Abstract
本发明公开了一种可预防和治疗血糖升高的天然组合物及其制备方法,一种可预防和治疗血糖升高的天然组合物,包括重量比例为70~80份的水解蚕丝丝胶蛋白液、10~20份的桑叶提取物、5~10份的玉米须提取物、1~3份的β‑胡萝卜素、1~3份的维生素E以及1~3份的葡萄糖耐量因子,一种可预防和治疗血糖升高的天然组合物的制备方法包括a)制液、b)共混、c)制粉和d)后处理。本申请采用具有降血糖功能的水解蚕丝丝胶蛋白液作为主要原料,结合桑叶提取物和玉米须提取物中的DNJ和黄酮,再配合β‑胡萝卜素、维生素E和葡萄糖耐量因子,具有综合预防和治疗血糖升高、降血糖、提高记忆、保湿以及抗炎等功效。
Description
【技术领域】
本发明涉及血糖的预防和治疗的技术领域,特别是一种可预防和治疗血糖升高的天然组合物及其制备方法的技术领域。
【背景技术】
血液中的葡萄糖称为血糖(Glu)。正常运作的人体每天需要大量的血糖来提供能量,为各种组织和脏器的正常运作提供动力,所以血糖必须保持在一定的水平。糖尿病是一种以高血糖为特征的代谢性疾病。高血糖由胰岛素分泌缺陷、其生物作用受损或两者兼有引起。长期存在的高血糖容易导致各种组织,特别是眼、肾、心脏、血管和神经的慢性损害和功能障碍。目前,临床上所应用的降血糖药物除胰岛素之外,多数为人工化学合成的药物,一方面在长期服用后容易引起毒副作用,另一方面部分患者本身也比较抗拒非天然成分的药物。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种可预防和治疗血糖升高的天然组合物及其制备方法,所制备的天然组合物具有综合预防和治疗血糖升高、降血糖、提高记忆、保湿以及抗炎等功效,可直接服用,亦可作为添加剂添加进食品、食品添加剂和化妆品之中。
为实现上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种可预防和治疗血糖升高的天然组合物,包括重量比例为70~80份的水解蚕丝丝胶蛋白液、10~20份的桑叶提取物、5~10份的玉米须提取物、1~3份的β-胡萝卜素、1~3份的维生素E以及1~3份的葡萄糖耐量因子(GTF)。
作为优选,包括重量比例为70份的水解蚕丝丝胶蛋白液、10份的桑叶提取物、5份的玉米须提取物、1份的β-胡萝卜素、1份的维生素E以及1份的葡萄糖耐量因子。
作为优选,包括重量比例为72.5份的水解蚕丝丝胶蛋白液、12.5份的桑叶提取物、6.5份的玉米须提取物、1.5份的β-胡萝卜素、1.5份的维生素E以及1.5份的葡萄糖耐量因子。
作为优选,包括重量比例为75份的水解蚕丝丝胶蛋白液、15份的桑叶提取物、7.5份的玉米须提取物、2份的β-胡萝卜素、2份的维生素E以及2份的葡萄糖耐量因子。
作为优选,包括重量比例为77.5份的水解蚕丝丝胶蛋白液、17.5份的桑叶提取物、8.5的玉米须提取物、2.5份的β-胡萝卜素、2.5份的维生素E以及2.5份的葡萄糖耐量因子。
作为优选,包括重量比例为80份的水解蚕丝丝胶蛋白液、20份的桑叶提取物、10份的玉米须提取物、3份的β-胡萝卜素、3份的维生素E以及3份的葡萄糖耐量因子。
一种可预防和治疗血糖升高的天然组合物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
a)制液:称取重量比例为70~80份的丝胶专用蚕茧、1000~2000份的水以及1~2份的中性蛋白酶,在丝胶专用蚕茧被水充分浸泡滋润后加入中性蛋白酶,再在加热搅拌后滤出滤液,然后真空浓缩去除滤液中的水分,得到水解蚕丝丝胶蛋白液;
b)共混:称取重量比例为10~20份的桑叶提取物、5~10份的玉米须提取物、1~3份的β-胡萝卜素、1~3份的维生素E、1~3份的葡萄糖耐量因子以及70~80份的步骤a)中所制备的水解蚕丝丝胶蛋白液,搅拌均匀,得到液态混合物;
c)制粉:将步骤b)中所制备的液态混合物进行真空干燥,得到固态粉料;
d)后处理:将步骤c)中所制备的固态粉料先后进行冷却、粉碎、过筛和杀菌处理,得到成品。
作为优选,所述步骤a)中,加热温度为40~60℃,搅拌时间为20~24h,浓缩温度为60~70℃,浓缩真空度为0.08~0.1MPa。
作为优选,所述步骤c)中,真空度为0.08~0.1MPa,干燥温度为60~70℃,干燥时间为6~8h。
作为优选,所述步骤d)中,在湿度为65%以下进行后处理,过筛目数为100~120目。
本发明的有益效果:
本申请采用具有降血糖功能的水解蚕丝丝胶蛋白液作为主要原料,结合桑叶提取物和玉米须提取物中的DNJ和黄酮,再配合β-胡萝卜素、维生素E和葡萄糖耐量因子,具有综合预防和治疗血糖升高、降血糖、提高记忆、保湿以及抗炎等功效,可直接服用,亦可作为添加剂添加进食品、食品添加剂和化妆品之中;采用丝胶蛋白含量超过90%的丝胶专用茧作为原料,富含十八种氨基酸,丝氨酸含量、天门冬氨酸和甘氨酸三者含量合计高达60%以上,其中丝氨酸是人体必不可少的营养因素,可以提高大脑机能和改善记忆力,天门冬氨酸可降血压并促进肝功能和人体疲劳状态的恢复,而甘氨酸具有抗氧化和延缓衰老。
【具体实施方式】
实施例一:
称取重量比例为70份的水解蚕丝丝胶蛋白液、10份的桑叶提取物、5份的玉米须提取物、1份的β-胡萝卜素、1份的维生素E以及1份的葡萄糖耐量因子,加入搅拌锅之中搅拌均匀,得到液态混合物。然后,利用真空干燥机将液态混合物进行真空干燥,控制真空度为0.08~0.1MPa,干燥温度为60~70℃,干燥时间为6~8h,得到固态粉料。接着,在湿度为65%以下,将固态粉料先后进行冷却、粉碎、过100~120目筛和臭氧杀菌处理,得到成品。
其中,水解蚕丝丝胶蛋白液的制备流程如下:
首先,称取重量比例为70~80份的丝胶专用蚕茧(由浙江省农业科学院蚕桑与茶叶研究所提供的专用丝胶茧品种,去除蚕蛹和杂质)、1000~2000份的水以及1~2份的中性蛋白酶。在丝胶专用蚕茧被水充分浸泡滋润后加入中性蛋白酶,再在水温为40~60℃的水浴锅之中搅拌20~24h。然后,采用中空纤维膜超滤浓缩技术过滤得滤液。接着,将滤液在旋转蒸发器之中加热至60~70℃,并保持真空度为0.08~0.1MPa,浓缩去除水分,得到水解蚕丝丝胶蛋白液。
所制备的成品可作为添加剂在食品、食品添加剂和化妆品之中进行使用。此外,亦可将所制备的成品装入胶囊(每粒装2~4g),再在先后经过打光、灭菌和装瓶(100粒/瓶)后,供消费者直接服用。
实施例二:
称取重量比例为72.5份的水解蚕丝丝胶蛋白液、12.5份的桑叶提取物、6.5份的玉米须提取物、1.5份的β-胡萝卜素、1.5份的维生素E以及1.5份的葡萄糖耐量因子。

