本发明属于一种酱料,具体地说是一种苹果酱料。 
背景技术
苹果中含有非常丰富营养成分。苹果中的维生素C是心血管的保护神、心脏病患者的健康元素。 具有生津止渴、益脾止泻、和胃降逆的功效。苹果还能防癌,防铅中毒。医学认为苹果具有生津止渴、润肺除烦、健脾益胃、养心益气、润肠、止泻、解暑、醒酒等功效。酱料,是调味食物的材料。中国人常用的酱料有:拌冷面酱、自制香辣刺激的辣椒、烧烤酱、鲍汁、传统芝麻酱、叉烧包酱料、豆豉酱、肉末麻辣酱、烤肉酱汁、蒜蓉酱、韩式辣椒酱、黑椒汁、甜辣酱、寿司醋、水餃煎餃沾醬、酸辣黄金酱、潮式酸辣酱等。 
苹果及各辅助材料制备而成的酱料目前尚无报导。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于本发明提供一种美可口、风味独特、健脾的苹果酱料。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种苹果酱料,由下列各原料按重量份制备而成:苹果30-40份,马铃薯20-30份,芝麻10-15份,腰果10-15份,色拉油10-15份,白砂糖10-12份,食盐2-4份,茄汁8-15份,豆鼓5-10份,沙姜1-2份,八角1-2份。
 本发明具有如下积极效果:本发明美可口,风味独特,健脾。
苹果中含有非常丰富营养成分。苹果中的维生素C是心血管的保护神、心脏病患者的健康元素。 具有生津止渴、益脾止泻、和胃降逆的功效。苹果还能防癌,防铅中毒。医学认为苹果具有生津止渴、润肺除烦、健脾益胃、养心益气、润肠、止泻、解暑、醒酒等功效。苹果中含有多种维生素、矿物质、糖类、脂肪等,是构成大脑所必须的营养成分。 苹果中的纤维,对儿童的生长发育有益,能促进生长及发育。苹果中的锌对儿童的记忆有益,能增强儿童的记忆力。
马铃薯中含有非常丰富营养成分。及延缓衰老,美容护肤,营养、保健养颜价值,含淀粉9~20%,蛋白质1.5~2.3%,脂肪0.1~1.1%,粗纤维0.6~0.8%。100g马铃薯中所含的营养成分:热量66~113J,钙11~60mg,磷15~68mg,铁0.4mg~4.8mg,硫胺素0.03~0.07mg,核黄素0.03~0.11mg,尼克酸0.4~1.1mg 。除此以外。从营养角度来看,它比大米、面粉具有更多的优点, 营养结构也较合理,只是蛋白质、钙和维生素A的量稍低;而这正好用全脂牛奶来补充。马铃薯含有大量碳水化合物,同时含有蛋白质、矿物质(磷、钙等)、维生素等。 马铃薯的赖氨检含量较高,且易被人体吸收利用。脂肪含量为千分之一左右。矿物质比一般谷类粮食作物高一至二倍,含磷尤其丰富。在有机酸中,以含柠檬酸最多,苹果酸次之,其次有草酸、乳酸等。马铃薯是含维生素种类和数量非常丰富的作物,特别是维生素C,每百克鲜薯,含量高达20至40毫克。
马铃薯有营养,是抗衰老的食物。它含有丰富的维生素B1.B2.B6和泛酸等B群维生素及大量的优质纤维素,还含有微量元素、氨基酸、蛋白质、脂肪和优质淀粉等营养元素。马铃薯是富含膳食纤维的食物中,比较少见的同时含有大量维生素、矿物质的食物,每148克马铃薯产生的热量仅为100卡路里,真正的淀粉含量不到2%,而且不含脂肪,能有效控制人们日常饮食中脂肪总量的摄入。
芝麻也同样含有丰富的氨基酸和多种维生素,营养丰富。对头发也有一定的保健作用。有润肠通便的作用。
腰果含蛋白质达21%,含不饱和脂肪酸达40%,富含钙、磷、锌、铁等微量元素,具有抗氧化、防衰老、抗肿瘤和抗心血管病的作用。而其所含的脂肪多为不饱和脂肪酸,其中油酸占总脂肪酸的67.4%,亚油酸占19.8%,是高血脂、冠心病患者的食疗佳果。 无论是油炸、盐渍、糖饯,皆香美可口,风味独特。腰果味甘,性平,无毒。《本草拾遗》中记载:腰果仁润肺、去烦、除痰。此外,腰果还可以健脾,脾胃不佳的朋友,常吃会有不错的保健功效。
具体实施方式
实施例1:一种苹果酱料,由下列各原料按重量份制备而成:苹果30克,马铃薯20克,芝麻10克,腰果10克,色拉油10克,白砂糖10克,食盐2克,茄汁8克,豆鼓5克,沙姜1克,八角1克。
苹果,去皮,切开,除去苹果中间心根,再切成一片片,放到事先调好的盐水里泡洗。这样解决了苹果于空气接触氧化产生变色,保证了苹果新鲜要求标准。
   将苹果放入容器里,上面撒满稍厚的一层白砂糖,腌制1-2个小时会渗出水份,将腌出的水和苹果一起倒入锅内,大火煮开后改中火煮,中间要勤快搅拌,防止粘锅。当水份越来越少时,不停搅拌,苹果也会跟着越来越软烂、粘稠。
 芝麻洗净后,凉干放在电饼铛中或平底锅炒香; 炒至颜色变成稍黄色,便会轻松捏碎,并且闻有芝麻的香味;倒入搅拌机中,加入少许的盐,可以适量的放些油,搅拌。
腰果在加适量净水入锅中煮沸;捞起,再用100度油温将腰果炸熟。颜色稍变金黄捞起便可。
将马铃薯去皮,切开,洗净,蒸熟,取出搅拌成糊状。
沙姜粉,八角粉与白砂糖、食盐、茄汁、豆鼓充分混合搅拌
上述原料全部倒回锅中,用小火、充分搅拌,煮至光滑粘稠即可,凉透后、消毒杀菌、瓶装。
实施例2:一种苹果酱料,由下列各原料按重量份制备而成:苹果40克,马铃薯30克,芝麻15克,腰果15克,色拉油15克,白砂糖12克,食盐4克,茄汁15克,豆鼓10克,沙姜2克,八角2克。制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3:一种苹果酱料由下列各原料按重量份制备而成:苹果35克,马铃薯25克,芝麻12克,腰果12克,色拉油15克,白砂糖11克,食盐3克,茄汁10克,豆鼓8克,沙姜2克,八角2克。制备方法同实施例1。

1.一种苹果酱料,其特征在于由下列各原料按重量份制备而成:苹果30-40份,马铃薯20-30份,芝麻10-15份,腰果10-15份,色拉油10-15份,白砂糖10-12份,食盐2-4份,茄汁8-15份,豆鼓5-10份,沙姜1-2份,八角1-2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种苹果酱料,其特征在于由下列各原料按重量份制备而成:苹果35份,马铃薯25份,芝麻12份,腰果12份,色拉油15份,白砂糖11份,食盐3份,茄汁10份,豆鼓8份,沙姜2份,八角2份。
