背景技术
米是人们最重要的主食之一,众所周知,米提供给人体日常活动所必须的淀粉及其他微量营养物质,但除此之外,普通的米没有其他的辅助功能。人们对养生的关注,催生了保健米的生产。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种女性配方保健米及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种女性配方保健米,由以下重量份原料制成:粳米200-230、豌豆100-120、小麦60-80、鳕鱼粉50-60、糯米淀粉70-80、紫薯75-85、木瓜35-45、花椰菜35-45、银耳25-35、红酒50-60、川芎5-7、柴胡4-6、益母草6-8、红花5-7、荏子4-6、络石藤4-6、火炭母2-3、杜松果2-3、食品添加剂8-10、水适量:
食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料制成:黑芝麻粉45-55、沙棘粉35-40、雪莲菌25-30、纳豆10-15、米酒40-50、葡萄籽6-8、西洋参6-8、女贞子2-3、异叶茴芹1-2、水适量;
食品添加剂的制备方法:(1)将雪莲菌、纳豆洗净,放入锅中,加入米酒,加热煮透,将其打成浆并喷雾干燥成粉;
(2)将葡萄籽、西洋参、女贞子、异叶茴芹用5-9倍量的水提取,得到提取物,喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;将中药粉与步骤1的粉、黑芝麻粉、沙棘粉混匀即可。
一种女性配方保健米的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将粳米、豌豆、小麦洗净沥干水,炒熟后送入超微粉机中制粉,得到超微粉备用;
(2)将紫薯洗净,去皮切块;将木瓜洗净,取其果肉;将紫薯、木瓜果肉混合洗净的花椰菜、银耳放入鲜竹筒中,加红酒,对竹筒烘烤,待竹汁沥入酒中,取出竹筒中所有物料,充分碾磨,得到浆液备用;
(3)将川芎、柴胡、益母草、红花、荏子、络石藤、火炭母、杜松果用5-9倍量的水提取,得到提取物备用;
(4)将超微粉、鳕鱼粉、糯米淀粉、食品添加剂、步骤2中的浆液、提取物混合,加适量水,搅拌均匀后送入造粒机中造粒,再烘干即可。
本发明的优点是:本发明公开了一种女性配方保健米,含有豌豆、鳕鱼粉、紫薯等,富含氨基酸、优质蛋白等营养物质,川芎、柴胡、益母草、红花、荏子等提取物有除寒温中、疏经活络、活血行气、祛风止痛、开郁燥湿等功效,对月经不调、痛经、失眠有很好的疗效,特别适合女性食用。
具体实施方式
一种女性配方保健米,由以下重量份(Kg)原料制成:粳米200、豌豆100、小麦60、鳕鱼粉50、糯米淀粉70、紫薯75、木瓜35、花椰菜35、银耳25、红酒50、川芎5、柴胡4、益母草6、红花5、荏子4、络石藤4、火炭母2、杜松果2、食品添加剂8、水适量:
食品添加剂,由以下重量份(Kg)原料制成:黑芝麻粉45、沙棘粉35、雪莲菌25、纳豆10、米酒40、葡萄籽6、西洋参6、女贞子2、异叶茴芹1、水适量;
食品添加剂的制备方法:(1)将雪莲菌、纳豆洗净,放入锅中,加入米酒,加热煮透,将其打成浆并喷雾干燥成粉;
(2)将葡萄籽、西洋参、女贞子、异叶茴芹用5倍量的水提取,得到提取物,喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;将中药粉与步骤1的粉、黑芝麻粉、沙棘粉混匀即可。
