Abstract
本发明提供了聚丙烯腈-甲基丙烯酸甲酯凝胶电解质膜的制备方法,其制备方法包括:取聚丙烯腈-甲基丙烯酸甲酯,溶于1~3倍质量的有机溶剂中,加入0.05~0.3:1倍聚丙烯腈-甲基丙烯酸甲酯质量的MCM-48介孔分子筛,加热至30~50℃,搅拌均匀,得到含有MCM-48介孔分子筛的浆料;将浆料涂布于基板上,真空干燥,得到MCM-48介孔分子筛改性的聚丙烯腈-甲基丙烯酸甲酯凝胶电解质膜。另,本发明还提供了相应的电解质和制备方法。本发明提供的聚丙烯腈-甲基丙烯酸甲酯凝胶电解质,经MCM-48介孔分子筛改性后,具备较高的电导率,安全性好。本发明提供的制备方法工艺流程简单,环境友好。