称取重量比例为75份的水解蚕丝丝胶蛋白液、15份的桑叶提取物、7.5份的玉米须提取物、2份的β-胡萝卜素、2份的维生素E以及2份的葡萄糖耐量因子。

称取重量比例为77.5份的水解蚕丝丝胶蛋白液、17.5份的桑叶提取物、8.5的玉米须提取物、2.5份的β-胡萝卜素、2.5份的维生素E以及2.5份的葡萄糖耐量因子。

称取重量比例为80份的水解蚕丝丝胶蛋白液、20份的桑叶提取物、10份的玉米须提取物、3份的β-胡萝卜素、3份的维生素E以及3份的葡萄糖耐量因子。

实施例六:
将不同品种的蚕茧(由浙江省农业科学院蚕桑与茶叶研究所提供)分别进行丝胶蛋白的含量比较,结果如下表1所示:

如上表1所示,丝胶专用茧A的丝胶蛋白的含量最高,达到98.67g/100g。因此,在实施例一至五中均采用丝胶专用茧A制备水解蚕丝丝胶蛋白液。
实施例七:
将实施例一所制备的水解蚕丝丝胶蛋白液进行主要氨基酸组成量的测定,结果如下表2所示:

如上表2所示,丝氨酸含量、天门冬氨酸和甘氨酸三者含量合计高达60%以上。
实施例八:
将实施例一所制备的水解蚕丝丝胶蛋白液进行抗氧化性试验,结果如下表3所示:

