Abstract
本发明提供了一种调理胃肠功能的保健品,由A组份和B组份组成,A组份为益生菌群、天然矿泉水、米糠、螺旋藻、罗汉果、葛根和红糖的发酵液;B组份为含有低聚果糖水溶液。饮用前把A、B组份混合均匀。本发明的保健品服用后容易被人体吸收,安全无副作用,不受年龄、性别、生理条件限制,适用于各种因素导致的便秘(包括年老体弱,手术后患者,产妇,儿童等)人群服用,特别是还可以作为有严重的高血压,心、脑血管疾病的患者预防心脑血管意外发生的保健作用;另外,本发明产品对祛除肠道垃圾和毒素,对美容养颜有明显的效果。

本发明涉及一种调理胃肠功能的保健品。
背景技术
改革开放30多年来,我国经济得到空前的发展,人民的生活条件得到了翻天覆地的改善。高蛋白、高脂肪和低纤维的饮食方式,使人们肠胃功能紊乱、肠胃微生物群失调,导致便秘;现代都市人群工作压力大、饮食不规律、缺乏锻炼,使肠胃功能异常,导致肠胃炎、结肠癌的等疾病的发病率提高。一些疾病也会引起肠道菌群失调,如肝硬化形成门脉高压症导致胃肠道淤血及组织水肿,从而影响肠腔内环境,使肠蠕动减慢延迟,微绒毛损害,降低肠道的清楚能力,导致有害细菌过度生长而发生肠道菌群失调。肠道菌群失调使有害菌群产生毒素,降低人体免疫力,从而产生了很多慢性疾病。如果平时不注意医疗保健,慢性病发展到后期,结果不堪设想。本发明人在肠胃保健方面做了一些研究,开发了一些保健品,如专利公开号CN102919956A,公开了一种调理人体消化系统的营养液,其能够调理胃肠道的菌群平衡,对由肠道菌群失调而引起的一些慢性病有很好的疗效。但其起效时间为5~7天,见效慢,疗程长,很多患者在使用几天后,没有等到起效就产生怀疑,停止继续服用,从而前功尽弃。
发明内容
本发明的目的是公开一种调理胃肠功能的保健品,其起效时间为4~6小时,见效快,疗程短。
本发明是在本发明人原有专利申请(名称:调理人体消化系统的营养液及其制备方法,申请(专利)号:CN201210460746.1,公开(公告)号:CN102919956A的基础上进行改进的。
本发明的技术方案是:
一种调理胃肠功能的保健品,由A组份和B组份组成。
所述的A组份是由以下重量份数的原料通过发酵而得:益生菌群1-3;天然矿泉水68~78;米糠2~4,螺旋藻1~2;罗汉果1~2,葛根2~4;红糖10~20;所述的益生菌群为酪酸梭菌、保加利亚乳杆菌、双歧杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌和嗜热链球菌的等重量混合物。
所述的B组份为含有低聚果糖水溶液,低聚果糖的重量浓度为20~80%。
所述的A组份与B组份的体积比为2~4:1。
所述的低聚果糖水溶液中还含有天然香料;所述的天然香料,为甜橙精油、柠檬精油、玫瑰精油、茉莉花精油或桂花精油中的任一种或它们的组合物。这些天然香料市场上有售,它们气味芳香,能够赋予产品清香的味道,提高产品的适口性。天然香料在低聚果糖水溶液中的加入量为B组份总量的0.01-0.1,只要有适量香味就可以。
以下是营养液的原料成分分析:
