本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷，提供一种淡竹叶青梅酒及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：一种淡竹叶青梅酒，由以下重量份原料制成：青梅100-120、蛋黄果30-40、柚子100-120、淡竹叶粉8-10、糯米500-550、核桃仁30-40、酒曲5-6、腊梅花6-7、稻壳40-50、黑米60-70、黑糖30-40、蒲公英6-8、白蒺藜6-8、夏枯草5-6、苍术5-6、荆芥穗3-4、代代花3-4、红花籽2-3、水适量：
一种淡竹叶青梅酒的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
（1）将腊梅花、稻壳、黑米、黑糖与酒曲合并，拌匀后密封发酵2-3天，得到曲料备用；
（2）将糯米、核桃仁洗净，放入锅中，加入适量水，煮熟后倒入淡竹叶粉、曲料，拌均匀后密封发酵1-2天，将发酵产物取出置于蒸馏器中蒸馏，收集冷凝液，即米酒，备用；
（3）将青梅、蛋黄果、柚子洗净，取其果肉备用；将剩余原料中除水外的其它物料合并，放入搅碎机中搅碎后与果肉混合放入容器中，倒入米酒，密封泡制15-20天，过滤，得到果酒。
发明优点：本发明公开了一种淡竹叶青梅酒，添加淡竹叶粉、腊梅花等，有很好的清热降火的作用，用蒲公英、白蒺藜、夏枯草等混合泡制而成，有很好的清热解毒的作用，且口感很好。

一种淡竹叶青梅酒，由以下重量份(Kg)原料制成：青梅100、蛋黄果30、柚子100、淡竹叶粉8、糯米500、核桃仁30、酒曲5、腊梅花6、稻壳40、黑米60、黑糖30、蒲公英6、白蒺藜6、夏枯草5、苍术5、荆芥穗3、代代花3、红花籽2、水适量：
一种淡竹叶青梅酒的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
（1）将腊梅花、稻壳、黑米、黑糖与酒曲合并，拌匀后密封发酵2天，得到曲料备用；
（2）将糯米、核桃仁洗净，放入锅中，加入适量水，煮熟后倒入淡竹叶粉、曲料，拌均匀后密封发酵1天，将发酵产物取出置于蒸馏器中蒸馏，收集冷凝液，即米酒，备用；

1.一种淡竹叶青梅酒，其特征在于，由以下重量份原料制成：青梅100-120、蛋黄果30-40、柚子100-120、淡竹叶粉8-10、糯米500-550、核桃仁30-40、酒曲5-6、腊梅花6-7、稻壳40-50、黑米60-70、黑糖30-40、蒲公英6-8、白蒺藜6-8、夏枯草5-6、苍术5-6、荆芥穗3-4、代代花3-4、红花籽2-3、水适量。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种淡竹叶青梅酒的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
（1）将腊梅花、稻壳、黑米、黑糖与酒曲合并，拌匀后密封发酵2-3天，得到曲料备用；
（2）将糯米、核桃仁洗净，放入锅中，加入适量水，煮熟后倒入淡竹叶粉、曲料，拌均匀后密封发酵1-2天，将发酵产物取出置于蒸馏器中蒸馏，收集冷凝液，即米酒，备用；
（3）将青梅、蛋黄果、柚子洗净，取其果肉备用；将剩余原料中除水外的其它物料合并，放入搅碎机中搅碎后与果肉混合放入容器中，倒入米酒，密封泡制15-20天，过滤，得到果酒。
