背景技术

一种哈密瓜风味燕麦面粉,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料组成:小麦面粉280-290、燕麦面粉30-40、土豆50-60、豌豆20-24、哈密瓜100-110、黑豆粉3-5、苋菜籽粉1-2、鸡肉精粉3-4、抹茶粉2-4、干猴腿菜8-9、葛花10-12、苹果醋15-18、青活麻2-3、绞股蓝9-11、黄精4-5、枸杞6-8、营养添加剂9-10;其中营养添加剂由下列重量份的原料组成:柠檬冻干粉3-4、茶油2-3、虞美人花粉1-2、玛卡粉1-2、蜂蜜20-25、海松籽粉4-5、藕粉8-10、海参15-20、煅牡蛎2-3、丹参3-4、猴头菇5-7、人参叶6-8,制备方法为:将海参、煅牡蛎、丹参、猴头菇、人参叶加适量水煮沸后文火煎煮40-50分钟,滤去残渣后得煎煮液,然后加入柠檬冻干粉、茶油、虞美人花粉、玛卡粉、蜂蜜、海松籽粉、藕粉继续加热浓缩至煎煮液体积的五分之一,烘干后粉碎即得。

(3)哈密瓜去皮取果肉部分,干猴腿菜泡发,葛花洗净后一起加适量水打磨成浆液,然后进行汽蒸熟化,冷却后送入冷冻干燥机,干燥后磨成粉,得到风味冻干粉;
(4)将小麦面粉、燕麦面粉与步骤(1)的保健中药粉、步骤(2)的营养粉、步骤(3)的风味冻干粉及其他剩余成分混合搅拌均匀,过80-100目筛,烘干后冷却即得。
