牦牛骨胶原蛋白肽粉是以高原牦牛骨为原料,通过高温蒸煮提取胶原蛋白,之后经过复合蛋白酶水解,得到的分子量比胶原蛋白小很多的肽粉。骨骼有机物中70%-86%是骨胶原,骨胶原也是组成人体结缔组织以及皮肤的重要成分,对于保持骨骼的韧性、人体运动的协调性及皮肤的弹性都非常重要。小分子牦牛胶原蛋白肽粉,含有多种矿物质和微量元素,可以直接被人体骨细胞吸收,调节破骨细胞和成骨细胞的含量,具有消除关节疼痛、延缓骨质疏松的作用。同时牦牛骨胶原蛋白肽粉具有很强的抗氧化性、增强人体免疫力、抗疲劳以及保持皮肤水分等多种功效。
海洋鱼低聚肽粉是以无污染的深海鱼的皮、骨或者肉为原料,萃取所得到胶原蛋白,对其进行低温定向酶切精制加工而成,是新型的营养健康食品的配料。其分子量在1000道尔顿以下,含有2-10个氨基酸,被称为低聚肽。由于分子量小,易溶于水,更易被人体快速吸收,无需消化可直达人体细胞组织,对人体细胞进行修复。用其制备的保健食品具有降乳酸、降尿酸,抗疲劳,抗氧化,改善酸性体质,增强自身免疫力等功能。

发明内容
本发明的目的在于综合牦牛骨胶原蛋白肽粉、海洋鱼低聚肽粉、酪蛋白水解物和酵母提取物4种原料的功效,配制一种易于人体快速吸收,具有抗氧化、增强免疫力、延缓衰老、保肝护肝以及防癌抗癌所需的复合肽保健食品。
本发明的技术方案是,一种修复人体细胞的四元复合肽粉,由牦牛骨胶原蛋白肽粉、海洋鱼低聚肽粉、酪蛋白水解物和酵母提取物组成,其组分以重量百分比计如下:
如上所述的牦牛骨胶原蛋白肽粉,指的是以新鲜牦牛骨为原料,高温蒸煮提取胶原蛋白,之后在50℃-55℃酶解4小时后经浓缩、喷雾干燥而成的活性成分。
如上所述的海洋鱼低聚肽粉,指的是以新鲜深海鱼皮、鱼骨或者鱼肉为原料,85℃左右提取胶原蛋白,之后在45℃-50℃酶解4小时后经浓缩、喷雾干燥而成的活性成分。
如上所述的酵母提取物,是以谷胱甘肽含量丰富的食用酿酒酵母为发酵剂,选用适宜的原料为培养液,发酵培养后离心收集发酵液,95%乙醇为提取溶剂,固液比为1∶6,在25℃回流提取2h后经浓缩、喷雾干燥而得到的活性成分。
如上所述的酪蛋白水解物,指的是以新鲜脱脂牛奶为原料,分离得到酪蛋白,之后在45℃-50℃酶解6小时后经浓缩、过滤以及喷雾干燥而成的活性成分。
本发明的一种修复人体细胞的四元复合肽粉,其配制工艺如下:
(1)牦牛骨胶原蛋白肽粉、海洋鱼低聚肽粉、酪蛋白水解物和酵母提取物按企业标准的规定,经检验合格后,备用;
(2)按配方比例将牦牛骨胶原蛋白肽粉、海洋鱼低聚肽粉、酪蛋白水解物和酵母提取物配料后,在V型混合器内混合30min,确保均匀;
(3)在GMP车间,混合后的复合肽粉过40目振动筛后,采用包装机灌装成袋;
(4)按照产品的规格要求,分装成盒,贴标封口;
(5)按照企业标准进行检验,产品经检验合格后方可入库。
本发明的优点是:
1、本产品所用的主要原料牦牛骨胶原蛋白肽粉和海洋鱼低聚肽粉,中华人民共和国卫生和计划生育委员会发布2013年第7号公告,公告中明确说明以可食用的动物或植物蛋白质为原料,经《食品添加剂使用标准》(GB2760-2011)规定允许使用的食品用酶制剂酶解制成的物质作为普通食品管理。酪蛋白水解物2011年提交卫生部的行政许可申请,经过技术审查,得出的结论是该产品以脱脂牛奶为原料,经过胰蛋白酶酶解得到的酪蛋白水解物,在多个国家有食用历史,可作为普通食品生产经营。酵母提取物在GB/T23530-2009中描述为以食用酵母为主要原料,在酵母自身的酶或外加食品级酶的作用下,酶解自溶(可再经分离提取)后得到的产品,并富含氨基酸、肽、多肽等酵母中的可溶性成分,属于食品配料。所以,一种修复人体细胞的四元复合肽粉所用原料均为普通食品,属于纯天然食品,可以放心食用,没有食用量的限定。

其配置方法:(1)牦牛骨胶原蛋白肽粉、海洋鱼低聚肽粉、酪蛋白水解物和酵母提取物按企业标准的规定,经检验合格后,备用;(2)按配方比例将牦牛骨胶原蛋白肽粉、海洋鱼低聚肽粉、酪蛋白水解物和酵母提取物配料后,在V型混合器内混合30min,确保均匀;(3)在GMP车间,混合后的复合肽粉过40目振动筛后,采用包装机灌装成袋;(4)按照产品的规格要求,分装成盒,贴标封口;(5)按照企业标准进行检验,产品经检验合格后方可入库。
实施例2:一种修复人体细胞的四元复合肽粉,其组分和配比为:牦牛骨胶原蛋白肽粉65.5份,海洋鱼低聚肽粉30.3份,酵母提取物3.25份,酪蛋白水解物0.95份。
其配置方法:(1)牦牛骨胶原蛋白肽粉、海洋鱼低聚肽粉、酪蛋白水解物和酵母提取物按企业标准的规定,经检验合格后,备用;(2)按配方比例将牦牛骨胶原蛋白肽粉、海洋鱼低聚肽粉、酪蛋白水解物和酵母提取物配料后,在V型混合器内混合30min,确保均匀;(3)在GMP车间,混合后的复合肽粉过40目振动筛后,采用包装机灌装成袋;(4)按照产品的规格要求,分装成盒,贴标封口;(5)按照企业标准进行检验,产品经检验合格后方可入库。
