一种锂电池激光焊接机,包括工作台,所述工作台上设有分割器1,分割器上固定有转盘,转盘上均匀设有锂电池治具2 ;所述工作台上围绕转盘周围设有进料机构3、旋转下压机构8、履电极9、送料机械手4、激光焊接组件6、CXD扫描仪和出料机械手10 ;所述旋转下压机构8和履电极9并排设置,送料机械手4设置在靠近旋转下压机构8的工作台上,靠近所述履电极9的工作台上设有扫描NG输送线体5,扫描NG输送线体5上方设有扫描枪;所述送料机械手4与激光焊接组件6之间设有放保险丝工位;对应所述出料机械手10的工作台上设有焊接NG排出口和焊接OK排出口 ;靠近所述激光焊接组件6的工作台上设有压合机构7,所述CXD扫描仪设置在激光焊接组件6下方。
[0013] 所述旋转下压机构8包括气缸固定板81和设置在气缸固定板81上的旋转下压气缸82,旋转下压气缸82上设有销钉安装块83,销钉安装块83中部设有通孔;所述旋转下压气缸82上连接有旋转推杆,且旋转推杆伸出于销钉安装块83的通孔;所述旋转推杆上固定有旋转压头固定块84,旋转压头固定块84下通过螺栓固定有压条固定块,旋转压头固定块84与压条固定块之间的螺栓上套有弹簧;所述压条固定块下固定有压条85。
[0014] 所述履电极9包括气缸底座91和固定在气缸底座91上的气缸92,气缸92上固定有连接板,连接板上设有支撑板;所述支撑板顶端固定有夹爪支架93,所述夹爪支架93上设有夹爪94。
[0015] 所述激光焊接组件6包括支架61和出射头62,支架61上固定有调节支撑板63,调节支撑板63上固定有调节导轨,调节导轨上设有微调节滑块和粗调节滑块;所述微调节滑块上固定有微调板64,微调板64上设有垫高块,垫高块上固定有激光头固定板,所述出射头62固定在激光固定板上,所述微调板64侧面固定有夹紧片65,对应夹紧片65 —侧的支架61上设有刻度尺;所述粗调节滑块上固定有粗调块,粗调块上固定有千分尺66,所述千分尺66顶在微调板64下端;所述调节支撑板63下端设有调节螺杆67,且调节螺杆顶67在粗调块下端;所述支架61上对应所述出射头62的下方设有激光遮挡组件68。
[0016] 所述压合机构7包括压合底座71和固定在压合底座71上的压合气缸72和导轨安装板73,压合气缸72顶端通过螺钉固定有气缸连接块74,导轨安装板73上固定有导轨75 ;所述导轨75上设有第一滑块76,第一滑块76上固定有滑轨安装板77,滑轨安装板77上端与所述气缸连接块74连接固定,滑轨安装板77下端固定有滑块限位块;所述滑轨安装板77上设有滑轨78,滑轨78上设置有第二滑块79,第二滑块79上固定有压下缓冲块;所述压下缓冲块上端通过压簧与所述气缸连接块74连接,压下缓冲块下端固定有压块70。
[0017] 工作时,将锂电池放入进料机构3上,进料机构3将锂电池带到指定位置后,旋转下压机构8完成锂电池前端压平整形工作,同时履电极9完成锂电池的电极拉直整形工作;扫描枪扫描锂电池二维码,扫描不合格的,由送料机械手4搬运到扫描NG输送线体5上,扫描合格的由送料机械手7搬运到锂电池治具2 ;分割器I旋转,带动装有锂电池的锂电池治具2转到放保险丝工位,手工放入保险丝;分割器I带动锂电池到激光焊接组件6上,压合机构7将锂电池与保险丝压紧,激光焊接组件6完成保险丝与锂电池的焊接工作;焊接完成后由CCD扫描仪检查保险丝与锂电池的焊接质量,焊接合格的锂电池由出料机械手10搬运到焊接OK排出口,焊接不合格的锂电池由出料机械手10搬运到焊接NG排出口。本发明能够实现锂电池保险丝的自动化焊接,同时能完成锂电池前端压平整形、锂电池电极拉直整形、锂电池二维码扫描和焊接质量检查,工作效率高。

Claims (5)
