一种食品的加工制作方法,是由干枣50份、人参干粉30份、黄芪50份、枸杞子30份、百合粉50份、香米50份、核桃仁50份、山楂50份、花生50份、咖喱粉0.2—0.5份、杏仁30份、龙眼20份、肌酸20份、食盐1份、胡椒粉0.4份份、香精0.03份份制备而成。具体制备方法是:将大枣、香米、山楂、花生、黄芪、枸杞子用清水冲洗,并将大枣去核。将大枣、山楂、花生、黄芪烘干;另将香米用烤箱烘烤20分钟,至香米变为微红。然后将上述原料分别粉碎。最后将上述粉剂按一定比例搅和,经灭菌后装袋再次灭菌,即为该保健食品。本发明的食品山具有美容养颜的功效,当人食用后能够补充多方面的营养性物质,对人体健康,美容养颜具有有益的效果。

本发明涉及一种食品配方及其制备方法,特别涉及一种美容养颜食品及加工方法。
背景技术
现有的食品通过原料混合形成配合食品的品种较多,根据原材料的营养性物质对人体健康的针对性,进行配合食品的配合,达到设定的营养性并具有美容养颜功效目的。但所配合的食品选材天然、营养性高和品味性好的配合食品却没有比较完善的产品被生产或被公布。
发明内容
本发明的目的,是针对在现有技术的不足,提供一种食品的加工制作方法。
本发明时这样实现的:
一种食品的加工制作方法,是由干枣40—60份、人参干粉20—40份、黄芪40—60份、枸杞子20—40份、百合粉40—60份、香米40—60份、核桃仁40—60份、山楂40—60份、花生40—60份、咖喱粉0.2—0.5份、杏仁20—40份、龙眼10—30份、肌酸10—30份、食盐0.5—1.5份、胡椒粉0.2—0.6份份、香精0.02—0.05份份制备而成。
具体制备方法是:
1、选料:剔除原料中未成熟、霉烂、干瘪、虫蚀、杂质。
2、清洗:将大枣、香米、山楂、花生、黄芪、枸杞子用清水冲洗,并将大枣去核。
3、烘烤:将大枣、山楂、花生、黄芪烘干;将香米用烤箱烘烤15~20分钟,至香米变为微红。
4、粉碎:将上述原料分别粉碎。
5、将上述粉剂按一定比例搅和,经灭菌后装袋再次灭菌,即为该保健食品。
本发明的食品山具有美容养颜的功效,当人食用后能够补充多方面的营养性物质,对人体健康,美容养颜具有有益的效果,而且食用方便,并能够制成不同种类型食品。适宜作为供人食用的美容养颜食品或食品原料应用。
