背景技术
芝麻酱是把芝麻炒熟、磨碎而制成的酱,有香味,用作调料。龙须菜为一种野生名菜,属多年生藤状攀援植物,其天然野生藤茎可长达30~50米,属无性繁殖。龙须菜具有浓郁的芳香气味,有清热解毒、利湿助消化等功效,可治感冒、便秘等症。
香椿头含有极丰富的营养。据分析,每100克香椿头中,含蛋白质9.8克、含钙143毫克、含维生素C115毫克,都列蔬菜中的前茅。另外,还含磷135毫克、胡萝卜素1.36毫克,以及铁和B族维生素等营养物质。

一种香椿首乌美容芝麻酱,其特征在于:其是由下述重量份的原料制得:香椿1-2、何首乌2-4、丰水梨肉5-8,葛根1-2、羊栖菜2-4、龙须菜2-4,夏威夷果仁6-8,黄油25-30,花生油4-6,芝麻酱60-80,红薯叶豆瓣酱33-45;
所述的红薯叶豆瓣酱由下述重量份的原料制得:红薯叶1-2、枸杞菜3-5、枸杞1-2、红枣3-5、苦麦菜1-2、豆瓣酱70-80;
红薯叶豆瓣酱的制备方法为:将各原料经混合搅匀后,装缸酱渍20-25天后制成。
所述的一种香椿首乌美容芝麻酱,其特征在于:制备方法为:
(1)、将香椿、何首乌、丰水梨肉、葛根、羊栖菜混匀后,打泥,再烤干,磨粉,即得复合果蔬粉备用;
(2)、夏威夷果仁用红酒浸泡4-5小时后,取出烘干后磨粉得夏威夷果仁粉备用;
(3)、将复合果蔬粉、夏威夷果仁粉以及其余原料搅拌均匀,冷藏后,即得。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明口味独特,将红薯叶等原料与豆瓣酱一起酱渍,充分释放其中的营养元素,再将何首乌等原料经过处理磨粉,所得芝麻酱鲜美可口,还具有美容等养生作用。葛根等原料配伍合理,充分发挥了保健食疗作用。

所述的红薯叶豆瓣酱由下述重量kg的原料制得:红薯叶2、枸杞菜5、枸杞2、红枣5、苦麦菜2、豆瓣酱80;
红薯叶豆瓣酱的制备方法为:将各原料经混合搅匀后,装缸酱渍25天后制成。
所述的一种香椿首乌美容芝麻酱,制备方法为:
(1)、将香椿、何首乌、丰水梨肉、葛根、羊栖菜混匀后,打泥,再烤干,磨粉,即得复合果蔬粉备用;
(2)、夏威夷果仁用红酒浸泡5小时后,取出烘干后磨粉得夏威夷果仁粉备用;
(3)、将复合果蔬粉、夏威夷果仁粉以及其余原料搅拌均匀,冷藏后,即得。
