本发明涉及含某些新的吡啶酰胺衍生物的除草组合物,以及它们在阻止不需要植物的生长方面的应用。
德国专利申请DE-A-3804346叙述了一种2-吡啶氧基-5-吡啶甲酰胺,它具有药理活性。本发明人发现与上述化合物结构类似的吡啶酰胺衍生物如2-吡啶氧基-6-吡啶甲酰胺具有除草活性。

在R1和R2中任何烷基,链烯基,链炔基,环烷基或芳基部分可以被一个或多个相同或不相同的取代基取代,而这些取代基选自卤素原子和羟基,氰基,烷基,烷氧基,烷硫基,烷氧羰基,芳基,芳氧基,和一烷基或二烷基氨基。

离去基团可以是在反应条件下,能够与起始物断开,从而促进在特定位置上发生反应的任何基团。
适当的离去基团为卤原子,例如溴,或者尤其是氯原子,为烷氧基团,C1-4烷氧基是适宜的,尤其是甲氧基,或者为咪唑基。
将形成的通式(1)所示化合物转化为通式(1)所示的更进一步的化合物,适当的方法可以是由不同的基团去取代R1和/或R2。例如当R1和/或R2代表氢原子时,它可以被烷基取代,适当的方法是与卤代烷反应。
Hal代表溴原子,尤其是代表氯原子是适宜的,而X代表氢原子是适宜的。
当X代表碱金属原子时,适宜的是钾原子,而更适宜的是钠原子。

当X代表碱金属原子时,方法(A)按如下程序进行:由相应的吡啶醇和碱金属醇盐,例如甲醇钠制备碱金属吡啶醇盐,接着在升高的温度下,例如在回流下,使用铜催化剂,例如氯化亚铜,在吡啶中,在芳香烃的存在下,例如在二甲苯的存在下,如在GB-A-2050168中所叙述的那样,或在二甲基甲酰胺或二甲亚砜中,用实质上是等摩尔量的化合物Ⅱ与吡啶醇盐反应。
通式Ⅱ所示的化合物可以制备如下:通式NHR1R2的胺,其中R1和R2如上文所定义与下式所示的2-卤代-6-吡啶羧酸衍生物反应:

式中R4,m和Hal如上文所定义,L是离去基团,离去基团L如上文所定义。
这一反应适宜于在惰性有机溶剂,例如二甲基甲酰胺或乙腈,或者芳烃,如果苯或甲苯,或者卤代烃,例如二氯甲烷,或者醚,例如二乙醚,或者酯,例如乙酸乙酯中进行;适宜于在0-100℃的温度范围内进行。这一反应宜于使用实质上等摩尔量的反应物来进行。然而,采用一种反应物过量(方便的是胺)是有利的。

取代的胺NHR1R2或者是已知的,或者可以由常规方法制备。
通式Ⅳ所示化合物转变为通式Ⅴ所示的化合物可采用标准方法来进行。这些标准方法有:制备酯的方法,例如采用醇和酸催化剂或氯化亚砜制备酯的方法,或制备酰氯和酰溴的方法,例如采用氯化亚砜或溴化亚砜制备的方法,或者制备咪唑衍生物的方法,例如采用二咪唑基羰基的制备方法。
通式Ⅳ所示化合物由下述通式所示化合物的水解来制备是适宜的:

