套饼模具,制作饼模具的材质必须是适用于微波炉使用的,每块饼的模具尺寸为:长50-60mm、宽30-40mm、厚4-10mm,饼模具表面必须有防粘涂层;
(9)将步骤(7)所得注入步骤(8)所述的饼模具中,再将饼模具放入微波干燥杀菌设备中,控制饼中心温度在80-82℃范围内,直至饼的水分含量降至5-6%时,随即将饼进行真空包装,制得一种具有延缓衰老功能的保健食品。
本发明中各原料的作用如下:
奇亚籽:为新资源食品,在古代中美洲阿兹特克和玛雅族人的四大主食之一 ,奇亚籽含人体必需脂肪酸omega-3亚麻酸高达17.6%,且无胆固醇,具有降血脂和预防血栓形成作用,并有保护视力、改善心情、降血压作用;奇亚籽含蛋白质约15%以上,且氨基酸比例非常全面和合理;奇亚籽还含丰富的纤维素和钙、磷、镁,这对中老年人降脂减肥、降血糖、通便、补钙都有很好的帮助。
山药:为药食两用中药材,有降血糖、调节免疫功能、延缓衰老、抗氧化、耐缺氧、调节肠道菌群、健脾养胃、生津益肺、固肾涩精作用。
蛹虫草:为人工培育的冬虫夏草代用品,功能与冬虫夏草相当 ,某些功能成分还比天然冬虫夏草含量高,国家已批准为新资源食品,具有增强免疫力、抑癌、降血糖、降血脂、抗氧化、抗疲劳、强心、补肺阴、补肾阳作用。
雨生红球藻干品:为新资源食品,含抗氧化能力极强的虾青素,因此而具有抗衰老、保护皮肤、保护眼睛健康、维持心血管健康、维护关节和结缔组织健康、增强耐力等作用。
香瓜茄:为原产南美洲安第斯山北麓的一种茄科多年生蔬菜 、水果兼观赏型草本植物,营养成分较高而且全面,具有低糖、高蛋白特点,特别是微量元素有机硒和维生素C含量较高,有抗氧化、降血压、降血糖、抗癌、强心补肾、健脾胃、生津止渴、活血调经作用,因此有“长寿果”之别称。
针叶樱桃果:为新资源食品,原产西印度群岛加勒比海地区 ,由于其含维生素C高达每100克果含维C2445毫克,比被认为维生素C极高的番石榴高11倍,因此被称为“维生素C之王”,还含维生素P、A、B等多种维生素和微量元素,针叶樱桃果具有抗氧化、解毒、改善胆固醇代谢、预防心血管病、增强免疫力等作用。
沙棘果干粉:沙棘果是药食两用植物材料,经现代加工技术制成沙棘果干粉 ,有效保留了沙棘果的营养成分,沙棘果的营养价值很高,含维生素C、E、A、B、K、P等,并含丰富的黄酮、花色素和SOD。具有防治心血管疾病、抗癌、护肝、抗溃疡、护肤、抗衰老和活血散瘀、化痰宽胸作用。
塔格糖:为新资源食品,是一种天然的低能量填充型甜味剂,甜味与蔗糖相近 ,具有低热量、抑制高血糖、改善肠道菌群、抗龋齿、抗氧化作用,是一种理想的健康型代蔗糖甜味剂。
高麦芽糖浆:为淀粉经酶液化、糖化后制成的一种糖浆 ,主要成分为麦芽二糖、麦芽三糖、麦芽四糖及四糖以上和葡萄糖等。高麦芽糖浆具有甜度低而温和、口感好的特点,有保湿、防止淀粉老化、延长保质期、促进益生菌增殖的作用。
普鲁兰糖:为淀粉水解、发酵而成的多糖、有很好的成膜性、稳定性、黏结性 ,能使双歧杆菌增殖和治疗便秘,具有保鲜、乳化作用。
水蒸馏柚皮精油:为柚外皮经水蒸馏获得的精油部份,有芳香愉情、抗炎、抗病毒、润肤美容、抗氧化、保护血管、保护毛发等作用。
本发明的有益效果如下:
(1)克服了单一采用抗氧化手段来达到延缓衰老效果的局限性,将营养 、调节内分泌、愉情、抗衰老功能成分与抗氧化功能相结合、相协调、相增益,从而达到更科学合理和更显著的效果;
(2)配方原料都是属于蔬果、药食两用原料 、新资源食品等天然安全原料,充分保证了产品的安全性;
(3)所有原料都具有不同程度的抗氧化作用,尤其是雨生红球藻、针叶樱桃果具有很强的抗氧化性,特别在奇亚籽、沙棘果干粉所含的维生素E的配合和其它原料抗氧化功能的增益下,抗氧化功能得到了大大增强,使抗氧化功能在延缓衰老的作用上更充分地体现出来;
(4)组方抗氧化功能的增强又反过来保护了组方中的营养成分尤其是不饱和脂肪酸 (如奇亚籽中的omega-3亚麻酸)的品质和稳定性;
(5)组方中的组合互补作用使营养成分更为全面、合理、高效、形成了尤其适合于现代中老年人的健康营养配比,即:含丰富的优质蛋白质、低热量、富含了不饱和脂脂酸、高纤维素食量、全面的天然维生素和微量元素,而全面的营养素能为人体提供生理运化所需要的物质,使人体内的生物转化(包括酶的活性)和各种内分泌,得以保持健康状态,达到延缓衰老的目的;
(6)组方中的各种原料都含有各自的功能性物质,它们综合后形成了更为全面而强大的降血脂、降血糖、活血化瘀、抗癌、护肝、强心、补脾肾、益肺滋阴、保护视力、护肤美容、益生菌增殖、通便解毒、愉情悦志(由奇亚籽的通过调整内分泌而愉情与柚皮精油的悦志及沙棘果的宽胸除疾综合产生的显著效果)等保健养生功能,这些都是延缓衰老的重要利益因素,对延缓衰老这一重要功能目的而言,仅仅依靠单一或少数几项功能是绝对不够的,必须是有目的选择的全面功能协调和配合,才能达到理想的效果,从本质上,古老的中医药学的保健养生理论和现代营养学、生理学、病理学、生物化学的研究成果是基本吻合和相通的,只是在科学发展中,延缓衰老的机理和方法将会得到不断的破解和提高;
