具有消渴降糖功效的保健柿子醋及制备方法,制备方法为以下步骤:步骤一)称取中药原料麦门冬10份、玉竹10份、黄精10份、玄参5份、丹参5份、天花粉5份、山药15份,经过高压锅蒸煮消毒,降至常温后,获得预处理中药原料;步骤二)把步骤一)所获得预处理中药原料,分散置于经过灭菌消毒的陶瓷发酵器皿的底部,预处理中药原料重量份1-15份,加入100重量份成熟新鲜的柿子,放置在无菌、无污染的环境,常温静置发酵30-60日,获得中药原料和柿子醋发酵原料;步骤三)把步骤二)所获中药原料和柿子醋发酵原料,经过80目滤网过滤,获得柿子醋液;步骤四)把步骤三)所获柿子醋液装入经过灭菌消毒的发酵器皿密封,埋入100mm土层中窖藏30--180日,即获柿子醋成品。

技术领域
本发明涉及柿子醋领域,具体涉及一种消渴降糖保健柿子醋及制备方法,具有消渴降糖、生津养胃功效的养生。
背景技术
柿子醋是指一种用柿子酿造出来的醋。能降低人体血糖、降低高血压,对一些儿童喝特别适宜。老人喝甚至起到延缓人体衰老的作用。柿子醋还有美容养颜的功效,醋疗对人的皮肤有柔和刺激作用,它能使小血管扩张,增加皮肤血液循环,并能杀死皮肤表面的细菌,使皮肤细嫩、美白、红润有光泽。柿子醋中含有大量醋酸及乳酸、琥珀酸、葡萄酸、苹果酸、氨基酸,经常饮用,可以有效地维持人体内PH值的平衡,从而起到防癌抗癌的作用。民间盛传的医治功能,如醋泡鸡蛋能促进血液循环,治麻木神经痛等;醋泡黄豆能降血脂;醋泡冰糖降血压;醋泡白糖治嗓子嘶哑等;去脚气、治疗关节疼痛等。但是民间所传的医治功能并没有得到确切的验证。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种消渴降糖保健柿子醋及制备方法,适合多饮,多尿,多食,消瘦,体倦无力,尿糖及血糖升高人群服用,具有消渴降糖、生津养胃功效,对轻度及中度成年型糖尿病症有良好的治疗作用。
本发明采用的技术方案在于:本发明所述具有消渴降糖的保健柿子醋,是以成熟新鲜的柿子为主要原料,与中药原料麦门冬10份、玉竹10份、黄精10份、玄参5份、丹参5份、天花粉5份、山药15份,经过共同发酵酿造制成;成熟新鲜柿子的重量与中药原料总重量的配比为:100份比1-15份。
本发明所述具有消渴降糖、生津养胃功效的保健柿子醋的制备方法为以下步骤:
步骤一)、称取中药原料麦门冬10份、玉竹10份、黄精10份、玄参5份、丹参5份、天花粉5份、山药15份,经过高压锅蒸煮消毒,降至常温后,获得预处理中药原料;
步骤二)、把步骤一)所获得预处理中药原料,分散置于经过灭菌消毒的陶瓷发酵器皿的底部,预处理中药原料重量份1-15份,加入100重量份成熟新鲜的柿子,放置在无菌、无污染的环境,常温静置发酵30-60日,获得中药原料和柿子醋发酵原料;
步骤三)、把步骤二)所获中药原料和柿子醋发酵原料,经过80目滤网过滤,获得柿子醋液;
步骤四)、把步骤三)所获柿子醋液装入经过灭菌消毒的发酵器皿密封,埋入100mm土层中窖藏30--180日,即获柿子醋成品。
本发明所选择的中药原料,其药性和功效分别是:麦门冬:【功效】滋阴润肺;益胃生津;清心除烦。肺燥干咳,吐血,咯血,肺痿,肺痈,虚劳烦热,消渴,热病津伤,咽干口燥,便秘。【主治】:肺燥干咳;吐血;咯血;肺痿;肺痈;阴虚劳嗽;津伤口渴;消渴;热病津伤;心烦失眠;咽喉疼痛;肠燥便秘;血热吐衄。《本草汇言》:麦门冬,清心润肺之药也。主心气不足,惊悸怔忡,健忘恍惚,精神失守;或肺热肺燥,咳声连发,肺痿叶焦,短气虚喘,火伏肺中,咯血咳血;或虚劳客热,津液干少;或脾胃燥涸,虚秘便难;此皆心肺肾脾元虚火郁之证也。然而味甘气平,能益肺金,味苦性寒,能降心火,体润质补,能养肾髓,专治劳损虚热之功居多。
玉竹:百合科植物玉竹Polygonatum odoratum(Mill.)Druce的干燥根茎。根状茎含玉竹粘多糖。还含黄精螺甾醇(polyspirostanol)Poa,黄精螺甾醇甙(poly-spirostanoside)Pob、Poc、PO1.PO2.PO3.PO4.PO5,黄精呋甾醇甙(polyfuroside),黄精呋甾醇甙Poc、Pod、PO6.PO7.PO8及PO9等甾族化合物。PO2与Pob具有相同结构,均为25-R、S立体异构混合物,只是R/S比值不同;PO3为Poc极其25-R的混合物。滋阴润肺;养胃生津。燥咳;劳嗽;热病阴液耗伤之咽干口渴;内热消渴;阴虚外感;头昏眩晕;筋脉挛痛。
