背景技术
春卷一般作为早餐,不吃早餐导致的能量和营养素摄入的不足,很难从午餐和晚餐中得到充分补充。所以,每天都应该吃早餐,并且要吃好早餐,以保证摄入充足的能量和营养素。市场上的早餐已经不能够满足人们的日常需求,高营养且具有一定的养生保健的早餐越来越受到消费者的青睐。

本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,提供了一种蒜辣羊肝春卷及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种蒜辣羊肝春卷,由下列重量份的原料制成:
小麦面粉30-47、营养添加剂8-9、花椒6-7、蒜汁4-5、菜豆1-3、南瓜饼5-6、槐米5-6、胡萝卜4-6、羊肝4-5、猪血旺8-9、绿豆淀粉1-2、白砂糖2-2.2、熟地1-2、茯苓3-3.1、枸骨叶1.4-1.9、鱼香根1.3-1.2、须花参2-2.3、肿节风1.8-2.5、栝楼皮1.3-2.2;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
箬竹叶1-1.5、芡实叶0.8-1.6、玫瑰花1-1.2、姜叶1.4-2.3、香薷0.4-1.2、香菜汁6-7、荞麦5-6、干香菇3-4、扫帚菜2-3;
制备方法为:
(1)箬竹叶、芡实叶、香薷等中药材加5倍水,煎煮25分钟,滤渣得药液;
(2)将荞麦炒香,与干香菇混合研磨成粉得香粉,扫帚菜洗净,控干,丢入香粉中,手抓扫帚菜使均匀裹上香粉,上锅用药液熏蒸5分钟,取出兑香菜汁剁碎,即得;

(2)槐米洗净,兑蒜汁研磨匀质,得蒜汁米糊,胡萝卜、羊肝切丁,挂蒜汁米糊,入油锅煎炸20-30秒,取出沥干;
(3)南瓜饼与猪血旺混合剁碎,加入白砂糖,与菜豆、花椒混合熏煮10-15分钟,取出,待用;
(4)将上述步骤所得馅料与剩余物料混合后,用蒜辣羊肝春卷皮包裹,即得成品;将成型蒜辣羊肝春卷在10-15分钟内进行速冻,速冻温度为-10--15℃,速冻时间为25-30分钟,将速冻好的蒜辣羊肝春卷整理包装,在-6℃以下低温储藏。

小麦面粉35、营养添加剂8、花椒6、蒜汁4、菜豆1、南瓜饼、槐米5、胡萝卜、羊肝4、猪血旺8、绿豆淀粉1、白砂糖、熟地1、茯苓、枸骨叶1.4、鱼香根1、须花参2;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
箬竹叶1、芡实叶0.8、玫瑰花1、姜叶1.4、香薷0.4、香菜汁6、荞麦5、干香菇3、扫帚菜2;
制备方法为:
(1)箬竹叶、芡实叶、香薷等中药材加5倍水,煎煮25分钟,滤渣得药液;
(2)将荞麦炒香,与干香菇混合研磨成粉得香粉,扫帚菜洗净,控干,丢入香粉中,手抓扫帚菜使均匀裹上香粉,上锅用药液熏蒸5分钟,取出兑香菜汁剁碎,即得;

小麦面粉30-47、营养添加剂8-9、花椒6-7、蒜汁4-5、菜豆1-3、南瓜饼5-6、槐米5-6、胡萝卜4-6、羊肝4-5、猪血旺8-9、绿豆淀粉1-2、白砂糖2-2.2、熟地1-2、茯苓3-3.1、枸骨叶1.4-1.9、鱼香根1.3-1.2、须花参2-2.3、肿节风1.8-2.5、栝楼皮1.3-2.2;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:
箬竹叶1-1.5、芡实叶0.8-1.6、玫瑰花1-1.2、姜叶1.4-2.3、香薷0.4-1.2、香菜汁6-7、荞麦5-6、干香菇3-4、扫帚菜2-3;
制备方法为:
(1)箬竹叶、芡实叶、香薷等中药材加5倍水,煎煮25分钟,滤渣得药液;