(7)本发明中的制备方法,是根据组方中的营养成分特点而有针对性地试验,由于组方中含不饱和脂肪酸,容易氧化,因此,利用配方中含丰富虾青素和维生素C的抗氧化作用,将其混合磨浆,予以保护,同时,利用普鲁兰糖和高麦芽糖浆、塔格糖形成有效的膜保护作用,使加工过程中各有效功能成分得到有效的保护,更使产品保存中得到可靠的保护。
(8)由于雨生红球藻中的虾青素是油溶性物质,本发明利用奇亚籽含丰富脂肪和普鲁兰糖的乳化性能,使它们在研磨过程中实现有效混溶、乳化;
(9)为避免组方原料中的维生素、脂质受高温破坏和损失,本发明根据各原料成分特点分别预处理,再利用微波处理方式使饼中心迅速加热,以利于水分快速蒸发,且达到良好的杀菌效果,并控制饼中心温度80-82℃;
(10)本发明产品水分含量为5-6%的饼干形态,并采用真空包装,有利于保存和品质稳定;
综上所述,本发明组方不但严谨、合理、更有思路创新、针对性强 、互补性强、协同增效显著、功能特出、口感清香甜美、松脆可口、营养全面、食用方便、便于保存的特点,尤其适合中老年人的生理特点和健康需求,使延缓衰老的效果得以实现。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
实施例。
优选地,一种具有延缓衰老功能的保健食品的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
(1)将35kg的奇亚籽用清水洗净,加入105kg水煮沸45min,再通过夹层锅通冷水将其迅速冷却至55℃;
(2)将35kg的山药加105kg水煮沸30min,冷却至55℃;
(3)将10kg的蛹虫草加80kg水煮沸60min,然后,用砂轮磨浆机磨两遍;
(4)将0.13kg的雨生红球藻干品加0.52kg水浸泡60min,沥去水,装入盘中,加入0.195kg的白酒(酒精度42%vol),拌匀,入蒸锅蒸20min,冷却至55℃;
(5)将步骤(1)、(2)、(3)、(4)所得一起用胶体磨磨1-2遍;
(6)将0.7kg的普鲁兰糖加14kg水分散溶解,再加入8kg的塔格糖、7kg的高麦芽糖浆、0.05kg的水蒸馏柚皮精油,搅拌均匀;
(7)将12kg的香瓜茄和10kg的针叶樱桃果用无菌水冲洗干净后,加入2kg的沙棘果干粉一起打成果酱,随即与步骤(5)及步骤(6)所得混合均匀,再用胶体磨磨一遍;
(8)提前预备好一套饼模具,制作饼模具的材质必须是适用于微波炉使用的,每块饼的模具尺寸为:长50-60mm、宽30-40mm、厚4-10mm,饼模具表面必须有防粘涂层;
(9)将步骤(7)所得注入步骤(8)所述的饼模具中,再将饼模具放入微波干燥杀菌设备中,控制饼中心温度在80-82℃范围内,直至饼的水分含量降至5-6%时,随即将饼进行真空包装,制得一种具有延缓衰老功能的保健食品。

Claims (2)
1.一种具有延缓衰老功能的保健食品,其特征在于,它包括以下重量份的原料组成:
奇亚籽 30-40份
山药 30-40份
蛹虫草 8-12份
雨生红球藻干品 0.08-0.18份
香瓜茄 10-14份
针叶樱桃果 8-12份
沙棘果干粉 1-3份
塔格糖 4-12份
高麦芽糖浆 4-10份
普鲁兰糖 0.4-1份
水蒸馏柚皮精油 0.02-0.08份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种具有延缓衰老功能的保健食品的制备方法,其特征在于包括
以下制备步骤:
(1)将30-40重量份的奇亚籽用清水洗净,加3倍重量份水煮沸45min,再通过夹层锅通冷水将其迅速冷却至55℃;
(2)将30-40重量份的山药加3倍重量份水煮沸30min,冷却至55℃;
(3)将8-12重量份的蛹虫草加8倍重量份水煮沸60min,然后,用砂轮磨浆机磨两遍;
(4)将0.08-0.18重量份的雨生红球藻干品加4倍重量份水浸泡60min,沥去水,装入盘中,加入雨生红球藻干品重量的1.5倍重量份的白酒(酒精度42%vol),拌匀,入蒸锅蒸20min,冷却至55℃;
(5)将步骤(1)、(2)、(3)、(4)所得一起用胶体磨磨1-2遍;
(6)将0.4-1重量份的普鲁兰糖加20倍重量份水分散溶解,再加入4-12重量份的塔格糖、4-10重量份的高麦芽糖浆、0.02-0.08重量份的水蒸馏柚皮精油,搅拌均匀;