双歧杆菌(拉丁名Bifidobacterium)是一种厌氧的革兰氏阳性杆菌,末端常常分叉,故名双歧杆菌。已确认双歧杆菌是肠道内最有益的菌群,它能够维护肠道正常细菌菌群平衡,抑制病原菌的生长,防止便秘、下痢和肠胃障碍、抗肿瘤,在肠道内合成维生素、氨基酸和提高机体对钙离子的吸收,增强人体免疫力,抗衰老,延年益寿。
嗜酸乳杆菌(拉丁名Lactobacillusacidophilus),能分泌抗生素类物质,如嗜酸乳菌素(acidolin)、嗜酸杆菌素(acidophilin)、乳酸菌素(laetocidon)。这些抗生素对肠道致病菌产生拮抗作用,抑制致病菌的生长。
嗜热链球菌(拉丁名Streptococcus)为健康人肠道正常菌群,可在肠道内生长、繁殖。嗜热链球菌对肠道致病菌有一定的抑制作用,如能使艰难梭菌、鼠伤寒沙门氏菌、大肠杆菌的菌落直径减少约30%;能使金黄葡萄球菌、单核细胞增生李斯特菌、产气荚膜梭菌的菌落直径减少约20%。它能够降低肠道pH值,促进肠蠕动防止病原菌定植,分泌细菌素抑制病原菌的生长;还能够抑制胆固醇合成酶活性,降低血清中胆固醇含量,其菌发酵产物可以调节控制血压,生成的多糖、细菌素、乳酸等具有抗肿瘤活性的作用,通过激活机体免疫系统,抑制细胞的突变来抵抗肿瘤的发生;产生超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)可以清除体内代谢过程中产生的过量超氧阴离子自由基,延缓衰老。
保加利亚乳杆菌(拉丁名Lactbacillusbulgaricus),能抑制肠道中的致病菌和腐败菌的繁殖,使粪便中的大肠杆菌、产气荚膜梭形菌数量减少,产生寡糖,改善通便,缩短粪便在大肠中的时间。其发酵产生的乳酸和乙酸有杀菌作用,产生的过氧化氢有抑菌作用,还能够产生多种抗菌素,这些抗菌素对沙门氏菌、志贺氏菌、葡萄球菌、需氧芽胞杆菌、梭形菌和假单胞菌等有拮抗作用。因此,保加利亚乳杆菌能够调整肠道中菌群之间的平衡,抑制有害细菌的生长,有预防致病菌在人体免疫力低下时发生感染的作用,从而对人体起到保护。
酪酸梭菌(拉丁名Clostridiumbutyricum),能耐受胃酸进入肠道,分泌肠粘膜再生和修复的重要营养物质酪酸(丁酸),修复受损伤的肠粘膜,消除炎症。并能促进双歧杆菌等肠道有益菌的生长,抑制痢疾志贺氏菌等肠道有害菌的生长,恢复肠道菌群平衡,减少胺、氨、吲哚等肠道毒素的产生,恢复肠免疫能力和正常的生理功能。
米糠是稻谷的外壳,含有纯天然的维生素B,维生素B起到调节新陈代谢,维持皮肤和肌肉的健康,增进免疫系统和神经系统的功能,促进红血球的产生,预防贫血发生。
螺旋藻是一类低等植物,含有丰富的蛋白质、维生素B族,螺旋藻中所含的叶绿素A,有着独特的造血净血功能,螺旋藻中的蛋白质的氨基酸组成与人血蛋白相似,极易被人体吸收。如果能够采用云南省丽江市永胜县程海镇生产的螺旋藻(程海湖螺旋藻),效果更好。据专家介绍,程海湖螺旋藻对于中老年人,能够预防心脑血管疾病、调节血糖、防治便秘、提高人体免疫力、营养补充等;对于少年儿童人群,能够改善食欲,补充营养,防治发育不良、记忆下降、视力减退等,明显改善体能和智力的雪域东巴。对于女性人群,能够美容,可防治和改善贫血。
