Abstract
本发明公开了一种能提高航天员骨质结构的营养制剂,所述的营养制剂由以下组分配方按重量百分比组成:牛骨胶原蛋白肽10%‑60%,全脂乳粉10%‑50%,麦芽糊精5%‑30%,海参肽5%‑15%,木糖醇1%‑5%,氨基酸螯合钙0.5%‑5%。本发明的目的是提供了一种营养丰富、口感佳、易吸收、可快速补充蛋白质的能提高航天员骨质结构的营养制剂,同时该营养制剂还可以作为部队、航海任务以及登山、徒步旅行等野外活动用,也可以作为运动员、健身爱好者的首选食品。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种能提高航天员骨质结构的营养制剂。
背景技术
航天员是作为一种特殊的人群,在航天飞行过程中,由于受辐射、微重力、磁场及昼夜节律变化的影响,造成体内代谢及生理状态紊乱,具体为航天员消化功能紊乱、免疫功能下降,直接影响航天员的工作与健康。航天员对蛋白质的需求量比较大,如何快速地补充蛋白质对航天员这个特定人群来讲是非常重要的。
人类食用富含蛋白质的食物后,蛋白质经过人体的消化酶作用后,并非仅以氨基酸的形式吸收,近来大量的研究已经证实,许多以肽的形式吸收,而且肽的吸收速度比氨基酸要快。一些肽不仅提供人体生长发育所需的营养物质,同时具有多种生理活性,如改善和提供矿物质的运输和吸收、抗菌和病毒、提高免疫力、抗氧化、抗癌作用、清除自由基抗衰老作用以及抗高血压和高血脂作用。
牛骨胶原蛋白肽粉是以牛骨为原料,通过高温蒸煮提取胶原蛋白,之后经过复合蛋白酶水解,得到的分子量比胶原蛋白小很多的肽粉。骨骼有机物中70%-86%是骨胶原,骨胶原也是组成人体结缔组织以及皮肤的重要成分,对于保持骨骼的韧性、人体运动的协调性及皮肤的弹性都非常重要。小分子牛胶原蛋白肽粉,含有多种矿物质和微量元素,可以直接被人体骨细胞吸收,调节破骨细胞和成骨细胞的含量,具有消除关节疼痛、延缓骨质疏松的作用。同时牛骨胶原蛋白肽粉具有很强的抗氧化性、增强人体免疫力、抗疲劳以及保持皮肤水分等多种功效。
自古以来海参就作为一种营养价值极高的滋补品食用,海参是天然的营养宝库,含有高比例的蛋白质,丰 富的维生素和对人体有益的多种微量元素,营养成分的种类高达50 多种,食用海参对身体有多种益处,健脑益智、生血养血、预防心血管疾病、增强人体免疫力等等。但是鲜海参的处理方法较为复杂,并且海参的腥味是大多海产品所共有的特性,不少人很不习惯这种味道,将海参通过酶解的方法加工制备成对人体有多种功效的海参肽,再与其他成分合理搭配,加工制备成既有保健养生,又能调节身体功能的保健养生产品,将会非常适合航天员等特定人群的保健养生。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供了一种营养丰富、口感佳、易吸收、可快速补充蛋白质的能提高航天员骨质结构的营养制剂,同时该营养制剂还可以作为部队、航海任务以及登山、徒步旅行等野外活动用,也可以作为运动员、健身爱好者的首选食品。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案,一种能提高航天员骨质结构的营养制剂,其特征在于:所述的营养制剂由以下组分配方按重量百分比组成:
牛骨胶原蛋白肽10%-60%,
全脂乳粉10%-50%,
麦芽糊精5%-30%,
海参肽5%-15%,
木糖醇1%-5%,
氨基酸螯合钙0.5%-5%。
优选地,所述的营养制剂由以下组分配方按重量百分比组成:
牛骨胶原蛋白肽40%、全脂乳粉35%、麦芽糊精15%、海参肽6%、木糖醇2.5%、氨基酸螯合钙1.5%。
优选地,所述的木糖醇采用的是木糖醇粉,它是由木糖醇粉碎、研磨后得到的粉状物,其粒径为能完全过 100 目筛且筛上存留物小于 8%。
优选地,所述的牛骨胶原蛋白肽采用的是耗牛骨胶原蛋白肽。
优选地,所述的全脂乳粉采用的是全脂羊奶粉、全脂牛乳粉之一。
本发明所述的营养制剂可用于制备提高免疫力、强身健体和改善人体代谢的食品或保健品。
根据记载和现代研究证明,本发明的功能性食品主要组分的功能是:
(1)牦牛骨胶原蛋白肽粉:牦牛骨胶原蛋白肽粉为主料,胶原蛋白肽粉是胶原蛋白经过蛋白酶作用得到的蛋白质水解产物,具有分子量小、人体易吸收的优点,胶原蛋白肽的人体吸收率在95-100%之间,远远大于胶原蛋白的吸收率。可迅速补充体力,缓解疲劳。
(2)全脂乳粉: 仅以牛乳或羊乳为原料,经浓缩、干燥制成的粉(块)状产品。用纯乳生产的,基本保持了乳中的原有营养成分,蛋白质不低于24%,脂肪不低于26%,乳糖不低于37%。全脂乳粉中的胆固醇含量很少,并且具有降低胆固醇和抑制其吸收的乳清酸、3-羟基-3-甲基戊二酸等成分,因此对于伴有高血压和冠状动脉硬化性心脏病的糖尿病人,同样可以食用全脂牛奶,而不必担心牛奶中因有较多的脂肪而不敢喝。全脂牛奶是一种均衡的食品,现代医学研究表明,牛奶中还含有磷脂、某些不饱和脂肪酸等生理活性成分,对人体健康具有综合效应。
(3)海参肽:海参的营养价值极高,富含聚氨基葡萄糖、粘多糖、海洋生物活性钙、高蛋白、黏蛋白、多肽、胶原蛋白、核酸、海参皂甙、硫酸软骨素、多种维生素、及各种氨基酸和碳水化合物等50多种养分,是不可多得的不含胆固醇的高级滋补品,其中酸性粘多糖和软骨素具有延缓衰老的特效。另外,锰、牛磺酸等都对人体延缓衰老有独特的功能。
海参毒素又称海参皂甙,在海参的体壁、内脏和腺体等组织中含量很高。海参毒素是一种抗毒剂,能抑制某些癌细胞的生长,同时具有很强的抗霉菌作用。海参中所含的硒,能抑制癌细胞及血管的生长,具有明显的抗癌作用。海参对抗癌有明显疗效,对恶性肿瘤的生长、转移具有显著抑制作用,这已被科学所证明。
(4)麦芽糊精:用于增加粘稠度、增强产品分散性和溶解性麦芽糊精有较好的乳化作用和增稠效果;另外,麦芽糊精中含有大量的多糖类,另外还含有钙、铁等对人体有益的微量元素及矿物质,并能促进人体正常的物质代谢。
(5)木糖醇:其甜度与蔗糖相当,溶于水时可吸收大量热量,是所有糖醇甜味剂中吸热值最大的一种,故以固体形式食用时,会在口中产生愉快的清凉感。木糖醇不致龋且有防龋齿的作用。代谢不受胰岛素调节,在人体内代谢完全,热值为16.72kJ/g。
(6)氨基酸螯合钙:由多种氨基酸与无机钙盐通过化学合成反应而生产的一种有机钙类物质。从而大大提高了动、植物对钙的吸收。
本发明有益效果:
本发明利用科学的深加工技术手段,经过科学配比,充分利用牛骨胶原蛋白肽、全脂乳粉、海参肽、氨基酸螯合钙的营养特性,调节人体免疫机制,同时利用木糖醇和麦芽糊精改善口感,从而实现营养丰富、补虚强体、养肝强心、明目安神、润肺止渴、补血活血、消除疲劳、护肤美容等保健功效,尤其具有显著的提高骨质结构的功效;非常适合航天员的特殊人群,也可用于部队、航海任务以及登山、徒步旅行等野外活动用,也可以作为运动员、健身爱好者的首选食品。

