本发明公开了一种补脑提神型蟹黄营养玉米糁,其特征在于由以下重量份原料制成:玉米粒500-550、蟹黄20-22、羊肚菌10-11、破壁松花粉3-4、苹果酸4-5、西芹12-13、圆葱5-6、椴树蜜8-9、芡实茎3-4、青红丝2.1-3、向日葵花盘1.1-1.5。本发明将蟹黄等原料加入冰块一起搅拌,并打成泥状,并冷冻干燥,这样可以充分保持蟹黄的新鲜度,防止高温导致营养流水,且将玉米粒放置在药液中浸泡,使得玉米粒中蕴含中药清热、止痛的保健成分,且同时具有多种营养成分。

背景技术
    目前,随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们越来越多的选择价高味美的米面,玉米糁营养丰富,广受消费者喜爱,市场上销售的玉米粉口味单调,且多不具有保健功能,已不能满足于消费者的需求。 
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种补脑提神型蟹黄营养玉米糁及其制备方法,本发明具有味道鲜美、营养丰富、补脑提神的特点。 
本发明所采用的技术方案是: 
一种补脑提神型蟹黄营养玉米糁,其特征在于由以下重量份原料制成:
玉米粒500-550、蟹黄20-22、羊肚菌10-11、破壁松花粉3-4、苹果酸4-5、西芹12-13、圆葱5-6、椴树蜜8-9、芡实茎3-4、青红丝2.1-3、向日葵花盘1.1-1.5、芫荽1-2、海苔8-9、菊花水提液5-6、腐乳20-22、营养添加剂60-65;
所述的营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:蒲公英1-2、冰糖3-5、绿豆30-50、梨7-8、乌梅5-6、黄连1-2、桔梗0.6-0.7、青蒿0.8-0.9、薄荷叶1-2、水萍1.5-2、昆布1-2、葱白1-2;
制备方法为:
(1)     取黄连、桔梗、青蒿、昆布加2-3倍的水文火煎煮30-40分钟,过滤除渣,收集滤液;将绿豆浸泡在清水中8-9小时,等绿豆的皮泡开,用手心轻轻搓揉,将绿豆皮去除;
(2)     将去皮的绿豆加2-3倍步骤(1)收集的滤液,放入高压锅煮约30分钟,使其成为绿豆沙;
(3)将蒲公英、水萍、薄荷叶、葱白、冰糖加7-8倍的水文火煎煮20-30分钟,过滤除渣,收集汤液;将梨、乌梅榨汁与汤液混合制的混合液,将混合液与步骤(2)所得绿豆沙搅拌均匀,烘干后研成粉末,即得。

(1)        将玉米粒脱皮,粉碎成沙粒状大小的颗粒;将向日葵花盘、芫荽加5-6倍水文火煎煮,过滤除渣得药液,将玉米粒与药液浸泡,烘干;
(2)        将蟹黄、菊花水提液、椴树蜜、腐乳搅拌打成泥,冷冻干燥,研成粉;
(3)将破壁松花粉、羊肚菌、苹果酸、西芹、圆葱、芡实茎、青红丝大火炒香,加水煮沸,再打浆,最后烘干研成粉,再与步骤(1)、(2)中所得粉料以及其他剩余原料混合搅拌均匀,即得。
本发明的有益效果为: 
本发明采用将蟹黄等原料加入一起搅拌,并打成泥状,并冷冻干燥,这样可以充分保持蟹黄的新鲜度,防止高温导致营养流水,且将玉米粒放置在药液中浸泡,使得玉米粒中蕴含中药补脑提神的保健成分,且同时具有多种营养成分。

玉米粒500-550、蟹黄20-22、羊肚菌10-11、破壁松花粉3-4、苹果酸4-5、西芹12-13、圆葱5-6、椴树蜜8-9、芡实茎3-4、青红丝2.1-3、向日葵花盘1.1-1.5、芫荽1-2、海苔8-9、菊花水提液5-6、腐乳20-22、营养添加剂60-65;
所述的营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:蒲公英1-2、冰糖3-5、绿豆30-50、梨7-8、乌梅5-6、黄连1-2、桔梗0.6-0.7、青蒿0.8-0.9、薄荷叶1-2、水萍1.5-2、昆布1-2、葱白1-2;
制备方法为:

玉米粒500-550、蟹黄20-22、羊肚菌10-11、破壁松花粉3-4、苹果酸4-5、西芹12-13、圆葱5-6、椴树蜜8-9、芡实茎3-4、青红丝2.1-3、向日葵花盘1.1-1.5、芫荽1-2、海苔8-9、菊花水提液5-6、腐乳20-22、营养添加剂60-65;

(3)将破壁松花粉、羊肚菌、苹果酸、西芹、圆葱、芡实茎、青红丝大火炒香,加水煮沸,再打浆,最后烘干研成粉,再与步骤(1)、(2)中所得粉料以及其他剩余原料混合搅拌均匀,即得。