罗汉果,葫芦科植物罗汉果Siraitiagrosvenorii(Swingle)C.JeffreyexLuetZ.Y.Zhang的干燥果实。被人们誉为“神仙果”,果实中含有丰富的葡萄糖、果糖基多种维生素,罗汉果具有清热润肺,止咳,滑肠通便等功效。罗汉果味甘性凉,归肺、大肠经,有润肺止咳,生津止渴的功效,适用于肺热或肺燥咳嗽,百日咳及暑热伤津口渴等,此外还有润肠通便的功效。
葛根,别名:干葛、甘葛、粉葛,为豆科植物野葛的干燥根,拉丁:RadixPuerariaeLobatae,葛根味辛甘性平.功效:1.解热发表.2.生津止渴.3.透疹.4.止泻止痢.5.降血糖.6.扩血管.含有多种黄酮类成分,具有促进新陈代谢,加强肝脏解毒功能,改善心肌缺血状态,增强体质,提高机体抗病能力。
益生菌是指改善宿主微生态平衡而发挥有益作用的细菌或真菌,人体内有益的细菌或真菌主要有:酪酸梭菌、乳酸菌、双歧杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、放线菌、酵母菌等,益生菌对消化系统有积极作用,可以抑制产生毒素的有害菌数量,维持肠道健康,有益排便顺畅,养颜美容,饮用益生菌后可改善排泄物的气味,食欲明显增强,睡眠好,精力充沛。
红糖通常是指带蜜的甘蔗成品糖,一般是指甘蔗经榨汁,通过简易处理,经浓缩形成的带蜜糖。红糖按结晶颗粒不同,分为赤砂糖、红糖粉、碗糖等,因没有经过高度精练,它们几乎保留了蔗汁中的全部成分,除了具备糖的功能外,还含有维生素和微量元素,如铁、锌、锰、铬等,营养成分比白砂糖高很多。红糖发酵后能够加强肠道内益生菌的增殖,进一步促进肠蠕动,保持和稳定持久加强肠动力。
所述的天然矿泉水选自深山不受到人为污染,无重金属的矿泉水,例如广西壮族自治区巴马县长绿山的矿泉水。
低聚果糖又称蔗果低聚糖,是由1~3个果糖基通过β(2—1)糖苷键与蔗糖中的果糖基结合生成的蔗果三糖、蔗果四糖和蔗果五糖等的混合物。低聚果糖是一种天然活性物质,甜度为蔗糖的0.3-0.6倍。既保持了蔗糖的纯正甜味性质,又比蔗糖甜味清爽。其最引人注目的生理特性是能明显改善肠道内微生物种群比例,它是肠内双歧杆菌的活化增殖因子,可减少和抑制肠内腐败物质的产生,抑制有害细菌的生长,调节肠道内平衡;能促进微量元素铁、钙的吸收与利用,以防止骨质疏松症;可减少肝脏毒素,能在肠中生成抗癌的有机酸,有显著的防癌功能;且口味纯正香甜可口,具有类似脂肪的香味和爽口的滑腻感。
本发明的调理胃肠功能的保健品的生产方法是:
(1)将市售的低聚果糖产品加入纯净水和适量天然香料,常温或加温下调成规定的重量浓度,用玻璃瓶或塑料瓶包装,得到B组份。
(2)将益生菌群、天然矿泉水、米糠、螺旋藻、罗汉果、葛根和红糖按照比例混合均匀后,在35~37℃下5天~7天,用100目筛网过滤去渣,滤液用玻璃瓶或塑料瓶包装,得到A组份。
(3)将A组份和B组份包装,得到产品。(为了方便携带和使用,A、B两个瓶子内的产品体积成比例)。
本发明的调理胃肠功能的保健品的饮用方法是:其饮用方法是:打开A和B瓶盖,把B瓶中的液体倒入A瓶中,盖紧摇匀后0.5-2小时内直接饮用。注意:A、B两瓶的物质混合后请尽快食用(0.5-2小时内),否则由于低聚乳糖被益生菌发酵而失去部分保健功能!
