一种保健食品,是由绿豆粉8份、黑豆粉15份、枸杞子10份、玉竹8份、山药8份、眉豆15份、乌梅12份、花生15份、干枣15份、杏仁10份、莲子8份、食盐0.4份、胡椒粉0.4份制备而成。将大枣、乌梅、花生、枸杞子用清水冲洗,并将大枣去核。将大枣、山药、乌梅、花生、枸杞子烘干;将香米用烤箱烘烤10—20分钟,至香米变为微红。然后将上述原料分别粉碎。最后将上述粉剂按一定比例搅和,经灭菌后装袋再次灭菌,即为该保健食品。本发明的食品山具有美容养颜的功效,当人食用后能够补充多方面的营养性物质,对人体健康,美容养颜具有有益的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种食品配方及其制备方法,特别涉及一种美容养颜食品及加工方法。
背景技术
现有的食品通过原料混合形成配合食品的品种较多,根据原材料的营养性物质对人体健康的针对性,进行配合食品的配合,达到设定的营养性并具有美容养颜功效目的。但所配合的食品选材天然、营养性高和品味性好的配合食品却没有比较完善的产品被生产或被公布。
发明内容
本发明的目的,是针对在现有技术的不足,提供一种保健食品。
本发明时这样实现的:
一种保健食品,是由绿豆粉5—10份、黑豆粉10—20份、枸杞子5—15份、玉竹5—10份、山药5—10份、眉豆10—20份、乌梅10—15份、花生10—20份、干枣10—20份、杏仁5—15份、莲子5—10份、食盐0.3—0.5份、胡椒粉0.3—0.6份制备而成。
具体制备方法是:
1、选料:剔除原料中未成熟、霉烂、干瘪、虫蚀、杂质。
2、清洗:将大枣、乌梅、花生、枸杞子用清水冲洗,并将大枣去核。
3、烘烤:将大枣、山药、乌梅、花生、枸杞子烘干;将香米用烤箱烘烤10—20分钟,至香米变为微红。
4、粉碎:将上述原料分别粉碎。
5、将上述粉剂按一定比例搅和,经灭菌后装袋再次灭菌,即为该保健食品。
本发明的食品山具有美容养颜的功效,当人食用后能够补充多方面的营养性物质,对人体健康,美容养颜具有有益的效果,而且食用方便,并能够制成不同种类型食品。适宜作为供人食用的美容养颜食品或食品原料应用。

实施例1

1.一种保健食品,其特征是由绿豆粉5—10份、黑豆粉10—20份、枸杞子5—15份、玉竹5—10份、山药5—10份、眉豆10—20份、乌梅10—15份、花生10—20份、干枣10—20份、杏仁5—15份、莲子5—10份、食盐0.3—0.5份、胡椒粉0.3—0.6份制备而成;将大枣、乌梅、花生、枸杞子用清水冲洗,并将大枣去核;将大枣、山药、乌梅、花生、枸杞子烘干;将香米用烤箱烘烤10—20分钟,至香米变为微红;然后将上述原料分别粉碎;最后将上述粉剂按一定比例搅和,经灭菌后装袋再次灭菌,即为该保健食品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种保健食品,其特征在于是由参干粉8份、黑豆粉15份、枸杞子10份、玉竹8份、山药8份、眉豆15份、乌梅12份、花生15份、干枣15份、杏仁10份、莲子8份、食盐0.4份、胡椒粉0.4份制备而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种保健食品,其特征在于是由绿豆粉5份、黑豆粉10份、枸杞子5份、玉竹5份、山药5份、眉豆10份、乌梅10份、花生10份、干枣10份、杏仁5份、莲子5份、食盐0.3份、胡椒粉0.3份制备而成。
