人们日常生活,离不开食品、饮料,人们对其口味和营养以及特殊的保健功能的要求也在逐渐升高,市场上的饮料、食品种类已经不能够满足人们的日常需求,高营养且具有一定的养生保健的食品、饮品越来越受到消费者的青睐。

本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种滋润肌肤苹果醋饼干及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种滋润肌肤苹果醋饼干,由以下重量份原料制成:大米粉410-420、糯米粉100-110、红豆粉120-130、葵花籽仁50-55、花生米20-23、柠檬汁80-90、银耳20-25、苦瓜25-27、苹果醋50-60、玉竹6-8、茉莉花7-8、梨花7-8、罗汉果5-6、桃花4-5、马头兰2-3、山荆子花1-2、食盐适量、玫瑰香油量、营养添加剂15-16、蔗糖适量、水适量:
营养添加剂,由以下重量份原料制成:酸奶100-120、黄油10-15、豆浆25-35、西米8-10、抹茶粉3-4、桃花5-8、当归3-4、绞股蓝4-5、荠菜籽3-5、水适量:
营养添加剂的制备方法:(1)将豆浆、黄油倒入锅中,煮开后倒入西米、抹茶粉,保持微沸10-15分钟,取锅中所有物料备用;
(2)将桃花、当归、绞股蓝、荠菜籽用6-9倍量的水提取,得到提取液备用;
(3)将酸奶、步骤1中所有物料、提取液混合,搅拌均匀即得营养添加剂。
玫瑰香油,由橄榄油90-105、玫瑰花8-10、香蜂草6-7、制备而成,将橄榄油倒入锅中,烧热后,将玫瑰花、香蜂草碾磨成粉倒入橄榄油中,不断加热搅拌,20-25分钟后,停止加热,沉淀过过滤,得到玫瑰香油。
一种滋润肌肤苹果醋饼干的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将葵花籽仁、花生米洗净,放入锅中,倒入柠檬汁,加热煮至汤汁被吸收,取出葵花籽仁、花生米,晒干,磨成粉,得到坚果粉备用;
(2)将银耳、苦瓜洗净,放入搅碎机中搅碎,放入锅中,加入苹果醋,加热焖煮50-60分钟,过滤,取滤液备用;
(3)将玉竹、茉莉花、梨花、罗汉果、桃花、马头兰、山荆子花用5-9倍量的水提取,过滤,将所得提取物喷雾干燥,得到粉末备用;
(4)将剩余原料中除水、玫瑰香油外的其它物料与坚果粉、步骤2中滤液、步骤3中粉末合并,加适量水,不断搅拌,待形成面团后做成薄饼;
(5)取适量玫瑰香油,倒入锅中,烧热后,放入薄饼,加热煎炸至薄饼表面焦黄酥脆,入烤箱烤10-15分钟。

营养添加剂,由以下重量份(Kg)原料制成:酸奶100、黄油10、豆浆25、西米8、抹茶粉3、桃花5、当归3、绞股蓝4、荠菜籽3、水适量:
营养添加剂的制备方法:(1)将豆浆、黄油倒入锅中,煮开后倒入西米、抹茶粉,保持微沸10分钟,取锅中所有物料备用;
(2)将桃花、当归、绞股蓝、荠菜籽用6-9倍量的水提取,得到提取液备用;

玫瑰香油,由橄榄油90(Kg)、玫瑰花8(Kg)、香蜂草6(Kg)制备而成,将橄榄油倒入锅中,烧热后,将玫瑰花、香蜂草碾磨成粉倒入橄榄油中,不断加热搅拌,20分钟后,停止加热,沉淀过过滤,得到玫瑰香油。

1.一种滋润肌肤苹果醋饼干,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料制成:大米粉410-420、糯米粉100-110、红豆粉120-130、葵花籽仁50-55、花生米20-23、柠檬汁80-90、银耳20-25、苦瓜25-27、苹果醋50-60、玉竹6-8、茉莉花7-8、梨花7-8、罗汉果5-6、桃花4-5、马头兰2-3、山荆子花1-2、食盐适量、玫瑰香油量、营养添加剂15-16、蔗糖适量、水适量:
