本发明涉及一种保健蜂蜜,尤其涉及一种乌鸡提子健脾香蜜及其制备方法。
背景技术
蜂蜜是蜜蜂采集植物的花蜜和分泌物,通过充分酿造,储藏在巢脾里的一种黏稠状的营养物质,蜂蜜具有改善人脑循环、增强人体免疫力和应激力的功效。可是市场上的蜂蜜已经不能够满足人们的日常需求,高营养且具有一定的养生保健的饺子越来越受到消费者的青睐,因此增加蜂蜜所富含的营养价值和保健价值正在成为主题。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种乌鸡提子健脾香蜜及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种乌鸡提子健脾香蜜,由下列重量份的原料制成:
荆条蜜600-650、营养添加剂9-10、香蕉皮5-6、蛋黄粉3-4、马蹄粉3-4、平菇3-5、提子干10-13、千张8-10、野菊花干花瓣2-4、乌鸡肉7-8、山露菜10-13、大苞芹7-8、夜交藤1.8-2.2、青鱼胆草1.2-2、吐烟花1.1-1.2、翻白草1.3-1.4、海金沙1-2、地黄叶2-3;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
玄参叶2-2.8、溪黄草2-3.2、花荵2.2-3、半夏曲1.9-2.7、康乃馨花茶3-4、酒心巧克力4-5、糯米12-13、荷叶、小根蒜适量;
制备方法为:(1)将玄参叶、溪黄草、花荵、半夏曲洗净烘干研磨成粉得中药粉,用4-5倍水浸提后过滤浓缩,得中药汁;
(2)糯米洗净,拌切碎的小根蒜以及精盐,再兑康乃馨花茶并用荷叶包裹严实,上笼屉用中药汁熏蒸10-15分钟,取出晾凉,得熟米;
(3)用少量熟米包裹各个酒心巧克力,做成多个丸状,上烤箱烘烤8-10分钟,取出烘干研磨成粉,即得;

(1)将所述重量份的吐烟花、翻白草、海金沙等中草药用5-6倍水浸提后浓缩,冷却待用,得中药汁;
(2)山露菜榨浆滤得浆液,平菇、提子干、香蕉皮混合剁碎,兑山露菜与蛋黄粉、马蹄粉混合搅拌均匀,做成小丸状,入烤箱烘烤3-4分钟,取出烘干研磨成粉;
(3)乌鸡肉切丝,与剁碎的大苞芹混合,并用千张包裹,与野菊花干花瓣一起上锅,用中药汁熏蒸至汁干;
(4)将荆条蜜与步骤(2)(3)中所得粉料以及剩余物料混合在一起使之充分调配均匀,再进行灌装、封口、灭菌处理,最后封装入库即可。

实施例1:
一种乌鸡提子健脾香蜜,由下列重量份(斤)的原料制成:
荆条蜜650、营养添加剂10、香蕉皮6、蛋黄粉4、马蹄粉4、平菇5、提子干13、千张10、野菊花干花瓣4、乌鸡肉8、山露菜13、大苞芹8、夜交藤2.2、青鱼胆草1.2、吐烟花1.2、翻白草1.4、海金沙2、地黄叶3;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
玄参叶2.8、溪黄草2、花荵2.2、半夏曲1.9、康乃馨花茶3、酒心巧克力4、糯米12、荷叶、小根蒜适量;
制备方法为:(1)将玄参叶、溪黄草、花荵、半夏曲洗净烘干研磨成粉得中药粉,用5倍水浸提后过滤浓缩,得中药汁;
(2)糯米洗净,拌切碎的小根蒜以及精盐,再兑康乃馨花茶并用荷叶包裹严实,上笼屉用中药汁熏蒸10分钟,取出晾凉,得熟米;

荆条蜜600-650、营养添加剂9-10、香蕉皮5-6、蛋黄粉3-4、马蹄粉3-4、平菇3-5、提子干10-13、千张8-10、野菊花干花瓣2-4、乌鸡肉7-8、山露菜10-13、大苞芹7-8、夜交藤1.8-2.2、青鱼胆草1.2-2、吐烟花1.1-1.2、翻白草1.3-1.4、海金沙1-2、地黄叶2-3;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
玄参叶2-2.8、溪黄草2-3.2、花荵2.2-3、半夏曲1.9-2.7、康乃馨花茶3-4、酒心巧克力4-5、糯米12-13、荷叶、小根蒜适量;