本发明产生的积极效果:
1、本发明的产品比上一代产品增加B组份,B组份中的低聚果糖是一种双歧杆菌的活化增殖因子,能够大大激发益生菌的活性,使产品的起效时间由3~7天缩短到4~6小时,见效快,缩短疗程,减轻患者负担。但是由于低聚乳糖很容易在益生菌存在的情况下发酵,所以分成A、B瓶。
2、本发明采用的益生菌有了改变,上一代产品是酪酸梭菌、乳酸菌、双歧杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、放线菌的等量混合物,本发明的产品中益生菌是酪酸梭菌、保加利亚乳杆菌、双歧杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌和嗜热链球菌的等重量混合物;嗜热链球菌使得益生菌菌群在肠胃中的温度有更好的活力。
3、本发明的产品味道甘甜,气味清香,提高产品的适口性,使消费者更容易接受。
4、本发明产品可直接补充人体正常生理细菌,调整肠道菌群平衡,抑制并清除肠道中对人具有潜在危害的细菌。
具体实施方式
实施例1
(1)米糠2kg、螺旋藻1kg、罗汉果1kg和葛根2kg混合,用粉碎机粉碎至能通过80目筛网,把得到的粉末放入发酵罐中,放入78kg巴马天然矿泉水,加入14kg红糖,搅拌至红糖溶解完全,放入2kg益生菌群,搅拌均匀后密封发酵罐,在35~37℃下发酵5天,用100目筛网过滤去渣,滤液用玻璃瓶包装,得到A组份,每瓶80ml。
所述的益生菌群为酪酸梭菌、保加利亚乳杆菌、双歧杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌和嗜热链球菌的等重量混合物。
(2)低聚果糖加入适量甜橙精油,加入纯净水,调成含有低聚果糖20wt%的水溶液,用玻璃瓶包装,得到B组份,每瓶40ml。
(3)将一瓶A和一瓶B捆绑包装,得到本发明的保健品。
其饮用方法是:打开A、B瓶盖,把B瓶中的液体倒入A瓶中,盖紧摇匀后0.5-2小时内直接饮用。
实施例2
(1)米糠1kg、螺旋藻2kg、罗汉果1kg和葛根3kg混合,用粉碎机粉碎至能通过80目筛网,把得到的粉末放入发酵罐中,放入74kg巴马天然矿泉水,加入16kg红糖,搅拌至红糖溶解完全,放入2kg益生菌群(与实施例1相同),搅拌均匀后密封发酵罐,在35~37℃下发酵6天,用100目筛网过滤去渣,滤液用玻璃瓶包装,得到A组份,每瓶100ml;
(2)低聚果糖加入适量柠檬精油,加入纯净水,调成含有低聚果糖40wt%的水溶液,用玻璃瓶包装,得到B组份,每瓶40ml。
(3)将一瓶A和一瓶B捆绑包装,得到本发明的保健品。

实施例3
(1)米糠3kg、螺旋藻1kg、罗汉果1kg和葛根3kg混合,用粉碎机粉碎至能通过80目筛网,把得到的粉末放入发酵罐中,放入75kg巴马天然矿泉水,加入10kg红糖,搅拌至红糖溶解完全,放入3kg益生菌群(与实施例1相同),搅拌均匀后密封发酵罐,在35~37℃下发酵5天,用100目筛网过滤去渣,滤液用玻璃瓶包装,得到A组份,每瓶90ml;
(2)低聚果糖加入适量茉莉花精油,加入纯净水,调成含有低聚果糖60wt%的水溶液,用玻璃瓶包装,得到B组份,每瓶30ml。
(3)将一瓶A和一瓶B捆绑包装,得到本发明的保健品。
其饮用方法是:打开A、B瓶盖,把B瓶中的液体倒入A瓶中,盖紧摇匀后0.5-2小时内直接饮用。
实施例4
(1)米糠4kg、螺旋藻1kg、罗汉果2kg和葛根3kg混合,用粉碎机粉碎至能通过80目筛网,把得到的粉末放入发酵罐中,放入70kg巴马天然矿泉水,加入18kg红糖,搅拌至红糖溶解完全,放入2kg益生菌群(与实施例1相同),搅拌均匀后密封发酵罐,在35~37℃下发酵5天,用100目筛网过滤去渣,滤液用玻璃瓶包装,得到A组份,每瓶80ml。
