本发明公开了一种野玫瑰果抗衰老保健米,由以下重量份的原料制成:大米180-220、黑芝麻糊8-12、越橘9-10、野玫瑰果10-15、榨菜5-6、炼乳7-8、石螺肉末6-7、食用油7-8、玉兰片4-5、胡萝卜干8-9、咸鱼肉末5-6、苹果粉7-9、菜芙蓉花3-5、牛蒡根4-6、苦丁茶4-5、马蹄叶1-2、合欢皮2-3、营养添加粉7-9;本发明具有抗衰老、抗氧化的功能,先将大米与各种蔬果碎混合制成带有蔬果清香的米饭,味道清新、增强食欲,且含有丰富的维生素等营养元素,具有、健脾消食、改善睡眠的功能,同时本发明还采用牛蒡根等多种中草药,长期服用具有补肾壮阳、润泽肌肤、净化血液、延缓衰老的功效。

    本发明主要涉及食品加工领域,尤其涉及一种野玫瑰果抗衰老保健米及其制备方法。
背景技术
米是最重要的食物之一,与人们的生活息息相关,但是,米除了饱腹以外并不能满足人们身体对微量元素的需求,也不具备保健功能,本发明提供具备保健功能且营养丰富的保健米。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种野玫瑰果抗衰老保健米及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种野玫瑰果抗衰老保健米,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
大米180-220、黑芝麻糊8-12、越橘9-10、野玫瑰果10-15、榨菜5-6、炼乳7-8、石螺肉末6-7、食用油7-8、玉兰片4-5、胡萝卜干8-9、咸鱼肉末5-6、苹果粉7-9、菜芙蓉花3-5、牛蒡根4-6、苦丁茶4-5、马蹄叶1-2、合欢皮2-3、营养添加粉7-9;
所述的营养添加粉由以下重量份的原料制成:
象拔蚌20-30、马蹄5-6、冬瓜7-8、西兰花6-7、莲子粉4-5、牛奶粉8-10、白果粉5-7、燕麦片7-8、葱白粉2-4、乌饭树叶2-3、黄芪叶1-2、槭叶草2-3、黑阳参2-3、香堇菜1-2;
制备方法为:(1)将马蹄、冬瓜、西兰花混合打浆,所得浆液经离心分离处理后,得蔬菜汁;将乌饭树叶、黄芪叶、槭叶草、黑阳参、香堇菜混合,水提2-3次,过滤除渣,得药草汁;将所得蔬菜汁、药草汁与葱白粉混合,得腌制液;
(2)将象拔蚌洗净、切丝后与腌制液混合、揉拌均匀,静置腌渍20-30分钟,捞出象拔蚌,裹上燕麦片,置于蒸锅中隔水蒸熟,捣成糊,烘干、磨粉,得象拔蚌肉粉;
(3)将步骤(2)处理后的物料与剩余各原料混合均匀,即得。
所述的一种野玫瑰果抗衰老保健米的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将大米淘洗干净,将越橘、野玫瑰果、榨菜、玉兰片、胡萝卜干分别切碎后,与大米混合入锅,加1-1.5倍水,中火煮熟,得蔬果香米饭;
(2)将菜芙蓉花、牛蒡根、苦丁茶、马蹄叶、合欢皮混合,水提3-4次,过滤,合并滤液;用所得滤液冲泡黑芝麻糊,再在冲泡好的黑芝麻糊中加入石螺肉末、鲜鱼肉末混合均匀,再置于有食用油的平底锅中煎至熟透,最后置于烤箱中烘干、磨粉,得保健肉粉;
(3)将步骤(1)、(2)处理后的物料与其他剩余各原料倒入搅拌罐中搅拌均匀,再送入造粒机中造粒,再经烘干、筛分、包装,即得。
本发明的优点是:
本发明具有抗衰老、抗氧化的功能,先将大米与各种蔬果碎混合制成带有蔬果清香的米饭,味道清新、增强食欲,且含有丰富的维生素等营养元素,具有、健脾消食、改善睡眠的功能,石螺肉末具有健胃、促进食欲的功效,同时本发明还采用牛蒡根等多种中草药,长期服用具有补肾壮阳、润泽肌肤、净化血液、延缓衰老的功效。

