发明涉及一种代餐粉,特别是一种调节血糖的营养代餐粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高和饮食方式的改变,高血糖、高血脂、高血压等疾病在普通人群中呈现日益增加的趋势,其中高血糖表现尤为明显。高血糖人群如不及时治疗并改变生活习惯,很容易发展为糖尿病。糖尿病是一种因胰岛素绝对或相对缺乏引起的以高血糖为特征的代谢性疾病。一旦患上糖尿病,将终身无法根治,严重影响生命质量。
据国际糖尿病联盟估计,全球糖尿病人己超过3亿,不仅在发达国家,在中国、印度等经济快速发展的发展中国家也在急剧增加。我国2010年的一项流行病学调查报告表明,中国糖尿病患病率高达9.7%,远高于全球平均患病率6. 4%,甚至超过了美国的8%。目前我国的糖尿病患者已经有了低龄化的趋势,除了遗传因素外,不健康的饮食方式及生活习惯也是造成糖尿病患者日益增多的主要原因。
对于糖尿病患者及高血糖人群,在及时使用药物治疗的同时,面临的最关键问题就是日常饮食,如果饮食控制或选用食物不当。有可能导致血糖的波动,甚至加剧高血糖风险。糖尿病患者及高血糖人群,应当尽量选用无糖或低糖的食品作为日常补充。
代餐粉集营养均衡、效果显著、食用方便等优点于一身,特别是自全谷粉及有机胚芽粉面世以来,得到众多减肥瘦身人士的喜爱和欢迎。
代餐粉自身均衡的营养,明显的饱腹感,吃了以后不会饿,并且可以保证基础的营养需求,完全可以不再吃饭。在实际的使用中,可以根据自己想要的减肥速度,选择代一餐或是二餐,在代餐的选择上,代晚上效果是最好的,如果是选择一餐,最好是选择代晚餐,如果想快速的减肥,可以选择代早餐+晚餐,或是中餐+晚餐,使用代餐粉可以很好的控制饮食热量,同时补充全面的营养,起到健康减肥的作用。
目前市场上的代餐粉的营养价值较低,并且控制血糖的效果并不是很好,因此市场上急需一种适合高血糖人群服用的营养代餐粉,能对高血糖人群起到一定的保健作用,并且对糖尿病患者具有一定的辅助降血糖作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种调节血糖的营养代餐粉及其制备方法。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种调节血糖的营养代餐粉及其制备方法,由原料和辅料制成,原料包括大豆分离蛋白、猴头菇提取物、山药粉、南瓜粉、蛋黄粉、黑木耳提取物、白果提取物,辅料包括维生素E、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、维生素C、维生素A、聚葡萄糖、赤藓糖醇、食品添加剂,按重量百分比,大豆分离蛋白10-20%、猴头菇提取物5-10%、山药粉5-10%、南瓜粉5-10%、蛋黄粉5-10%、黑木耳提取物1-5%、白果提取物1-3%、维生素E1-2%、维生素B11-2%、维生素B21-2%、维生素B61-2%、维生素B121-2%、维生素C1-2%、维生素A1-2%、聚葡萄糖1-2%、赤藓糖醇1-2%、食品添加剂0.1-1%,所述的食品添加剂为柠檬酸0.1-0.5%或阿巴斯甜0.1-0.5%或β-胡萝卜素0.5-1%;所述的猴头菇提取物、黑木耳提取物分别由猴头菇、黑木耳提取而成。
所述的一种调节血糖的营养代餐粉及其制备方法,按优选重量份数,由大豆分离蛋白15份、猴头菇提取物5份、山药粉5份、南瓜粉5份、蛋黄粉5份、黑木耳提取物5份、白果提取物1份、维生素E1份、维生素B11份、维生素B21份、维生素B61份、维生素B121份、维生素C1份、维生素A1份、聚葡萄糖5份、赤藓糖醇5份、柠檬酸0.2份制成。
所述的一种调节血糖的营养代餐粉及其制备方法,按优选重量份数,大豆分离蛋白10份、猴头菇提取物10份、山药粉5份、南瓜粉10份、蛋黄粉5份、黑木耳提取物5份、白果提取物1份、维生素E1份、维生素B11份、维生素B21份、维生素B61份、维生素B121份、维生素C1份、维生素A1份、聚葡萄糖5份、赤藓糖醇10份、阿巴斯甜0.2份。