耗牛骨胶原蛋白肽10%-60%,
全脂牛乳粉10%-50%,
麦芽糊精5%-30%,
海参肽5%-15%,
木糖醇1%-5%,
氨基酸螯合钙0.5%-5%。
所述的木糖醇采用的是木糖醇粉,它是由木糖醇粉碎、研磨后得到的粉状物,其粒径为能完全过 100 目筛且筛上存留物小于 8%。

上述的耗牛骨胶原蛋白肽、全脂乳粉、海参肽、麦芽糊精、木糖醇、氨基酸螯合钙均可从市场上购买得到。

1.一种能提高航天员骨质结构的营养制剂,其特征在于:所述的营养制剂由以下组分配方按重量百分比组成:
牛骨胶原蛋白肽10%-60%,
全脂乳粉10%-50%,
麦芽糊精5%-30%,
海参肽5%-15%,
木糖醇1%-5%,
氨基酸螯合钙0.5%-5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种能提高航天员骨质结构的营养制剂,其特征在于:所述的营养制剂由以下组分配方按重量百分比组成:
牛骨胶原蛋白肽40%、全脂乳粉35%、麦芽糊精15%、海参肽6%、木糖醇2.5%、氨基酸螯合钙1.5%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种能提高航天员骨质结构的营养制剂,其特征在于:所述的木糖醇采用的是木糖醇粉,它是由木糖醇粉碎、研磨后得到的粉状物,其粒径为能完全过 100 目筛且筛上存留物小于 8%。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种能提高航天员骨质结构的营养制剂,其特征在于:所述的牛骨胶原蛋白肽采用的是耗牛骨胶原蛋白肽。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种能提高航天员骨质结构的营养制剂,其特征在于:所述的全脂乳粉采用的是全脂羊奶粉、全脂牛乳粉之一。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种航天员专用的富硒营养餐制剂的应用,其特征在于:所述的制剂可用于制备提高免疫力、强身健体和改善人体代谢的食品或保健品。
