本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种香草美容酱猪蹄,由以下重量份原料制成:猪蹄500-550、香草汁300-320、黄酒300-320、红景天6-8、白芨6-7、姜黄3-5、康乃馨4-6、菟丝子6-8、菩提叶3-5、玫瑰草7-9、红枣55-75、红糖75-85、食盐适量、五香粉适量、玫瑰酱适量、营养添加剂14-17、鲜荷叶适量、水适量:
玫瑰酱,由以下重量份原料制成:豆豉酱600-650、玫瑰花20-25、山楂50-60、糯米15-20、青梅醋50-60、薄荷汁45-55、豆芽40-50、红酒50-60、水适量;
玫瑰酱的制备方法:(1)将山楂洗净,取其果肉,与洗净的糯米一起放入锅中,加入青梅醋、薄荷汁,加热至山楂、糯米融化,不断搅拌,浓缩,得到浓缩汁备用;
(2)将豆芽切碎后,与玫瑰花一起放入容器中,倒入红酒,浸泡5-7天,过滤,得到玫瑰汁备用;
(3)将步骤1的浓缩汁、玫瑰汁与豆豉酱混合,拌匀即得玫瑰酱;
营养添加剂,由以下重量份原料制成:牛奶130-140、甘蔗汁10-15、羊奶子20-25、黄豆30-40、乳酸菌1-2、金盏花4-5、帝王花3-4、生甘草5-6、牛蒡子3-5、合欢皮3-5、水适量;
营养添加剂的制备方法:(1)将羊奶子、黄豆洗净,与甘蔗汁、乳酸菌一起放入容器中,在28-30℃条件下发酵2-3天,将发酵产物放入榨汁机中,加入牛奶,榨汁,过滤,得到牛奶汁备用;
(2)将金盏花、帝王花、生甘草、牛蒡子、合欢皮用5-9倍量的水提取,得到提取液与牛奶汁合并,混匀即得营养添加剂。
一种香草美容酱猪蹄的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将猪蹄洗净,均匀的划上斜口,置于锅中,加入香草汁、黄酒、食盐、五香粉,加热焖煮50-60分钟,冷却后泡制1-2天,取出猪蹄备用;

(4)将玫瑰酱、营养添加剂、枣泥混合,搅拌均匀后,均匀抹在鲜荷叶上,将猪蹄放在荷叶上,包裹好放在蒸屉上,焖蒸30-40分钟,取出后,放在炭火上烤至出香即可。
