本发明涉及一种米粉,具体地说一种绞股蓝保健米粉。
背景技术
以大米为原料以研磨制成的粉状物料。中国专利号201010614441.2名称为一种保健米粉公开了如下技术方案:一种保健米粉,由如下粉状食物组成(重量百分比):山药2% -4%,白果2% -6%,白扁豆6% -15%,百合6% 10%,桃仁6% -8%,葛根2% -6%,槐米1% -3%,余量米粉。其具有降低血糖、补气养心、健脾化湿功效。但并没有降血脂、补血益气的功效。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题:本发明克服了上述背景技术的不足,提供了一种具有降血脂、补血益气功效的米粉。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种绞股蓝保健米粉,其特征在于由如下粉状食物组成,用量为重量份:绞股蓝6-15份,儿茶素0.5-1份, 胡萝卜干粉2-5份, 紫薯粉3-6份, 紫菜2-5份,米粉50-60份。
所述的绞股蓝保健米粉,优选重量份为绞股蓝6份,儿茶素1份, 胡萝卜干粉2份, 紫薯粉4份, 紫菜3份,米粉50份。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有的优点和有益效果是:本发明与其他现有技术相比具有降血脂、补血益气的功效,满足了人们对健康的需求。
绞胶蓝:又名七叶胆、福音划、甘茶蔓等,是葫芦科植物绞股蓝[Gynostemma pentaphynum(Thunb)Makino]的干燥地上部分或全草,具有清热解毒、止咳祛痰的功效,用于治疗喘咳、慢性支气管炎、传染性肝炎等疾病。古时民间作消炎镇咳清、热毒、治疗传染性肝炎以及荒年充饥之用,最早文字可见明代。被誉为“南方人参”。绞胶蓝预防癌症肿瘤功能,  保肝、降血脂、降血糖作用。
儿茶素又称儿茶精,茶单宁。为黄烷醇的衍生物。儿茶素最初由儿茶中提取出。为无色结晶形固体,儿茶素可以通过血液循环进入全身,加强新陈代谢,增强脂肪的氧化和能量消耗从而达到抑制肥胖的作用,尤其是对内脏脂肪的抑制作用,能达到理想的减肥效果。儿茶素是茶叶的重要成分,具有防治心血管疾病、预防癌症等多种功能。右旋儿茶精还有降低毛细血管的通透性、止泻、止血、抗病毒、杀真菌、抑制ACE及预防胃溃疡等多种作用。
清除自由基:儿茶素是天然的油脂抗氧化剂,抗氧化活性甚至比维他命E还。并且可以清除人体产生的自由基,以保护细胞膜。延缓老化:因为有清除自由基的功用,所以可以减缓衰老。预防蛀牙:因为茶叶中含有氟,所以可以使牙齿对酸的侵蚀具有较强的抵抗力。除此之外,也有临床实验指出,儿茶素类可以明显地减少牙菌斑以及减缓牙周病。改变肠道微生物的分布:儿茶素类可以抑制人体致病菌(如肉毒杆菌),同时又不伤害有益菌(如乳酸菌)的繁衍,所以有整肠的功能。抗菌作用:可以抑制引起人类皮肤病的病菌,并且对治疗湿疹有很好的疗效。
胡萝卜干粉具有益肝明目、利膈宽肠、健脾除疳、增强免疫功能、降糖降脂的功效。    紫薯粉系选用新鲜优质的紫薯,经去皮、干燥等工艺加工而成。具有降压、补血、益气、润肺、养颜之功效;同时,它属于减肥食品,能够有效预防动脉硬化,尤其是抗癌质碘、硒的含量比其他红薯高20倍以上。
紫菜,是在海中互生藻类的统称,味甘、咸,性凉。能软坚散结,清热化痰,利尿。
具体实施方式
实施例1:一种绞股蓝保健米粉,由如下粉状食物组成,用量为重量份:绞股蓝6-15份,儿茶素0.5-1份, 胡萝卜干粉2-5份, 紫薯粉3-6份, 紫菜2-5份,米粉50-60份(米粉以大米为原料以研磨制成的粉状物料)。
取干净的绞股蓝、胡萝卜、紫菜晒干打粉,加入儿茶素粉,再与紫薯粉、米粉搅拌,加入清水煮熟成粘稠状即可食用。
实施例2:一种绞股蓝保健米粉,用量为重量份:绞股蓝6份,儿茶素1份, 胡萝卜干粉2份, 紫薯粉4份, 紫菜3份,米粉50份。
实施例3:一种绞股蓝保健米粉,由如下粉状食物组成,绞股蓝15克,儿茶素1克 胡萝卜干粉5克,紫薯粉6克, 紫菜5克,米粉60克。