1.一种锂电池激光焊接机,包括工作台,其特征在于:所述工作台上设有分割器(1),分割器上固定有转盘,转盘上均匀设有锂电池治具(2);所述工作台上围绕转盘周围设有进料机构(3 )、旋转下压机构(8 )、履电极(9 )、送料机械手(4)、激光焊接组件(6 )、CXD扫描仪和出料机械手(10 );所述旋转下压机构(8 )和履电极(9 )并排设置,送料机械手(4 )设置在靠近旋转下压机构(8)的工作台上,靠近所述履电极(9)的工作台上设有扫描NG输送线体(5),扫描NG输送线体(5)上方设有扫描枪;所述送料机械手(4)与激光焊接组件(6)之间设有放保险丝工位;对应所述出料机械手(10)的工作台上设有焊接NG排出口和焊接OK排出口 ;靠近所述激光焊接组件(6)的工作台上设有压合机构(7),所述CXD扫描仪设置在激光焊接组件(6)下方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的锂电池激光焊接机,其特征在于:所述旋转下压机构(8)包括气缸固定板(81)和设置在气缸固定板(81)上的旋转下压气缸(82),旋转下压气缸(82)上设有销钉安装块(83 ),销钉安装块(83 )中部设有通孔;所述旋转下压气缸(82 )上连接有旋转推杆,且旋转推杆伸出于销钉安装块(83)的通孔;所述旋转推杆上固定有旋转压头固定块(84),旋转压头固定块(84)下通过螺栓固定有压条固定块,旋转压头固定块(84)与压条固定块之间的螺栓上套有弹簧;所述压条固定块下固定有压条(85)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的锂电池激光焊接机,其特征在于:所述履电极(9)包括气缸底座(91)和固定在气缸底座(91)上的气缸(92),气缸(92)上固定有连接板,连接板上设有支撑板;所述支撑板顶端固定有夹爪支架(93),所述夹爪支架(93)上设有夹爪(94)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的锂电池激光焊接机,其特征在于:所述激光焊接组件(6)包括支架(61)和出射头(62),支架(61)上固定有调节支撑板(63),调节支撑板(63)上固定有调节导轨,调节导轨上设有微调节滑块和粗调节滑块;所述微调节滑块上固定有微调板(64),微调板(64)上设有垫高块,垫高块上固定有激光头固定板,所述出射头(62)固定在激光固定板上,所述微调板(64)侧面固定有夹紧片(65),对应夹紧片(65) —侧的支架(61)上设有刻度尺;所述粗调节滑块上固定有粗调块,粗调块上固定有千分尺(66),所述千分尺(66)顶在微调板(64)下端;所述调节支撑板(63)下端设有调节螺杆(67),且调节螺杆顶(67)在粗调块下端;所述支架(61)上对应所述出射头(62)的下方设有激光遮挡组件(68)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的锂电池激光焊接机,其特征在于:所述压合机构(7)包括压合底座(71)和固定在压合底座(71)上的压合气缸(72 )和导轨安装板(73 ),压合气缸(72 )顶端通过螺钉固定有气缸连接块(74),导轨安装板(73)上固定有导轨(75);所述导轨(75)上设有第一滑块(76),第一滑块(76)上固定有滑轨安装板(77),滑轨安装板(77)上端与所述气缸连接块(74)连接固定,滑轨安装板(77)下端固定有滑块限位块;所述滑轨安装板(77 )上设有滑轨(78 ),滑轨(78 )上设置有第二滑块(79 ),第二滑块(79 )上固定有压下缓冲块;所述压下缓冲块上端通过压簧与所述气缸连接块(74)连接,压下缓冲块下端固定有压块(70)。