所述的一种调节血糖的营养代餐粉及其制备方法,其制备方法的主要步骤为:
步骤1、制备提取物:将猴头菇、黑木耳粉碎分别放入提取罐中,分别加入10倍量纯化水浸泡2小时,煎煮3次,每次2小时,过滤,滤液合并,分别得滤液,分别将滤液减压浓缩,压力条件:-0.07Mpa、温度条件:60℃,浓缩至相对密度为1.18~1.20,得浓缩液,将浓缩液放至室温,加乙醇至含醇量达到75%,室温放置24小时,过滤,取沉淀,减压干燥,压力条件:-0.07MPa,温度条件:60℃,得干膏,粉碎,过80目筛,得到猴头菇提取物和黑木耳提取物;
步骤2、混合:按重量百分比,称取大豆分离蛋白、猴头菇提取物、山药粉、南瓜粉、蛋黄粉、黑木耳提取物、白果提取物、维生素E、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、维生素C、维生素A、聚葡萄糖、赤藓糖醇、食品添加剂,放入槽型混合机混合30min,备用;
步骤3、制粒:向槽型混合机内加入70%乙醇溶液,制软材,加至软材适中后,将软材放入摇摆颗粒机中,制成颗粒,摇摆颗粒机上60目筛网;将制好的颗粒,放入平盘中,推入鼓风干燥箱中烘干,温度为60℃,开启鼓风,干燥至水分为6.0%~8.0%,取出干燥后的颗粒,过40目筛,得到固体颗粒;
步骤4、灭菌、装袋:将固体颗粒采用紫外线灭菌的方式灭菌,灭菌后装入包装袋,制得一种调节血糖的营养代餐粉。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的一种调节血糖的营养代餐粉,适合于高血糖人群服用的营养代餐粉,含有多种血糖调节因子,对高血糖人群具有一定的保健作用,对于糖尿病患者具有一定的辅助降血糖功效,口感良好,营养丰富,食用方便,可以作为高血糖人群的日常代餐食品,并对高血糖人群具有辅助调节血糖功效。
本发明经两组临床验证,其中一组为治疗组服用本发明,每天服用本发明一次,7天为一个疗程,另一组对照组服用格列齐特片,每天使用一次,7天为一个疗程,每组选择门诊病人110例,其中男40例,女70例,最大年龄75岁,最小年龄35岁,临床表现为多尿、多饮、乏力、血糖值升高、视力障碍、体重下降、免疫力下降,表一为服用一个疗程后的对照数据:

治疗组和对照组有显著差异,从而可以看出本发明在临床上的应用有显著的疗效。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种调节血糖的营养代餐粉及其制备方法,由原料和辅料制成,原料包括大豆分离蛋白、猴头菇提取物、山药粉、南瓜粉、蛋黄粉、黑木耳提取物、白果提取物,辅料包括维生素E、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、维生素C、维生素A、聚葡萄糖、赤藓糖醇、食品添加剂,按重量百分比,大豆分离蛋白10-20%、猴头菇提取物5-10%、山药粉5-10%、南瓜粉5-10%、蛋黄粉5-10%、黑木耳提取物1-5%、白果提取物1-3%、维生素E1-2%、维生素B11-2%、维生素B21-2%、维生素B61-2%、维生素B121-2%、维生素C1-2%、维生素A1-2%、聚葡萄糖1-2%、赤藓糖醇1-2%、食品添加剂0.1-1%,所述的食品添加剂为柠檬酸0.1-0.5%或阿巴斯甜0.1-0.5%或β-胡萝卜素0.5-1%;所述的猴头菇提取物、黑木耳提取物分别由猴头菇、黑木耳提取而成。
实施例2
一种调节血糖的营养代餐粉及其制备方法,按优选重量份数,由大豆分离蛋白15份、猴头菇提取物5份、山药粉5份、南瓜粉5份、蛋黄粉5份、黑木耳提取物5份、白果提取物1份、维生素E1份、维生素B11份、维生素B21份、维生素B61份、维生素B121份、维生素C1份、维生素A1份、聚葡萄糖5份、赤藓糖醇5份、柠檬酸0.2份制成。
实施例3
