一种甜味养颜保健米,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
小米粉200-230、玉米粉20-30、深海鳕鱼8_9、黑糖5_6、韭菜8_10、生菜5_8、金珠果10-12、紫背天葵6-8、鸽蛋液9-10、甲鱼裙边5-7、红提冻干粉6-8、甜菊叶2-3、胡秃子3_5、唇香草3-4、甘草3-5、樱花2-3、营养添加粉7-9 ;
所述的营养添加粉由以下重量份的原料制成:
象拔蛘20-30、马蹄5-6、冬瓜7-8、西兰花6_7、莲子粉4_5、牛奶粉8_10、白果粉5_7、燕麦片7-8、葱白粉2-4、乌饭树叶2-3、黄芪叶1-2、槭叶草2_3、黑阳参2_3、香堇菜1_2 ;
制备方法为:(I)将马蹄、冬瓜、西兰花混合打浆,所得浆液经离心分离处理后,得蔬菜汁;将乌饭树叶、黄芪叶、槭叶草、黑阳参、香堇菜混合,水提2-3次,过滤除渣,得药草汁;将所得蔬菜汁、药草汁与葱白粉混合,得腌制液;
(2)将象拔蛘洗净、切丝后与腌制液混合、揉拌均匀,静置腌溃20-30分钟,捞出象拔蛘,裹上燕麦片,置于蒸锅中隔水蒸熟,捣成糊,烘干、磨粉,得象拔蛘肉粉;
(3)将步骤(2)处理后的物料与剩余各原料混合均匀,即得。

(1)将深海鳕鱼切成片,置于烤箱中烤至两面微焦;将黑糖置于锅中,加1-2倍水,加热至黑糖融化并成粘稠状,将烤制好的深海鳕鱼挂上黑糖后,置于烤箱中继续烘烤至干,再将二次烤制好的深海鳕鱼切成碎粒;
(2)将甜菊叶、胡秃子、唇香草、甘草、樱花混合,水提3-4次,过滤,合并滤液;将韭菜、生菜、金珠果、紫背天葵混合,加上述滤液打浆,得浆液;
(3)将甲鱼裙边切成碎粒后,与步骤(2)中所得浆液混合入锅,文火熬制水干,出料,置于烘箱中烘干水分后,粉碎;
(4)将步骤(1)、(3)处理后的物料与其他剩余各原料倒入搅拌罐中搅拌均匀,再送入造粒机中造粒,再经烘干、筛分、包装,即得。

一种甜味养颜保健米,由以下重量份的原料制成:
小米粉230、玉米粉30、深海鳕鱼9、黑糖6、韭菜10、生菜8、金珠果12、紫背天葵8、鸽蛋液10、甲鱼裙边7、红提冻干粉8、甜菊叶3、胡秃子5、唇香草4、甘草5、樱花3、营养添加粉9 ;
所述的营养添加粉由以下重量份的原料制成:
象拔蛘30、马蹄6、冬瓜8、西兰花7、莲子粉5、牛奶粉10、白果粉7、燕麦片8、葱白粉4、乌饭树叶3、黄芪叶2、槭叶草3、黑阳参3、香堇菜2 ;
制备方法为:(I)将马蹄、冬瓜、西兰花混合打浆,所得浆液经离心分离处理后,得蔬菜汁;将乌饭树叶、黄芪叶、槭叶草、黑阳参、香堇菜混合,水提3次,过滤除渣,得药草汁;将所得蔬菜汁、药草汁与葱白粉混合,得腌制液;
(2 )将象拔蛘洗净、切丝后与腌制液混合、揉拌均匀,静置腌溃30分钟,捞出象拔蛘,裹上燕麦片,置于蒸锅中隔水蒸熟,捣成糊,烘干、磨粉,得象拔蛘肉粉;
(3)将步骤(2)处理后的物料与剩余各原料混合均匀,即得。

(1)将深海鳕鱼切成片,置于烤箱中烤至两面微焦;将黑糖置于锅中,加2倍水,加热至黑糖融化并成粘稠状,将烤制好的深海鳕鱼挂上黑糖后,置于烤箱中继续烘烤至干,再将二次烤制好的深海鳕鱼切成碎粒;
(2)将甜菊叶、胡秃子、唇香草、甘草、樱花混合,水提4次,过滤,合并滤液;将韭菜、生菜、金珠果、紫背天葵混合,加上述滤液打浆,得浆液;
(3)将甲鱼裙边切成碎粒后,与步骤(2)中所得浆液混合入锅,文火熬制水干,出料,置于烘箱中烘干水分后,粉碎;
(4)将步骤(1)、(3)处理后的物料与其他剩余各原料倒入搅拌罐中搅拌均匀,再送入造粒机中造粒,再经烘干、筛分、包装,即得。

1.一种甜味养颜保健米,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成: 小米粉200-230、玉米粉20-30、深海鳕鱼8_9、黑糖5_6、韭菜8_10、生菜5_8、金珠果10-12、紫背天葵6-8、鸽蛋液9-10、甲鱼裙边5-7、红提冻干粉6-8、甜菊叶2-3、胡秃子3_5、唇香草3-4、甘草3-5、樱花2-3、营养添加粉7-9 ; 所述的营养添加粉由以下重量份的原料制成: 象拔蛘20-30、马蹄5-6、冬瓜7-8、西兰花6_7、莲子粉4_5、牛奶粉8_10、白果粉5_7、燕麦片7-8、葱白粉2-4、乌饭树叶2-3、黄芪叶1-2、槭叶草2_3、黑阳参2_3、香堇菜1_2 ; 制备方法为:(I)将马蹄、冬瓜、西兰花混合打浆,所得浆液经离心分离处理后,得蔬菜汁;将乌饭树叶、黄芪叶、槭叶草、黑阳参、香堇菜混合,水提2-3次,过滤除渣,得药草汁;将所得蔬菜汁、药草汁与葱白粉混合,得腌制液; (2)将象拔蛘洗净、切丝后与腌制液混合、揉拌均匀,静置腌溃20-30分钟,捞出象拔蛘,裹上燕麦片,置于蒸锅中隔水蒸熟,捣成糊,烘干、磨粉,得象拔蛘肉粉; (3)将步骤(2)处理后的物料与剩余各原料混合均匀,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种甜味养颜保健米的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤: (I)将深海鳕鱼切成片,置于烤箱中烤至两面微焦;将黑糖置于锅中,加1-2倍水,加热至黑糖融化并成粘稠状,将烤制好的深海鳕鱼挂上黑糖后,置于烤箱中继续烘烤至干,再将二次烤制好的深海鳕鱼切成碎粒; (2 )将甜菊叶、胡秃子、唇香草、甘草、樱花混合,水提3-4次,过滤,合并滤液;将韭菜、生菜、金珠果、紫背天葵混合,加上述滤液打浆,得浆液; (3)将甲鱼裙边切成碎粒后,与步骤(2)中所得浆液混合入锅,文火熬制水干,出料,置于烘箱中烘干水分后,粉碎; (4)将步骤(1)、(3)处理后的物料与其他剩余各原料倒入搅拌罐中搅拌均匀,再送入造粒机中造粒,再经烘干、筛分、包装,即得。