通式Ⅷ所示化合物或者是已知的,或者可由常规方法制备,例如由下述文献所述的方法制备:T.Sakamoto et al.,Chem.Pharm.Bull.,33(1985),565-571或Bjorn Elnan,Tetrahedron,41(1985),4941-4948。
通式Ⅰ所示化合物已发现具有有用的除草活性。而且,通式Ⅶ所示化合物也发现具有某些除草活性。因此,本发明还进一步提供了由如前述所定义的式1或式Ⅶ所示化合物与至少一种载体所组成的除草组合物,并且提供了制备这样一种组合物的方法,方法包括促使式Ⅰ或式Ⅶ所示化合物与至少一种载体结合。
根据本发明所述的混合物的载体可以是这样的任何物质:用它与活性成分加工后可以促进应用于施药点,这种施药点例如是植物,种子或土壤,或者可以促进储藏,运输或处理。载体可以是固体或液体,包括在正常状态下是气体,但可以被压缩成液体的那些物质,以及在正常情况下用于加工除草组合物的任何载体都可以采用。本发明的优选组合物含有0.5-95%(重量)的活性组份。
适宜的固体载体包括天然的和合成的粘土和硅酸盐,例如天然硅石如硅藻土;硅酸镁,例如滑石;硅酸镁铝,例如缘坡缕石和蛭石;硅酸铝,例如高岭石,蒙脱土和云母;碳酸钙;硫酸钙;硫酸铵;合成水合氧化硅和合成硅酸钙或硅酸铝;元素,例如碳和硫;天然和合成树脂,例如香豆桐树脂,聚氯乙烯,苯乙烯聚合物和共聚物;固体聚氯苯酚;沥青;石蜡;以及固体肥料,例如过磷酸盐。
适宜的液体载体包括水;醇,例如异丙醇,和乙二醇;酮,例如丙酮,甲乙酮,甲基异丁基酮和环己酮;醚;芳烃或芳脂烃,例如苯,甲苯,和二甲苯;石油馏份,例如煤油和烃矿物油;氯代烃,例如四氯化碳,全氯乙烯和三氯乙烷。各种液体的混合物也常是适宜的。
农用组合物常以浓缩的形式加工和运输,这种浓缩组合物在使用前再由使用者稀释。作为载体的少量表面活性剂的存在可以促进这种稀释过程。因此在本发明组合物中优选的至少有一种载体是表面活性剂。例如组合物可以至少含两种载体,至少它们的一种是表面活性剂。
表面活性剂可以是乳化剂,分散剂或润湿剂;可以是非离子型的或离子型的。适当的表面活性剂包括:聚丙烯酸和木质素磺酸的钠盐或钙盐;分子至少为12个碳原子的脂肪酸,或脂肪胺或酰胺与环氧乙烷和/或环氧丙烷的缩合物;丙三醇,山梨糖醇酐,蔗糖或季戊四醇的脂肪酸酯;以及它们与环氧乙烷和/或环氧丙烷的缩合产物;脂肪醇或烷基酚的缩合产物,例如对辛基苯酚或对辛基甲酚与环氧乙烷和/或环氧丙烷的缩合产物;这些缩合产物的硫酸盐或磺酸盐;分子至少含10个碳原子的硫酸酯或磺酸酯的碱金属盐或碱土金属盐,优选钠盐,例如十二烷基硫酸钠,仲烷基硫酸钠,磺化蓖麻油的钠盐,以及烷基芳基磺酸钠,如象十二烷基苯磺酸钠;以及环氧乙烷的聚合物和环氧乙烷与环氧丙烷的共聚物。
本发明的组合物例如可加工成可湿性粉剂,粉剂,粒剂,溶液,乳油,乳剂,悬浮浓剂,和气雾剂。可湿性粉剂通常含有25,50,或75%(重量)的活性成份以及除固体惰性载体外,通常还含有3-10%(重量)的分散剂,如果需要还含有0-10%(重量)的稳定剂和/或其它添加剂,如渗透剂或粘着剂。粉剂通常加工成与可湿性粉剂有相同组成的浓粉剂。但不含分散剂,并且在田地里进一步用固体载体稀释成通常含1/2-10%(重量)活性组份的组合物。粒剂通常制备成大小在10-100BS目(1.676-0.152mm)之间。并且可以由结块或浸渍技术来制备。通常,粒剂将含有1/2-75%(重量)活性组份和0-10%(重量)添加剂,如象稳定剂,表面活性剂,缓释调节剂和粘着剂,所谓“干燥可流动粉剂”由有相对高的活性组份浓度的相对小的粒剂所组成。乳油通常除溶剂,必要时还有辅助溶剂外,含有10-50%(重量/体积)活性组份,2-20%(重量/体积)乳化剂和0-20%(重量/体积)其它添加剂如象稳定剂,渗透剂和防腐剂。悬浮浓液通常调合来获得稳定的非沉积的可流动产品并且通常含有10-75%(重量)活性组份,0.5-15%(重量)分散剂,0.1-10%(重量)悬浮剂如象保护性胶体和触变剂,0-10%(重量)的其它添加剂如角消泡剂,防腐剂,稳定剂,渗透剂和粘着剂,以及水或活性成份在其中实际上是不溶解的有机液体;某些有机固体或无机盐可以溶解在制剂中以邦助阻止沉积或作为水的抗冻剂。
水分散剂和乳剂,例如根据本发明用水稀释可湿性粉剂或乳油而获得的组合物也在本发明的范围之内。所说的乳剂可以是油包水型也可以是水包油型,并且可以有浓稠的象“蛋黄酱”那样的稠度。
本发明的组合物也可以含有其它活性成份,例如具有杀虫或杀菌活性的化合物或其它除草剂。
本发明还进一步提供上述所定义的通式Ⅰ所示化合物或组合物作为除草剂的用法。以及提供用本发明的这种化合物或组合物在施药点防除不需要植物生长的方法。施药点,例如可以是作物地区的土壤或植物。使用的活性成分的剂量,例如在0.01-10kg/公顷范围内,适宜的是0.05-4kg/公顷。

