本发明公开了一种菌菇骨汤粥及其制备方法,所述菌菇骨汤粥的原料成分的重量配比为:黑米20~30份、大米40~60份、猪骨头40~60份、香菇10~20份、平菇10~20份、金针菇10~20份、茶树菇10~20份、薏仁10~20份、杏仁10~20份、巧克力粉8~12份、当归10~18份、灵芝8~16份、桑叶3~8份、余甘子10~12份、食盐10~15份、水400~600份。其生产工艺流程为:选料→蒸煮→烘干→炒熟→磨粉→混合→包装→杀菌。本发明的粥添加了多种食用菌,有平菇、香菇、金针菇、茶树菇等,这些食用菌中含有多醣体能刺激抗体的形成,提高并调整机体内部的防御能力,还能降低某些物质诱发肿瘤的发生率,并对多种化疗药物有增效效应,对抗癌很有帮助。

本发明属于食品领域,涉及一种菌菇骨汤粥及其制备方法。
背景技术
食用菌含有丰富的蛋白质和氨基酸,其含量是一般蔬菜和水果的几倍到几十倍,食用菌中赖氨酸含很丰富,含有组成蛋白质的18种氨基酸,和人体所必需的8种微量元素。谷物食品中含量少的赖氨酸,食用菌中含量也相当丰富。食用菌不仅味美,而且营养丰富,常被人们称作健康食品,如香菇不仅含有各种人体必需的氨基酸,还具有降低血液中的胆固醇、治疗高血压的作用,还发现香菇、蘑菇、金针菇、猴头中含有增强人体抗癌能力的物质

进一步,所述菌菇骨汤粥,按照质量份数包括如下配方成分:黑米20份、大米40份、猪骨头40份、香菇10份、平菇10份、金针菇10份、茶树菇10份、薏仁10份、杏仁10份、巧克力粉8份、当归10份、灵芝8份、桑叶3份、余甘子10份、食盐10份、水400份。

本发明还提供菌菇骨汤粥的制备方法:制备方法步骤如下
(1)将黑米、大米用水浸泡5~6小时,将香菇、平菇、金针菇、茶树菇,洗净并去除桔梗,在香菇和茶树菇上划几刀小口,混合以上几种食用菌;
(2)将猪骨头、当归、灵芝、桑叶、余甘子、食盐、水放入高压锅,
大火烧开,转为文火继续炖50~60min;
(3)打开(2)所述的高压锅,滤除猪骨头、当归、灵芝、桑叶、余甘子,得到骨汤汁;
(4)将(1)所述浸泡后的黑米、大米,大食用菌和(3)所述骨汤汁混合,搅拌均匀,炖煮2~3小时,冷却至室温,包装,采用巴氏灭菌,即得到成品。
本发明有益效果:
(1)提高并调整机体内部的防御能力;
(2)并对多种化疗药物有增效效应,对抗癌很有帮助。

其制备方法步骤为:
(1)将黑米、大米用水浸泡5~6小时,将香菇、平菇、金针菇、茶树菇,洗净并去除桔梗,在香菇和茶树菇上划几刀小口,混合以上几种食用菌;
(2)将猪骨头、当归、灵芝、桑叶、余甘子、食盐、水放入高压锅,
大火烧开,转为文火继续炖50~60min;
(3)打开(2)所述的高压锅,滤除猪骨头、当归、灵芝、桑叶、余甘子,得到骨汤汁;
(4)将(1)所述浸泡后的黑米、大米,大食用菌和(3)所述骨汤汁混合,搅拌均匀,炖煮2~3小时,冷却至室温,包装,采用巴氏灭菌,即得到成品。

5.一种制备权利要求1所述的菌菇骨汤粥的方法,其特征在于:制备方法如下:
(1)将黑米、大米用水浸泡5~6小时,将香菇、平菇、金针菇、茶树菇,洗净并去除桔梗,在香菇和茶树菇上划几刀小口,混合以上几种食用菌;
(2)将猪骨头、当归、灵芝、桑叶、余甘子、食盐、水放入高压锅,