一种野玫瑰果抗衰老保健米,由以下重量份的原料制成:
大米180-220、黑芝麻糊8-12、越橘9-10、野玫瑰果10-15、榨菜5-6、炼乳7-8、石螺肉末6-7、食用油7-8、玉兰片4-5、胡萝卜干8-9、咸鱼肉末5-6、苹果粉7-9、菜芙蓉花3-5、牛蒡根4-6、苦丁茶4-5、马蹄叶1-2、合欢皮2-3、营养添加粉7-9;
所述的营养添加粉由以下重量份的原料制成:
象拔蚌30、马蹄6、冬瓜8、西兰花7、莲子粉5、牛奶粉10、白果粉7、燕麦片8、葱白粉4、乌饭树叶3、黄芪叶2、槭叶草3、黑阳参3、香堇菜2;
制备方法为:(1)将马蹄、冬瓜、西兰花混合打浆,所得浆液经离心分离处理后,得蔬菜汁;将乌饭树叶、黄芪叶、槭叶草、黑阳参、香堇菜混合,水提3次,过滤除渣,得药草汁;将所得蔬菜汁、药草汁与葱白粉混合,得腌制液;
(2)将象拔蚌洗净、切丝后与腌制液混合、揉拌均匀,静置腌渍30分钟,捞出象拔蚌,裹上燕麦片,置于蒸锅中隔水蒸熟,捣成糊,烘干、磨粉,得象拔蚌肉粉;

大米180-220、黑芝麻糊8-12、越橘9-10、野玫瑰果10-15、榨菜5-6、炼乳7-8、石螺肉末6-7、食用油7-8、玉兰片4-5、胡萝卜干8-9、咸鱼肉末5-6、苹果粉7-9、菜芙蓉花3-5、牛蒡根4-6、苦丁茶4-5、马蹄叶1-2、合欢皮2-3、营养添加粉7-9;
所述的营养添加粉由以下重量份的原料制成:
象拔蚌20-30、马蹄5-6、冬瓜7-8、西兰花6-7、莲子粉4-5、牛奶粉8-10、白果粉5-7、燕麦片7-8、葱白粉2-4、乌饭树叶2-3、黄芪叶1-2、槭叶草2-3、黑阳参2-3、香堇菜1-2;
制备方法为:(1)将马蹄、冬瓜、西兰花混合打浆,所得浆液经离心分离处理后,得蔬菜汁;将乌饭树叶、黄芪叶、槭叶草、黑阳参、香堇菜混合,水提2-3次,过滤除渣,得药草汁;将所得蔬菜汁、药草汁与葱白粉混合,得腌制液;
(2)将象拔蚌洗净、切丝后与腌制液混合、揉拌均匀,静置腌渍20-30分钟,捞出象拔蚌,裹上燕麦片,置于蒸锅中隔水蒸熟,捣成糊,烘干、磨粉,得象拔蚌肉粉;
(3)将步骤(2)处理后的物料与剩余各原料混合均匀,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种野玫瑰果抗衰老保健米的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将大米淘洗干净,将越橘、野玫瑰果、榨菜、玉兰片、胡萝卜干分别切碎后,与大米混合入锅,加1-1.5倍水,中火煮熟,得蔬果香米饭;
(2)将菜芙蓉花、牛蒡根、苦丁茶、马蹄叶、合欢皮混合,水提3-4次,过滤,合并滤液;用所得滤液冲泡黑芝麻糊,再在冲泡好的黑芝麻糊中加入石螺肉末、鲜鱼肉末混合均匀,再置于有食用油的平底锅中煎至熟透,最后置于烤箱中烘干、磨粉,得保健肉粉;