为了评估本发明所述化合物的除草活性,采用下述有代表性的植物进行了试验:玉米(MZ);稻(R);稗(BG);燕麦(O);亚麻(L);芥(M);甜菜(SB)和大豆(S)。
试验分两类,芽前和芽后,芽前试验包括将化合物的液体制剂喷洒在新近播种了上述所列的植物的种子。芽后试验包括两种试验,那就是,土壤浸灌和叶面喷洒试验。在土壤浸灌试验中,用含有本发明化合物的液体制剂浸灌已种植有上述植物籽苗的土壤,而在叶面喷洒试验中,用同样的制剂喷洒籽苗。
试验中所用的土壤是精制过的园艺沃土。
试验中所用制剂由受试化合物的丙酮溶液制备得来,该溶液含有0.4%(重量)的商标为TRITON X-155的烷基酚/环氧乙烷缩合物,这些丙酮溶液用水稀释,在土壤喷洒和叶面喷洒试验中,应用的剂量水平相当于每公顷5公斤或1公斤活性物质,在体积上相当于每公顷600立升,而在土壤浸灌试验中,其剂量水平相当于每公顷10公斤活性物质,在体积上近似于每公顷3000立升。
在芽前试验中未处理过的已播种土壤作为对照,而在芽后试验中种植了籽苗的未处理过土壤作为对照。
在喷洒了叶面和土壤后的十二天,用目测来评价受试化合物的除草效果。而在浸灌土壤的试验中,要在其后十三天评价其效果,除草效果按0-9共十个等级来记录。“0”指示未处理的对照的生长情况,“9”指示死亡。在线性标度上每增加一个单位,近似于效果水平有10%的增加。
试验结果列于下述表Ⅹ中,表中化合物的识别参考前面的实例。表中没有数字的地方指示其级别为0,而星号则表示未获得结果。

Claims (5)

1.除草组合物,由下面通式所述化合物与至少一种载体所组成,

式中,R1代表未取代的C1-6烷基,代表被烷氧基、芳基氧基、或氰基、或被一个或多个卤原子取代的C1-5烷基,代表未取代的或被芳基取代的C1-6烷氧基,C2-7链炔基,C2-6链烯基,C2-6链烯氧基,未取代的芳基,被一个或多个卤原子取代的芳基,或者代表芳烷基,烷基芳基,C3-6环烷基,取代的(C3-6环烷基)烷基,杂环基,二烷基氨基烷基,萘基或三甲基甲硅烷基;R2代表氢原子、甲基、乙基、正丙基、异丙基、异丁基或氰甲基;而R3代表氢或卤原子,或C1-6烷基,或C1-6卤代烷基,R4代表卤原子或烷基或卤代烷基;Z代表氧或硫原子;m是0-3;而n为1-4。
2.根据权利要求1的除草组合物,其中m为0。
3.根据权利要求1或2的除草组合物,其中Z代表氧原子。
4.根据权利要求1或2的除草组合物,至少含有两种载体,而至少其中一种是表面活性剂。
5.在施药点防除不需要植物生长的方法,包括用权利要求1-4的任一项所述的组合物处理施药点。
