本发明涉及食品加工领域,具体地说是涉及一种润肠养生面粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
面粉是我国居民喜爱的传统主食。面食不仅是我国的主要食物资源,其丰富的烹饪制作方式也是我国饮食文化的重要标志。面粉消费人群和地区的高覆盖率及相对较低的强化技术壁垒使得面粉成为营养强化的首选食物载体之一。我国是一个面粉消费大国,目前我国的面食加工主要以精制面粉为主,在营养方面其营养素不能满足人体需要,产品比较单一,主要以小麦面粉为主。随着人们生活水平的提高,以及保健意识的加强,具有保健功能的主食越来越受人们的欢迎,这也是我国改善公众营养状况的主要途径之一。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种润肠养生面粉及其制备方法,不仅营养全面丰富,而且具有很好的保健作用。
本发明所采取的技术方案为:
一种润肠养生面粉,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料组成:小麦面粉300-310、燕麦全粉40-50、红薯50-55、良谷米15-20、番木瓜80-100、迷迭香干叶粉2-3、苹果汁50-60、亚麻籽胶3-4、绞股蓝30-40、菱茎10-14、郁李仁8-10、火麻仁6-7、牛蒡3-4、枸杞8-10、营养添加剂8-9;其中营养添加剂由下列重量份的原料组成:海参冻干粉5-6、莲子芯7-8、杨桃汁18-20、甜杏仁4-6、齐墩果3-5、西兰花8-10、紫菜粉2-3、当归叶1-2、牛蒡粉3-4、鹿角粉5-6、红参须2-3、麦冬7-8,制备方法为:将莲子芯、甜杏仁、齐墩果、西兰花、当归叶、红参须、麦冬加适量水煮沸后文火煎煮40-50分钟,滤去残渣后得煎煮液,然后加入海参冻干粉、杨桃汁、紫菜粉、牛蒡粉、鹿角粉、继续加热浓缩至煎煮液体积的五分之一,烘干后粉碎即得。
所述的一种润肠养生面粉的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将郁李仁、火麻仁、牛蒡、枸杞加5-6倍的水文火煎煮50-60分钟,过滤除渣,然后小火熬稠,烘干后研成粉末,得到保健中药粉;
(2)红薯、良谷米洗净后放入水中浸泡20-30分钟,捞出后一起放进笼蒸制熟香,加入适量的水研磨成浆,加入苹果汁搅拌均匀后喷雾干燥,得营养粉;
(3)取番木瓜瓜瓤,绞股蓝、菱茎洗净后一起加适量水打磨成浆液,然后进行汽蒸熟化,冷却后送入冷冻干燥机,干燥后磨成粉,得到风味冻干粉;
(4)将小麦面粉、燕麦全粉与步骤(1)的保健中药粉、步骤(2)的营养粉、步骤(3)的风味冻干粉及其他剩余成分混合搅拌均匀,过80-100目筛,烘干后冷却即得。

一种润肠养生面粉,其特征在于,由以下重量份(g)的原料组成:小麦面310、燕麦全粉50、红薯55、良谷米20、番木瓜100、迷迭香干叶粉3、苹果汁60、亚麻籽胶4、绞股蓝40、菱茎14、郁李仁10、火麻仁7、牛蒡4、枸杞10、营养添加剂9;其中营养添加剂由下列重量份的原料组成:海参冻干粉5、莲子芯7、杨桃汁18、甜杏仁4、齐墩果3-、西兰花8、紫菜粉2、当归叶1、牛蒡粉3-、鹿角粉5、红参须2、麦冬7,制备方法为:将莲子芯、甜杏仁、齐墩果、西兰花、当归叶、红参须、麦冬加适量水煮沸后文火煎煮40-50分钟,滤去残渣后得煎煮液,然后加入海参冻干粉、杨桃汁、紫菜粉、牛蒡粉、鹿角粉、继续加热浓缩至煎煮液体积的五分之一,烘干后粉碎即得。

1.一种润肠养生面粉,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料组成:小麦面粉300-310、燕麦全粉40-50、红薯50-55、良谷米15-20、番木瓜80-100、迷迭香干叶粉2-3、苹果汁50-60、亚麻籽胶3-4、绞股蓝30-40、菱茎10-14、郁李仁8-10、火麻仁6-7、牛蒡3-4、枸杞8-10、营养添加剂8-9;其中营养添加剂由下列重量份的原料组成:海参冻干粉5-6、莲子芯7-8、杨桃汁18-20、甜杏仁4-6、齐墩果3-5、西兰花8-10、紫菜粉2-3、当归叶1-2、牛蒡粉3-4、鹿角粉5-6、红参须2-3、麦冬7-8,制备方法为:将莲子芯、甜杏仁、齐墩果、西兰花、当归叶、红参须、麦冬加适量水煮沸后文火煎煮40-50分钟,滤去残渣后得煎煮液,然后加入海参冻干粉、杨桃汁、紫菜粉、牛蒡粉、鹿角粉、继续加热浓缩至煎煮液体积的五分之一,烘干后粉碎即得。
