本发明涉及一种电阻引脚自动焊接装置,包括十字盘、伺服电机、电磁铁、导板、托架、电焊钳、导线剪、导线、弹簧、凸轮,所述十字盘与伺服电机相连接,所述十字盘的出料口左端设有电磁铁和导板,所述导板下端设有托架及放置在托架上的电阻毛胚,所述电阻毛胚两端设有电焊钳和导线剪,所述弹簧与凸轮与导线剪相连,所述导线经过导线剪伸入到电焊钳中。本发明实现了自动化引脚焊接,大大提高了工作效率和焊接质量。

电阻引脚自动焊接装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电阻生产设备,尤其涉及一种电阻引脚自动焊接装置。
背景技术
在电阻制作过程中,电阻毛胚的引脚焊接的质量对制作的质量影响极大,是电阻生产过程中的关键环节。目前,在电阻生产过程中,常规的引脚焊接存在自动化程度低、设备复杂、制造成本高、焊接速度慢、生产效率低的缺点,而且经常出现焊接不牢固,漏焊和虚焊的现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的缺点和不足,提供能够实现自动焊接的电阻引脚自动焊接装置。
本发明是通过以下技术方案予以实现的:
电阻引脚自动焊接装置,包括十字盘、伺服电机、电磁铁、导板、托架、电焊钳、导线剪、导线、弹簧、凸轮,所述十字盘与伺服电机相连接,且上端设有进料口,以及左端设有出料口,所述出料口左端设有电磁铁以及设在电磁铁与出料口之间的导板,所述导板下端设有托架及放置在托架上的电阻毛胚,所述电阻毛胚两端设有电焊钳及安装在电焊钳上的导线剪,所述弹簧与凸轮设在导线剪的与电焊钳相反方向的一侧,并且所述弹簧与凸轮与导线剪相连接,所述导线经过导线剪伸入到电焊钳中。
本发明采用全新的结构和方式,实现了电阻引脚的全自动焊接,与其他焊接方式相比,具有结构新颖、焊接速度快、生产效率高、焊接质量好、成本低、维护方便等优点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的实施例做进一步描述:
如图1所示,电阻引脚自动焊接装置,通过以下技术方案予以实现的:
电阻引脚自动焊接装置,包括十字盘1、伺服电机2、电磁铁5、导板6、托架7、电焊钳8、导线剪9、导线10、弹簧11、凸轮12。十字盘1与伺服电机2相连接,且上端设有进料口3,以及左端设有出料口4。出料口4左端设有电磁铁5以及设在电磁铁5与出料口4之间的导板6,所述导板6下端设有托架7及放置在托架7上的电阻毛胚13,所述电阻毛胚13两端设有电焊钳8及安装在电焊钳8上的导线剪9,所述弹簧11与凸轮12设在导线剪9的与电焊钳8相反方向的一侧,并且所述弹簧11与凸轮12与导线剪9相连接。导线10经过导线剪9伸入到电焊钳8中,导线10成卷绕状,工作时可由微型电机(图中未示出)带动旋转,完成自动将导线10送入电焊钳8的动作。
本发明工作原理如下:当电阻毛胚13从进料口4进入后,伺服电机2启动作逆时针旋转90度,然后在电磁铁5启动产生的磁力作用下,电阻毛胚13向左滑动,从出料口4进入导板6中,随即电磁铁5停止工作,电阻毛胚13沿着导板6滑入托架7上,通过凸轮12的作用,使得电焊钳8和导线剪9一起向电阻毛胚13两端运动,同时电焊钳8钳住导线10,并将导线10压紧电阻毛胚13的两端进行焊接。焊接完成后,导线剪9将导线10剪断,在凸轮12和弹簧11的作用下,电焊钳8松开导线10,与导线剪9一起退回到起始位置。

1.电阻引脚自动焊接装置,其特征在于:包括十字盘、伺服电机、电磁铁、导板、托架、电焊钳、导线剪、导线、弹簧、凸轮,所述十字盘与伺服电机相连接,且上端设有进料口,以及左端设有出料口,所述出料口左端设有电磁铁以及设在电磁铁与出料口之间的导板,所述导板下端设有托架及放置在托架上的电阻毛胚,所述电阻毛胚两端设有电焊钳及安装在电焊钳上的导线剪,所述弹簧与凸轮设在导线剪的与电焊钳相反方向的一侧,并且所述弹簧与凸轮与导线剪相连接,所述导线经过导线剪伸入到电焊钳中。