一种调节血糖的营养代餐粉及其制备方法,按优选重量份数,大豆分离蛋白10份、猴头菇提取物10份、山药粉5份、南瓜粉10份、蛋黄粉5份、黑木耳提取物5份、白果提取物1份、维生素E1份、维生素B11份、维生素B21份、维生素B61份、维生素B121份、维生素C1份、维生素A1份、聚葡萄糖5份、赤藓糖醇10份、阿巴斯甜0.2份。
实施例4
一种调节血糖的营养代餐粉及其制备方法,其制备方法的主要步骤为:
步骤1、制备提取物:将猴头菇、黑木耳粉碎分别放入提取罐中,分别加入10倍量纯化水浸泡2小时,煎煮3次,每次2小时,过滤,滤液合并,分别得滤液,分别将滤液减压浓缩,压力条件:-0.07Mpa、温度条件:60℃,浓缩至相对密度为1.18~1.20,得浓缩液,将浓缩液放至室温,加乙醇至含醇量达到75%,室温放置24小时,过滤,取沉淀,减压干燥,压力条件:-0.07MPa,温度条件:60℃,得干膏,粉碎,过80目筛,得到猴头菇提取物和黑木耳提取物;
步骤2、混合:按重量百分比,称取大豆分离蛋白、猴头菇提取物、山药粉、南瓜粉、蛋黄粉、黑木耳提取物、白果提取物、维生素E、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、维生素C、维生素A、聚葡萄糖、赤藓糖醇、食品添加剂,放入槽型混合机混合30min,备用;
步骤3、制粒:向槽型混合机内加入70%乙醇溶液,制软材,加至软材适中后,将软材放入摇摆颗粒机中,制成颗粒,摇摆颗粒机上60目筛网;将制好的颗粒,放入平盘中,推入鼓风干燥箱中烘干,温度为60℃,开启鼓风,干燥至水分为6.0%~8.0%,取出干燥后的颗粒,过40目筛,得到固体颗粒;
步骤4、灭菌、装袋:将固体颗粒采用紫外线灭菌的方式灭菌,灭菌后装入包装袋,制得一种调节血糖的营养代餐粉。

1.一种调节血糖的营养代餐粉及其制备方法,其特征在于:由原料和辅料制成,原料包括大豆分离蛋白、猴头菇提取物、山药粉、南瓜粉、蛋黄粉、黑木耳提取物、白果提取物,辅料包括维生素E、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、维生素C、维生素A、聚葡萄糖、赤藓糖醇、食品添加剂,按重量百分比,大豆分离蛋白10-20%、猴头菇提取物5-10%、山药粉5-10%、南瓜粉5-10%、蛋黄粉5-10%、黑木耳提取物1-5%、白果提取物1-3%、维生素E1-2%、维生素B11-2%、维生素B21-2%、维生素B61-2%、维生素B121-2%、维生素C1-2%、维生素A1-2%、聚葡萄糖1-2%、赤藓糖醇1-2%、食品添加剂0.1-1%,所述的食品添加剂为柠檬酸0.1-0.5%或阿巴斯甜0.1-0.5%或β-胡萝卜素0.5-1%;所述的猴头菇提取物、黑木耳提取物分别由猴头菇、黑木耳提取而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种调节血糖的营养代餐粉及其制备方法,其特征在于:按优选重量份数,由大豆分离蛋白15份、猴头菇提取物5份、山药粉5份、南瓜粉5份、蛋黄粉5份、黑木耳提取物5份、白果提取物1份、维生素E1份、维生素B11份、维生素B21份、维生素B61份、维生素B121份、维生素C1份、维生素A1份、聚葡萄糖5份、赤藓糖醇5份、柠檬酸0.2份制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种调节血糖的营养代餐粉及其制备方法,其特征在于:按优选重量份数,大豆分离蛋白10份、猴头菇提取物10份、山药粉5份、南瓜粉10份、蛋黄粉5份、黑木耳提取物5份、白果提取物1份、维生素E1份、维生素B11份、维生素B21份、维生素B61份、维生素B121份、维生素C1份、维生素A1份、聚葡萄糖5份、赤藓糖醇10份、阿巴斯甜0.2份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种调节血糖的营养代餐粉及其制备方法,其特征在于:其制备方法的主要步骤为:
