目前国内作为女士营养液的相关保健品及药物种类很多,但多数保健品或药物或片面追求快速高效,一般都含有多少不同或种类不同的激素,若长期服用必然引起内分泌素紊乱或损害机体;或保健有效成份剂量极少,仅仅停留在概念上,起不到保健效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种女士营养液。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种女士营养液的制备方法。
本发明技术方案如下:一种女士营养液,其特征在于:在1000ml营养液中,包括以下原料:红枣浓缩液80—85g、枸杞提取液30—38ml、玫瑰茄浓缩汁2.5—3.5g、水解胶原蛋白0.5—1.5g、柠檬酸0.5—0.8g、山梨酸钾0.4—0.5g、木糖醇液80—100g、麦芽酚2.0mg,余量为纯净水。
优选的,在1000ml营养液中,包括以下原料:浓度为65%的红枣浓缩液80g、浓度为5%的枸杞提取液30ml、浓度为42%的玫瑰茄浓缩汁2.5g、水解胶原蛋白0.5g、柠檬酸0.8g、山梨酸钾0.4g、浓度为65%的木糖醇液100g、麦芽酚2.0mg,余量为纯净水。
优选的,红枣浓缩液制备过程为:选用无霉变、无虫害枣在800C—1200C温度下烘干,在70—1500C远红外干燥箱中干燥10—20min后,粉碎至4—20目;经80—1000C热水中蒸煮、浸提,用水量为干枣用量的40—60倍,时间为1—2h,经高速离心分离;经反渗透浓缩至65%红枣浓缩液。
优选的,枸杞提取液制备:选用无霉变、无虫害的枸杞子,用40—600C温水洗涤,投入80—1000C热水中蒸煮、浸提,用水量为枸杞子用量的40—60倍,时间为1—2h,过滤除去枸杞子,即得枸杞提取液。
优选的,玫瑰茄浓缩汁制备:取玫瑰茄花萼,红外线灭菌、除杂、烘干,粉碎至150—400μm,得玫瑰茄粉,按照乙醇与玫瑰茄粉重量比10—15:1,在50—800C提取100—120分钟,得玫瑰茄提取物浓缩汁。
上述的一种女士营养液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)在配制罐中加纯净水,加热至100℃,煮沸10min;
(2)在步骤(1)所得的溶液中加红枣浓缩液、枸杞提取液、玫瑰茄浓缩汁、水解胶原蛋白、柠檬酸、山梨酸钾、木糖醇液、麦芽酚,搅拌回流使其全部溶解;
(3)把步骤(2)中所得的溶液用0.2μm微滤膜过滤,收集滤液至贮液罐中;
(4)将贮液罐中的滤液送到高压均质机均质,压力20-35Mpa,然后采用棕色玻璃瓶,以每瓶女士营养液50ml灌装、轧盖;
(5)灌装好的产品进行灭菌,灭菌条件为在95℃条件水浴20分钟,既得女士营养液。
本发明以红枣、枸杞、胶原蛋白、玫瑰茄、木糖醇等为主要原料,优化组合了以红枣、枸杞、胶原蛋白、玫瑰茄、木糖醇等以药食两用品种为原料制成的女性营养液,通过发挥各原料的协同作用,以达到更好提高女性人体免疫力,利尿降压,清热解暑,解毒,养颜消斑,去火安神,滋养并保护皮质,增强皮肤弹性和光润,降低血脂和血糖等作用,适合所有女性人群使用。
其中大枣含有大量的糖类物质,并含有大量的维生素C、核黄素、硫胺素、胡萝卜素、尼克酸等多种维生素,能提高人体免疫功能,增强抗病能力;大枣含多种三该类化合物,其中烨木酸、山植酸均发现有抗癌活性,对肉瘤S-180有抑制作用。枸杞子可调节机体免疫功能、能有效抑制肿瘤生长和细胞突变、具有延缓衰老、抗脂肪肝、调节血脂和血糖、促进造血功能等方面的作用。胶原蛋白能增强皮肤弹性,保持水份,滋养皮肤,增加钙摄取量,保护及强化脏器。玫瑰茄含丰富的果胶,糖类,碳水化合物、含有原儿茶酸、类黄酮素、异黄酮素、花青素以及丰富的维生素、氨基酸、有机酸、无机盐等化学成分,具有利尿降压、清热解暑、解毒、养颜消斑、解酒等功效。木糖醇不需要通过胰岛素直接通过细胞壁被人体吸收,具有降低血脂、抗酮体等功能。柠檬酸有温和爽快的酸味,可以改善食品的感官性状,增强食欲和促进体内钙、磷物质的消化吸收。麦芽粉能给人体提供丰富的膳食纤维,可以有效排毒,解决便秘问题;麦芽粉里的丰富营养,可滋润肌肤及增强肌肤弹性。山梨酸钾是酸型防腐剂。
具体实施方式
下面的实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但不以任何方式限制本发明。
实施例1
本发明女士营养液及其制备方法,按体积1000ml计算,包括以下原料组成:65%红枣浓缩液80g、5%枸杞提取液30ml、42%的玫瑰茄浓缩汁2.5g、水解胶原蛋白0.5g、柠檬酸0.8g、山梨酸钾0.4g、65%的木糖醇液100g、麦芽酚2.0mg,其余为纯净水。
红枣浓缩液制备过程为:选用无霉变、无虫害枣在1200C温度下烘干,在1500C远红外干燥箱中干燥20min后,粉碎至20目;经1000C热水中蒸煮、浸提,用水量为干枣用量的60倍,时间为2h,经高速离心分离;经反渗透浓缩至65%红枣浓缩液。
枸杞提取液制备:选用无霉变、无虫害的枸杞子,用600C温水洗涤,投入1000C热水中蒸煮、浸提,用水量为枸杞子用量的60倍,时间为2h,过滤除去枸杞子,即得枸杞提取液。
玫瑰茄浓缩汁制备:取玫瑰茄花萼,红外线灭菌、除杂、烘干,粉碎至400μm,得玫瑰茄粉,按照乙醇与玫瑰茄粉重量比15:1,在800C提取120分钟,得玫瑰茄提取物浓缩汁。
制备方法包括以下工艺步骤:
(1)在配制罐中加纯净水,加热至100℃,煮沸10min;
(2)在步骤(1)所得的溶液中加入以上原料,搅拌回流使其全部溶解;
(3)把步骤(2)中所得的溶液用0.2μm微滤膜过滤,收集滤液至贮液罐中;
(4)将贮液罐中的滤液送到高压均质机均质,压力35Mpa,然后采用棕色玻璃瓶,以每瓶女士营养液50ml灌装、轧盖;
(5)灌装好的产品进行灭菌,灭菌条件为在95℃条件水浴20分钟,既得女士营养液。本实施例产品效果最佳。
实施例2
本发明女士营养液及其制备方法,按体积1000ml计算,包括以下原料组成:65%红枣浓缩液85g、5%的枸杞提取液38ml、42%的玫瑰茄浓缩汁3.5g、水解胶原蛋白1.5g、柠檬酸0.5g、山梨酸钾0.5g、65%的木糖醇液80g,麦芽酚2.5mg,其余为纯净水。
红枣浓缩液制备过程为:选用无霉变、无虫害枣在800C温度下烘干,在700C远红外干燥箱中干燥10min后,粉碎至4目;经800C热水中蒸煮、浸提,用水量为干枣用量的40倍,时间为1—2h,经高速离心分离;经反渗透浓缩至65%红枣浓缩液。
枸杞提取液制备:选用无霉变、无虫害的枸杞子,用400C温水洗涤,投入800C热水中蒸煮、浸提,用水量为枸杞子用量的40倍,时间为1h,过滤除去枸杞子,即得枸杞提取液。
玫瑰茄浓缩汁制备:取玫瑰茄花萼,红外线灭菌、除杂、烘干,粉碎至150μm,得玫瑰茄粉,按照乙醇与玫瑰茄粉重量比10:1,在500C提取100分钟,得玫瑰茄提取物浓缩汁。
制备方法包括以下工艺步骤:
(1)在配制罐中加纯净水,加热至100℃,煮沸10min;
(2)在步骤(1)所得的溶液中加入以上原料,搅拌回流使其全部溶解;
(3)把步骤(2)中所得的溶液用0.2μm微滤膜过滤,收集滤液至贮液罐中;
(4)将贮液罐中的滤液送到高压均质机均质,压力20Mpa,然后采用棕色玻璃瓶,以每瓶女士营养液50ml灌装、轧盖;