黄精:黄精根茎含烟酸、粘液质、醌类。并含黄精多糖甲、乙、丙(均由葡萄糖、甘露糖、半乳糖醛酸结合而成),黄精低聚糖甲、乙、丙(均由葡萄糖和果糖结合而成)。此外,另含赖氨酸等11种氨基酸。主治:阴虚劳嗽;肺燥咳嗽;脾虚乏力;食少口干;消渴;肾亏腰膝酸软;阳痿遗精;耳鸣目暗;须发早白;体虚赢瘦;风癞癣疾。
玄参:玄参科植物玄参Scrophularia ningpoensis Hemsl.的干燥根。【性味归经】:味甘、苦、咸;性微寒。归肺,胃,肾经。【功效】:清热凉血,泻火解毒,滋阴。主治:温热病和营血、身热、烦渴、舌绛、发斑、骨蒸劳嗽、虚烦不寤、津伤便秘、目涩昏花、咽喉喉肿痛、瘰疬痰核、痈疽疮毒。
丹参:味微苦,性微寒。色赤,入心经。补心,生血,养心,定志,安神宁心,健忘怔忡,惊悸不寐,生新血,去瘀血,安生胎,落死胎。用于胸肋胁痛,风湿痹痛,症瘕结块,疮疡肿痛,跌仆伤痛,月经不调,经闭痛经,产后瘀痛等。治疗胸肋疼痛、症瘕结块,以及月经不调、经闭经痛具有良效。
天花粉:性味归经:甘、微苦,微寒。归肺、胃经。功效:清热生津,消肿排脓。主治:用于热病烦渴,肺热燥咳,内热消渴,疮疡肿毒。
山药:有滋养强壮,助消化,敛虚汗,止泻之功效,主治脾虚腹泻、肺虚咳嗽、糖尿病消渴、小便短频、道精、妇女带下及消化不良的慢性肠炎。性味:甘、平、无毒。归经:归脾、肺、肾经。功用:补脾养胃,生津益肺,补肾涩精。用于脾虚食少,久泻不止,肺虚喘咳,肾虚遗精,带下,尿频,虚热消渴。麸炒山药补脾健胃。用于脾虚食少,泄泻便溏,白带过多。
本发明柿子醋的消渴降糖、生津养胃功效在临床应用当中得到了证实;基本资料如下:
2002-2011年,门诊临床应用本发明所述柿子醋对306例体验者随餐服用或饮用;有多饮,多尿,多食,消瘦,体倦无力,尿糖及血糖升高病症,平均年龄58岁;服用方法:每日随餐服用50ml,或每日早晚饮用50ml;连续服用21-28日后,有效或显效238例;有效或显效的评价标准为:症状有所改善或者症状消失。
本发明所述柿子醋具有消渴降糖、生津养胃保健的有益效果:口感酸甜,色泽红润,有轻微中药香味,无任何毒副作用。可以佐餐食用,也可以单独饮用,补气养血、活血化瘀效果明显。
具体实施方法
本发明所具有温化寒痰功效的保健柿子醋及制备方法,是以成熟新鲜的柿子为主要原料,与中药原料麦门冬10份、玉竹10份、黄精10份、玄参5份、丹参5份、天花粉5份、山药15份,经过共同发酵酿造制成;成熟新鲜柿子的重量与中药原料总重量的配比为:100份比1-15份。
本发明所述具有温化寒痰功效的保健柿子醋的制备方法为以下步骤:
步骤一)、称取中药原料白芥子18份、白前15份、半夏20份、金钱草30份,经过高压锅蒸煮消毒,降至常温后,获得预处理中药原料;
步骤二)、把步骤一)所获得预处理中药原料,分散置于经过灭菌消毒的陶瓷发酵器皿的底部,预处理中药原料重量份1-15份,加入100重量份成熟新鲜的柿子,放置在无菌、无污染的环境,常温静置发酵30-60日,获得中药原料和柿子醋发酵原料;
步骤三)、把步骤二)所获中药原料和柿子醋发酵原料,经过80目滤网过滤,获得柿子醋液;
步骤四)、把步骤三)所获柿子醋液装入经过灭菌消毒的发酵器皿密封,埋入100mm土层中窖藏30--180日,即获柿子醋成品。

Claims (2)

1.一种具有消渴降糖功效的保健柿子醋,其特征在于,以成熟新鲜的柿子为主要原料,与中药原料麦门冬10份、玉竹10份、黄精10份、玄参5份、丹参5份、天花粉5份、山药15份,经过共同发酵酿造制成;成熟新鲜柿子的重量与中药原料总重量的配比为:100比1-15。
2.按照权利要求1所述的保健柿子醋,其特征在于,制备方法为以下步骤:
步骤一)、称取中药原料麦门冬10份、玉竹10份、黄精10份、玄参5份、丹参5份、天花粉5份、山药15份,经过高压锅蒸煮消毒,降至常温后,获得预处理中药原料;
步骤二)、把步骤一)所获得预处理中药原料,分散置于经过灭菌消毒的陶瓷发酵器皿的底部,预处理中药原料重量份1-15份,加入100重量份成熟新鲜的柿子,放置在无菌、无污染的环境,常温静置发酵30-60日,获得中药原料和柿子醋发酵原料;
步骤三)、把步骤二)所获中药原料和柿子醋发酵原料,经过80目滤网过滤,获得柿子醋液;
