- 权 利 要 求 书1.汽车自动刹车装置, 其特征在于: 汽车自动刹车装置包括有磁流 体刹车装置 (1)、 刹车脚踏 (2)、 汽车雷达 (3) 以及控制器 (4); 磁流 体刹车装置 (1) 包括有活塞缸 (5)、 悬浮活塞 (6)、 活塞杆 (7)、 驱动 轮 (8)、 磁流体 (9) 以及电磁线圈 (10), 刹车脚踏 (2) 包括有脚踏杆(11) 以及脚踏板(12), 脚踏杆(11)设有铰链(13)与驾驶室底板(14) 连接, 脚踏板 (12) 位于铰链 (13) 的下方; 汽车刹车泵 (20) 的驱动轴(15) 与脚踏杆 (11) 连接, 驱动轴 (15) 位于铰链 (13) 的下方, 驱动 轴 (15) 位于铰链 (13) 与脚踏板 (12) 之间; 活塞缸 (5) 与驾驶室底 板 (14) 固定连接, 磁流体 (9) 设于活塞缸 (5) 内, 悬浮活塞 (6) 悬 浮于磁流体(9) 中, 悬浮活塞(6) 与活塞杆(7) 固定连接, 活塞杆(7) 与驱动轮 (8) 连接, 驱动轮 (8) 与脚踏杆 (11) 连接, 驱动轮 (8) 位 于铰链 (13) 的上方, 铰链 (13) 位于驱动轮 (8) 与脚踏板 (12) 之间; 汽车雷达 (3) 包括有主机 (16)、 前超声波传感器 (17) 以及后超声波传 感器 (18), 控制器 (4) 设有控制线与主机 (16) 以及电磁线圈 (10) 连 接, 前超声波传感器 (17) 安装于汽车的前杠, 后超声波传感器 (18) 安 装于汽车的后杠。
- 2.根据权利要求 1 所述的汽车自动刹车装置, 其特征在于: 所述的 汽车自动刹车装置的未刹车状态是: 电磁线圈 (10) 未通电, 磁流体 (9) 未被磁化, 悬浮活塞 (6) 下沉于活塞缸 (5) 的底部, 驱动轮 (8) 驱动 脚踏杆(11)摆动刹车的力小于悬浮活塞(6)于活塞缸(5)受到的浮力, 脚踏杆 (11) 处于未刹车位置。
- 3.根据权利要求 1 所述的汽车自动刹车装置, 其特征在于: 所述的 汽车自动刹车装置的刹车状态是: 电磁线圈 (10) 通电, 磁流体 (9) 被 磁化, 磁流体 (9) 的比重不断增加, 悬浮活塞 (6) 于活塞缸 (5) 受到 的浮力不断增加, 悬浮活塞(6)于活塞缸(5)受到的浮力大于驱动轮(8) 驱动脚踏杆 (11) 摆动刹车的力, 悬浮活塞 (6) 于活塞缸 (5) 内上升, 带动活塞杆(7) 以及驱动轮(8)上升驱动脚踏杆(11) 向刹车方向摆动, 使脚踏杆 (11) 处于刹车位置。
- 4.根据权利要求 1 所述的汽车自动刹车装置, 其特征在于: 所述的 汽车自动刹车装置的刹车原理是:利用控制器(4)控制通入电磁线圈(10) 的电流, 利用通入电磁线圈 (10) 电流强度的大小控制悬浮活塞 (6) 于 活塞缸 (5) 受到的浮力, 利用悬浮活塞 (6) 于活塞缸 (5) 受到的浮力 驱动刹车脚踏杆 (11) 刹车, 以达到利用控制器 (4) 自动控制刹车的目 的。
- 5.根据权利要求 1 所述的汽车自动刹车装置, 其特征在于: 所述的 悬浮活塞 (6) 于活塞缸 (5) 受到的浮力随着电磁线圈 (10) 通过的电流 强度的大小成正比; 刹车脚踏杆 11的摆动力与悬浮活塞 6于活塞缸 5受 到的浮力成正比, 以达到利用控制器 4控制电磁线圈 10的电流, 达到自 动控制刹车脚踏 2刹车的目的。
- 6.根据权利要求 1 所述的汽车自动刹车装置, 其特征在于: 所述的 活塞杆 (7) 设有轮轴 (19), 驱动轮 (8) 与轮轴 (19) 动配合连接; 驱 动轮 (8) 与脚踏杆 (11) 接触, 驱动轮 (8) 位于脚踏杆 (11) 的下方。
- 7.根据权利要求 1 所述的汽车自动刹车装置, 其特征在于: 所述的 活塞缸 (5) 位于铰链 (13) 左边, 活塞杆 (7) 的中心线与铰链 (13) 的 轴线垂直, 驱动轮 (8) 的轴线与活塞杆 (7) 的中心线垂直。
- 8.根据权利要求 1 所述的汽车自动刹车装置, 其特征在于: 所述的 汽车自动刹车装置的刹车过程是: 活塞杆 (7) 上升, 驱动轮 (8) 与脚踏 杆 (11) 转动接触, 脚踏杆 (11) 按顺时针方向转动, 脚踏杆 (11) 驱动 刹车泵 (20) 刹车。
- 9.根据权利要求 1 所述的汽车自动刹车装置, 其特征在于: 所述的 汽车自动刹车装置的工作原理是: 当汽车雷达(3)的前超声波传感器(17) 或者后超声波传感器 (18) 检测到有障碍物时, 前超声波传感器 (17) 或 者后超声波传感器 (18) 将信号传输给主机 (16), 主机 (16) 将信号传 输给控制器 (4), 控制器 (4) 控制电磁线圈 (10) 通电, 电磁线圈 (10) 产生磁场将活塞缸 (5) 的磁流体 (9) 磁化, 使磁流体 (9) 的比重不断 增加, 悬浮活塞(6)受到磁流体(9)的浮力不断增加, 利用悬浮活塞(6) 的浮力通过活塞杆 (7) 以及驱动轮 (8) 自动驱动脚踏杆 (11) 按刹车方 向摆动, 利用脚踏杆 (11) 驱动刹车泵 (5) 刹车, 防止驾驶员心慌脚乱, 脚没踩刹车板 (12), 减少交通事故的发生。