(2)低聚果糖加入适量桂花精油,加入纯净水,调成含有低聚果糖70wt%的水溶液,用玻璃瓶包装,得到B组份,每瓶20ml。
(3)将一瓶A和一瓶B捆绑包装,得到本发明的保健品。
其饮用方法是:打开A、B瓶盖,把B瓶中的液体倒入A瓶中,摇匀后0.5-2小时内直接饮用。
实施例5
(1)米糠4kg、螺旋藻2kg、罗汉果2kg和葛根4kg混合,用粉碎机粉碎至能通过80目筛网,把得到的粉末放入发酵罐中,放入68kg巴马天然矿泉水,加入12kg红糖,搅拌至红糖溶解完全,放入1.5kg益生菌群(与实施例1相同),搅拌均匀后密封发酵罐,在35~37℃下发酵7天,用100目筛网过滤去渣,滤液用玻璃瓶包装,得到A组份,每瓶80ml。
(2)低聚果糖加入适量甜橙精油,加入纯净水,调成含有低聚果糖80wt%的水溶液,用玻璃瓶包装,得到B组份,每瓶20ml。
(3)将一瓶A和一瓶B捆绑包装,得到本发明的保健品。
其饮用方法是:打开A、B瓶盖,把B瓶中的液体倒入A瓶中,摇匀后0.5-2小时内直接饮用。
实施例6
(1)米糠2kg、螺旋藻2kg、罗汉果1kg和葛根3kg混合,用粉碎机粉碎至能通过80目筛网,把得到的粉末放入发酵罐中,放入74kg巴马天然矿泉水,加入20kg红糖,搅拌至红糖溶解完全,放入2.5kg益生菌群(与实施例1相同),搅拌均匀后密封发酵罐,在35~37℃下发酵6天,用100目筛网过滤去渣,滤液用玻璃瓶包装,得到A组份,每瓶80ml。
(2)低聚果糖加入适量玫瑰精油,加入纯净水,调成含有低聚果糖55wt%的水溶液,用玻璃瓶包装,得到B组份,每瓶20ml。
(3)将一瓶A和一瓶B捆绑包装,得到本发明的保健品。
其饮用方法是:打开A、B瓶盖,把B瓶中的液体倒入A瓶中,摇匀后0.5-2小时内直接饮用。
为证明本发明一种调理胃肠功能的保健品的安全性和提高免疫调节功能的效果,本发明还完成了如下试验:
(一)安全性毒理学评价
取健康昆明种小鼠100只,体重20~25g,雌雄各半,分成两组,每天经口灌胃给药1次,剂量为服用本品10ml/kg体重,空白对照组给予等量的生理盐水,连服观察15天,并在实验过程中的第3天、第7天、第15天活杀小鼠做病理切片。试验结果表明:本品口服给药剂量为10ml/kg体重,与空白对照组相比,观察至15天小鼠无不良反应,心、肝、脾、肺、肾病理切片无变化。
(二)免疫调节功能的动物实验
实验结果:根据《保健食品评审专家培训资料汇编(三)保健食品检验与评价技术规范(2003版)》的评价标准。本次试验的调理人体消化系统的营养液对特异性免疫和非特异性免疫菌具有一定的免疫调节作用。
实验动物及方法:对照组为饮用生理盐水。每项实验清洁级ICR雄性小鼠40只,按体重随机分为4组,每组10只,分别为本发明的产品高、中、低剂量组和阴性对照组,以20ml/kg体重作为中剂量组,另设30和10ml/kg为高和低剂量组。服用本发明产品30d,每天一次,口灌胃给予。将ICR雄性小鼠(20~225g)随机分为对照组和高、中、低剂量实验组。4组动物均正常饲养,对照组给予生理盐水,相同条件饲养。饲养30d后,处死动物,进行下述免疫指标的测定。
实验结果:
1.非特异性免疫:实验包括计算小鼠的脾脏指数、胸腺指数。本发明产品对脾脏指数有非常显著的提高(4.06±0.30)VS(3.52±0.26)(P<0.01),对胸腺指数的提高没有显著差异性。
2.体液免疫:实验包括ELISA法则测小鼠外周血中免疫球蛋白lgM,lgG的含量。本发明调理人体消化系统的营养液可以显著提高血清中lgM的含量(1.28±0.10)VS(0.98±0.16)(P<0.01),lgG含量提高有统计学意义(P<0.05)。
3.细胞免疫:实验包括MTT法则ConA刺激脾淋巴细胞增殖,迟发型变态反应(DTH),乳酸脱氢酶测NK细胞活性和流式细胞术测T细胞亚群CD4+,CD8+以及CD4+/CD8+的变化。用MTT发测定ConA刺激的小鼠淋巴细胞增殖,DNFB攻击小鼠两耳,以及LDH法测NK细胞活性,其结果均显示实验组和对照组没有显著差异。运用流式细胞术对T细胞亚群的数值进行测量,实验组中CD4+(69.02±5.78)VS(55.43±7.11)和CD4+/CD8+(2.61±0.65)VS(1.22±0.47)的含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而CD8+的含量则显著低于对照组(P<0.05)
淋巴器官病理学改变:对4组小鼠的脾脏及胸腔进行染色,镜下观察病理学改变。经过HE染色,病理读片结果表明,受试物本发明的产品对小鼠脾脏和胸腺无不良影响。
应用实施例1
周某,3岁,厌食,不怎么想吃饭,腹胀,喝牛奶胃反酸,不用本发明的产品,5小时后上厕所,排出粪便,腹胀情况消失,肠胃感觉舒服,继续服用3天,饭量比以前增加了一倍,喝牛奶没有出现胃反酸现象,睡眠质量也提高了。
应用实施例2
徐某,江西南昌人,58岁,有20多年的便秘,随着年龄的增长,每隔4、5年就会特别的腹胀难受,第一次服用本发明的产品,6小时后感觉肠绞痛,进而感到内急,如厕后,感觉肠胃很舒服,腹胀感消失,第二天服用4小时后,也马上内急,感觉肠胃上下翻滚,如厕后感觉肠胃舒畅,这样,服用第7天起,服用后没有出现内急,每天如厕正常有规律,坚持20年后,发现睡眠得到了改善,20多年的便秘彻底消失了,气色也相当的好。
应用实施例3
云南康先生,45岁,患有肠胃炎,吃生喝冷容易引起腹泻,平时辣椒也不敢吃,吃辣的东西就会引起便秘,中西药吃了无数,效果不是很理想,吃不好睡不好,饱受折磨。第一次服用本发明的产品,4小时后感觉肠胃上下翻腾,进而感到内急,如厕后倍感舒畅,被告知这是本发明产品的有益菌大量繁殖的正常表现,经过如厕后排出有害细菌的必经途径后,继续服用产品,坚持5天后,有害细菌排进,得到控制,大便有规律,恢复正常,腹泻的情况没有了,食欲增强了,睡眠质量也得到提高。
Claims (2)
1.一种调理胃肠功能的保健品,由A组份和B组份组成,
所述的A组份是由以下重量份数的原料通过发酵而得:益生菌群1-3;天然矿泉水68~78;米糠2~4,螺旋藻1~2;罗汉果1~2,葛根2~4;红糖10~20;所述的益生菌群为酪酸梭菌、保加利亚乳杆菌、双歧杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌和嗜热链球菌的等重量混合物;
所述的B组份为含有低聚果糖水溶液,低聚果糖的重量浓度为20~80%;
所述的A组份与B组份的体积比为2~4:1;
所述的B组份中低聚果糖水溶液中还含有天然香料,加入量为B组份总量的0.01-0.1;
其生产过程是:
(1)将市售的低聚果糖产品加入纯净水和适量天然香料,常温或加温下调成规定的重量浓度,用玻璃瓶或塑料瓶包装,得到B组份;
(2)将益生菌群、天然矿泉水、米糠、螺旋藻、罗汉果、葛根和红糖按照比例混合均匀后,在35~37℃下5天~7天,用100目筛网过滤去渣,滤液用玻璃瓶或塑料瓶包装,得到A组份;
(3)将A组份和B组份包装,得到产品;
所述的调理胃肠功能的保健品的饮用方法是:打开A和B瓶盖,把B瓶中的液体倒入A瓶中,盖紧摇匀后0.5-2小时内直接饮用。
2.如权利要求1所述的调理胃肠功能的保健品,其特征在于,所述的天然香料为甜橙精油、柠檬精油、玫瑰精油、茉莉花精油或桂花精油中的任一种或它们的组合物。