实施例九:
采用实施例一所制备的水解蚕丝丝胶蛋白液,对橘子进行处理,试验水解蚕丝丝胶蛋白液对橘子的营养成分的降解速度、抗氧化速度和糖粉转化率的影响效果,结果如下表4所示:

如上表4所示,橘子在经过水解蚕丝丝胶蛋白液处理后,维生素C和总酸的降解速度和氧化速度明显延缓,而总糖的增幅较对照组偏低,糖份的转化减少。
实施例十:
将实施例三所制备的成品进行糖耐量测试,结果如下表5所示:

如上表5所示,在糖耐量的测试试验中,处理组的空腹血糖低于糖尿病模型组,餐后30、60及120分钟的血糖较模型组显著降低(P<0.05),且血糖曲线下面积AUC也较模型组显著降低(P<0.05)。
实施例十一:
将蚕丝粉、丝胶粉和蚕茧粉分别进行吸湿性的测试,吸湿条件为相对温度30±2℃,相对湿度70±5℃,结果如下表6所示:

如上表6所示,蚕丝粉的平均吸湿率为9.50%,丝胶粉的平均吸湿率为11.09%,蚕茧粉的平均吸湿率为10.29%。也就是说,丝胶粉的吸湿性明显高于蚕丝粉和蚕茧粉。
上述实施例是对本发明的说明,不是对本发明的限定,任何对本发明简单变换后的方案均属于本发明的保护范围。

1.一种可预防和治疗血糖升高的天然组合物,其特征在于:包括重量比例为70~80份的水解蚕丝丝胶蛋白液、10~20份的桑叶提取物、5~10份的玉米须提取物、1~3份的β-胡萝卜素、1~3份的维生素E以及1~3份的葡萄糖耐量因子。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种可预防和治疗血糖升高的天然组合物,其特征在于:包括重量比例为70份的水解蚕丝丝胶蛋白液、10份的桑叶提取物、5份的玉米须提取物、1份的β-胡萝卜素、1份的维生素E以及1份的葡萄糖耐量因子。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种可预防和治疗血糖升高的天然组合物,其特征在于:包括重量比例为72.5份的水解蚕丝丝胶蛋白液、12.5份的桑叶提取物、6.5份的玉米须提取物、1.5份的β-胡萝卜素、1.5份的维生素E以及1.5份的葡萄糖耐量因子。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种可预防和治疗血糖升高的天然组合物,其特征在于:包括重量比例为75份的水解蚕丝丝胶蛋白液、15份的桑叶提取物、7.5份的玉米须提取物、2份的β-胡萝卜素、2份的维生素E以及2份的葡萄糖耐量因子。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种可预防和治疗血糖升高的天然组合物,其特征在于:包括重量比例为77.5份的水解蚕丝丝胶蛋白液、17.5份的桑叶提取物、8.5的玉米须提取物、2.5份的β-胡萝卜素、2.5份的维生素E以及2.5份的葡萄糖耐量因子。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种可预防和治疗血糖升高的天然组合物,其特征在于:包括重量比例为80份的水解蚕丝丝胶蛋白液、20份的桑叶提取物、10份的玉米须提取物、3份的β-胡萝卜素、3份的维生素E以及3份的葡萄糖耐量因子。
7.一种可预防和治疗血糖升高的天然组合物的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
a)制液:称取重量比例为70~80份的丝胶专用蚕茧、1000~2000份的水以及1~2份的中性蛋白酶,在丝胶专用蚕茧被水充分浸泡滋润后加入中性蛋白酶,再在加热搅拌后滤出滤液,然后真空浓缩去除滤液中的水分,得到水解蚕丝丝胶蛋白液;
b)共混:称取重量比例为10~20份的桑叶提取物、5~10份的玉米须提取物、1~3份的β-胡萝卜素、1~3份的维生素E、1~3份的葡萄糖耐量因子以及70~80份的步骤a)中所制备的水解蚕丝丝胶蛋白液,搅拌均匀,得到液态混合物;
c)制粉:将步骤b)中所制备的液态混合物进行真空干燥,得到固态粉料;
d)后处理:将步骤c)中所制备的固态粉料先后进行冷却、粉碎、过筛和杀菌处理,得到成品。
8.如权利要求7所述的一种可预防和治疗血糖升高的天然组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤a)中,加热温度为40~60℃,搅拌时间为20~24h,浓缩温度为60~70℃,浓缩真空度为0.08~0.1MPa。
9.如权利要求7所述的一种可预防和治疗血糖升高的天然组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤c)中,真空度为0.08~0.1MPa,干燥温度为60~70℃,干燥时间为6~8h。
10.如权利要求7所述的一种可预防和治疗血糖升高的天然组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤d)中,在湿度为65%以下进行后处理,过筛目数为100~120目。
