本发明公开了一种蛋花瓜皮滋补蜜,由下列重量份的原料制成:椴树蜂蜜30-42、营养添加剂5-8、乌梅5-10、大蒜皮2-2.5、无花果3-5、雪碧12-14、枇杷果3-4、冬瓜皮3-4、咖喱2-3、虾头粉2-4、橘核粉2-3、鸡蛋花1-2、葛根1-2、牛大力1.5-3、枸杞叶1-2、没药0.7-0.9、蚕豆壳粉0.7-1、朝天罐1.2-2.4;本发明添加的朝天罐、柠条花、牛大力等药材,丰富了蜂蜜的口感和保健新功效,使其味呈甘醇、清甜,具有补虚益肾、滋阴养血、治肺热生肌效果。

本发明涉及一种保健蜂蜜,尤其涉及一种蛋花瓜皮滋补蜜及其制备方法。
背景技术
蜂蜜是蜜蜂采集植物的花蜜和分泌物,通过充分酿造,储藏在巢脾里的一种黏稠状的营养物质,蜂蜜具有改善人脑循环、增强人体免疫力和应激力的功效。可是市场上的蜂蜜已经不能够满足人们的日常需求,高营养且具有一定的养生保健的饺子越来越受到消费者的青睐,因此增加蜂蜜所富含的营养价值和保健价值正在成为主题。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种蛋花瓜皮滋补蜜及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种蛋花瓜皮滋补蜜,由下列重量份的原料制成:
椴树蜂蜜30-42、营养添加剂5-8、乌梅5-10、大蒜皮2-2.5、无花果3-5、雪碧12-14、枇杷果3-4、冬瓜皮3-4、咖喱2-3、虾头粉2-4、橘核粉2-3、鸡蛋花1-2、葛根1-2、牛大力1.5-3、枸杞叶1-2、没药0.7-0.9、蚕豆壳粉0.7-1、朝天罐1.2-2.4;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
玄参叶2-2.8、溪黄草2-3.2、花荵2.2-3、半夏曲1.9-2.7、康乃馨花茶3-4、酒心巧克力4-5、糯米12-13、荷叶、小根蒜适量;
制备方法为:(1)将玄参叶、溪黄草、花荵、半夏曲洗净烘干研磨成粉得中药粉,用4-5倍水浸提后过滤浓缩,得中药汁;
(2)糯米洗净,拌切碎的小根蒜以及精盐,再兑康乃馨花茶并用荷叶包裹严实,上笼屉用中药汁熏蒸10-15分钟,取出晾凉,得熟米;
(3)用少量熟米包裹各个酒心巧克力,做成多个丸状,上烤箱烘烤8-10分钟,取出烘干研磨成粉,即得;

(1)将所述重量份的牛大力、枸杞叶、没药等中草药用5-6倍水浸提后浓缩,冷却待用;
(2)雪碧与步骤(1)所得药液混合熬煮,加入切碎的无花果、咖喱,小火煎煮10-15分钟,滤得滤液,经喷雾干燥,研磨成粉;
(3)枇杷果取肉,与冬瓜皮、大蒜皮混合入搅拌机搅拌均匀,撒入虾头粉、橘核粉混合搅拌均匀,一起上笼屉蒸熟,乌梅取肉,鸡蛋花、乌梅以及笼屉上物料混合剁碎,取出烘干,研磨成粉;
(4)将椴树蜂蜜与步骤(2)(3)中所得粉料以及剩余物料混合在一起使之充分调配均匀,再进行灌装、封口、灭菌处理,最后封装入库即可。
本发明的优点是:
本发明添加的朝天罐、柠条花、牛大力等药材,丰富了蜂蜜的口感和保健新功效,使其味呈甘醇、清甜,具有补虚益肾、滋阴养血、治肺热生肌效果。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例1:
一种蛋花瓜皮滋补蜜,由下列重量份(斤)的原料制成:
椴树蜂蜜42、营养添加剂8、乌梅10、大蒜皮2.5、无花果5、雪碧14、枇杷果4、冬瓜皮4、咖喱3、虾头粉4、橘核粉3、鸡蛋花2、葛根2、牛大力3、枸杞叶2、没药0.9、蚕豆壳粉1、朝天罐2.4;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
玄参叶2.8、溪黄草2、花荵2.2、半夏曲1.9、康乃馨花茶3、酒心巧克力4、糯米12、荷叶、小根蒜适量;
制备方法为:(1)将玄参叶、溪黄草、花荵、半夏曲洗净烘干研磨成粉得中药粉,用5倍水浸提后过滤浓缩,得中药汁;
(2)糯米洗净,拌切碎的小根蒜以及精盐,再兑康乃馨花茶并用荷叶包裹严实,上笼屉用中药汁熏蒸10分钟,取出晾凉,得熟米;
(3)用少量熟米包裹各个酒心巧克力,做成多个丸状,上烤箱烘烤8分钟,取出烘干研磨成粉,即得;

(3)枇杷果取肉,与冬瓜皮、大蒜皮混合入搅拌机搅拌均匀,撒入虾头粉、橘核粉混合搅拌均匀,一起上笼屉蒸熟,乌梅取肉,鸡蛋花、乌梅以及笼屉上物料混合剁碎,取出烘干,研磨成粉;
(4)将椴树蜂蜜与步骤(2)(3)中所得粉料以及剩余物料混合在一起使之充分调配均匀,再进行灌装、封口、灭菌处理,最后封装入库即可。

1.一种蛋花瓜皮滋补蜜,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:
椴树蜂蜜30-42、营养添加剂5-8、乌梅5-10、大蒜皮2-2.5、无花果3-5、雪碧12-14、枇杷果3-4、冬瓜皮3-4、咖喱2-3、虾头粉2-4、橘核粉2-3、鸡蛋花1-2、葛根1-2、牛大力1.5-3、枸杞叶1-2、没药0.7-0.9、蚕豆壳粉0.7-1、朝天罐1.2-2.4;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种蛋花瓜皮滋补蜜的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将所述重量份的牛大力、枸杞叶、没药等中草药用5-6倍水浸提后浓缩,冷却待用;
(2)雪碧与步骤(1)所得药液混合熬煮,加入切碎的无花果、咖喱,小火煎煮10-15分钟,滤得滤液,经喷雾干燥,研磨成粉;