(5)灌装好的产品进行灭菌,灭菌条件为在95℃条件水浴20分钟,既得女士营养液。
《效果实验》本发明的女士营养液保健效果主要通过对100例免疫力低下、体力疲劳、体质虚弱的中老年女性进行观察实验。在症状或体质相同或相近的前提下进行对比实验六个疗程(一月为一疗程),经实验证明本发明女士营养液功效确实,有效率高。
一、实验样本情况见表1,症状分布情况见表2。
二、实验过程
实验组:每天饮用实施例1制得的营养液两次,早晚各一次,饭后半小时饮用,一月为一疗程。
对比组:实验过程中停用一切营养保健品和药物。
三、实验结果
以症状明显改善的为显效,症状好转的为有效,症状无明显变化为无效。实验结果见得表3。
根据统计结果,本发明女士营养液总有效率为84%,效果显著的为61.33%。证明本发明可有效提高女性人体免疫力、缓解疲劳、去火安神、增强皮肤弹性和光润、降低血脂和血糖等作用。
Claims (6)
1.一种女士营养液,其特征在于:在1000ml营养液中,包括以下原料:红枣浓缩液80—85g、枸杞提取液30—38ml、玫瑰茄浓缩汁2.5—3.5g、水解胶原蛋白0.5—1.5g、柠檬酸0.5—0.8g、山梨酸钾0.4—0.5g、木糖醇液80—100g、麦芽酚2.0mg,余量为纯净水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种女士营养液,其特征在于:在1000ml营养液中,包括以下原料:浓度为65%的红枣浓缩液80g、浓度为5%的枸杞提取液30ml、浓度为42%的玫瑰茄浓缩汁2.5g、水解胶原蛋白0.5g、柠檬酸0.8g、山梨酸钾0.4g、浓度为65%的木糖醇液100g、麦芽酚2.0mg,余量为纯净水。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种女士营养液,其特征是在于:红枣浓缩液制备过程为:选用无霉变、无虫害枣在800C—1200C温度下烘干,在70—1500C远红外干燥箱中干燥10—20min后,粉碎至4—20目;经80—1000C热水中蒸煮、浸提,用水量为干枣用量的40—60倍,时间为1—2h,经高速离心分离;经反渗透浓缩至65%红枣浓缩液。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种女士营养液,其特征是在于:枸杞提取液制备:选用无霉变、无虫害的枸杞子,用40—600C温水洗涤,投入80—1000C热水中蒸煮、浸提,用水量为枸杞子用量的40—60倍,时间为1—2h,过滤除去枸杞子,即得枸杞提取液。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种女士营养液,其特征是在于:玫瑰茄浓缩汁制备:取玫瑰茄花萼,红外线灭菌、除杂、烘干,粉碎至150—400μm,得玫瑰茄粉,按照乙醇与玫瑰茄粉重量比10—15:1,在50—800C提取100—120分钟,得玫瑰茄提取物浓缩汁。
6.权利要求1或2所述的一种女士营养液的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)在配制罐中加纯净水,加热至100℃,煮沸10min;
(2)在步骤(1)所得的溶液中加红枣浓缩液、枸杞提取液、玫瑰茄浓缩汁、水解胶原蛋白、柠檬酸、山梨酸钾、木糖醇液、麦芽酚,搅拌回流使其全部溶解;
(3)把步骤(2)中所得的溶液用0.2μm微滤膜过滤,收集滤液至贮液罐中;
(4)将贮液罐中的滤液送到高压均质机均质,压力20-35Mpa,然后采用棕色玻璃瓶,以每瓶女士营养液50ml灌装、轧盖;
(5)灌装好的产品进行灭菌,灭菌条件为在95℃条件水浴20分钟,既得女士营养液。
