本发明涉及一种调节肠道微生态环境,改善宝宝上火的营养包。
背景技术
宝宝处于生长发育的旺盛阶段,对营养物质的需求比成人相对要多,但宝宝各器官娇嫩、调节能力有限,在食用普通奶粉和米粉等食物时容易受食物所伤而导致上火,且因宝宝消化能力不健全、各器官的发育程度不完善、排毒解毒能力差、免疫能力低下等生理特点,单靠自身调节,很难战胜上火,宝宝上火后容易引起便秘、大便干结、小便短黄、拉肚子、眼屎多、口舌生疮、口干舌燥、皮肤干燥、烦躁哭闹、有口气等症状,若长期未得有效调理,会进一步影响宝宝生理机能,降低宝宝抵抗力,让感冒等疾病趁虚而入,从而影响宝宝正常起居,不利于生长发育。
宝宝上火、肠胃功能失调若采用药品或打针等方式直接泻火,往往是见效快、复发也快,很难从根本上起到调理宝宝身体的作用,因此,研制出能调节肠道微生态环境,改善宝宝上火的营养包的食疗方法,非常重要。
《中华人民共和国药典》(2010年版一部)记载:麦芽为禾本科植物大麦HordeumvulgareL.的成熟果实经发芽干燥的炮制加工品,气微、味微甘,功能与主治:行气消食、健脾开胃,用于食积不消、脘腹胀痛、脾虚食少、肝郁胁痛、脾胃气痛等;菊花为菊科植物菊ChrysanthemummorifoliumRamat.的干燥头状花序,气清香、味甘、微苦,功能与主治:散风清热、平肝明目、清热解毒,用于风热感冒、头痛眩晕、目赤肿痛、眼目昏花、疮痈肿毒;金银花为忍冬科植物忍冬LonicerajaponicaThunb.的干燥花蕾或带初开的花,气清香、味淡、微苦,功能与主治:清热解毒,疏散风热,用于痈肿疔疮、喉痹、丹毒、热毒血痢、风热感冒、温病发热;陈皮为芸香科植物橘CitrusreticulataBlanco及其栽培变种的干燥成熟的果皮,气香、味辛、苦,功能与主治:理气健脾、燥湿化痰,用于脘腹胀满、食少吐泻、咳嗽痰多;山楂为蔷薇科植物山里红CrataeguspinnatifidaBge.var.majorN.E.Br.或山楂CrataeguspinnatifidaBge.的干燥成熟果实,气微清香、微酸、微甜,功能与主治:消食健脾、行气散淤、化浊降脂,用于肉食积滞、胃脘胀满、泻痢腹痛、瘀血经闭、心腹刺痛等。
益生元,是指可以选择性刺激肠道中已定植的有益菌群的繁殖或活性的一种膳食补充剂,在通过上消化道时,大部分不被消化而能被肠道菌群所发酵,它只刺激有益菌群的生长,而不是有潜在致病性或腐败活性的有害细菌。常见的益生元有低聚异麦芽糖(IMO)、低聚果糖(FOS)、低聚半乳糖(GOS)等。低聚异麦芽糖(IMO)属于非消化性低聚糖类,主要成分为异麦芽糖、潘糖、异麦芽三糖及异麦芽四糖等,低聚异麦芽糖难以被胃酶消化,甜度低、热量低。低聚果糖(FOS)是指以2~5个果糖基为链节,以一个葡萄糖基为链的端基,以果糖基→果糖连接键为主体骨架连接而成的碳水化合物,即指l~4个果糖基以β-2,l糖苷键连接在蔗糖的D-果糖基上而形成的蔗果三糖(GF2)、蔗果四糖(GF3)、蔗果五糖(GF4)和蔗果六糖(GF5)的混合物,其中蔗果六糖含量不得超过低聚果糖总含量的5%。低聚半乳糖(GOS)是大量存在于动物的乳汁和乳清中的一组功能性低聚糖,具有低分子量水溶性膳食纤维的特点,黏度低,水溶性好,不结合矿物质,口感清爽,热值较低。低聚异麦芽糖、低聚果糖、低聚半乳糖等在进入大肠后,都能被肠道菌群选择性地发酵(主要是被双歧杆菌与乳酸菌所利用,不被有害菌利用),进而促进肠道益生菌的生长和增殖,从而改善肠道微生态平衡,增强免疫力;低聚异麦芽糖、低聚果糖、低聚半乳糖还具有维持肠道功能、改善便秘和腹泻等功能。
低聚异麦芽糖、低聚果糖和低聚半乳糖作为常见的膳食纤维,也常常用于婴幼儿产品。然而,单独使用一种膳食纤维通常需要很大的量才能达到这种效果,而大量膳食纤维的加入又会影响调制乳品的稳定性、口感,当消费者越来越不愿意使用大量添加剂时,膳食纤维的存在也会常常带来消费者的误解。
特别是用于婴幼儿产品时,大量增加不能被婴幼儿所消化的膳食纤维既不符合婴幼儿的消化需要,也影响婴幼儿对于蛋白质等其身体所急需营养物质的摄入,因此,更加不易增加膳食纤维的摄入。然而,发明人意外的发现通过对膳食纤维的复配,可以在不提高膳食纤维用量,甚至减少其使用总量的情况下,仍然达到较好的改善肠道微生态平衡,促进肠道益生菌的生长和增殖的效果。
以上所述物质相互补益,起到一个调节肠道微生态环境、调理宝宝肠胃、改善宝宝上火的良好调理效果。
发明内容
本发明其目的就在于提供一种调节肠道微生态环境,改善宝宝上火的营养包。
为实现上述目的而采取的技术方案是:一种调节肠道微生态环境,改善宝宝上火的营养包,其特征在于含有如下质量百分含量(下同)的成分:低聚异麦芽糖1.2%~4.5%,低聚果糖0.8%~2.2%,低聚半乳糖0.4%~0.8%。
进一步:一种调节肠道微生态环境,改善宝宝上火的营养包,该营养包是由下列原料混配而成:速溶豆粉(豆浆粉)20%~30%(指质量百分含量,下同),大豆分离蛋白18.8%~28.2%,营养米粉16%~24%,麦芽糊精10.5%~15.7%,低聚异麦芽糖1.2%~4.5%,低聚果糖0.8%~2.2%,低聚半乳糖0.4%~0.8%,混合水果粉1.6%~2.4%,麦芽提取物0.8%~1.2%,菊花提取物0.8%~1.2%,金银花提取物0.4%~0.6%,陈皮提取物0.4%~0.6%,山楂提取物0.4%~0.6%,复配维生素0.07%~0.18%,复配矿物质2.8%~4.2%,碳酸钙2.1%~3.1%。
上述一种调节肠道微生态环境,改善宝宝上火的成分配方,所述营养米粉是以大米为原料,经膨化工艺加工而成。
上述的一种调节肠道微生态环境,改善宝宝上火的营养包,所述营养包添加了低聚异麦芽糖、低聚果糖和低聚半乳糖三种益生元,且三种益生元添加比例为5.3:3.5:1。
上述的一种调节肠道微生态环境,改善宝宝上火的营养包,所述营养包中添加的混合水果粉由菠萝浓缩汁、桔子浓缩汁、芒果浓缩汁、柠檬浓缩汁、苹果浓缩汁加工而成。
上述的一种调节肠道微生态环境,改善宝宝上火的营养包,还含有一定量的维生素,以每日份营养包计,其含有:维生素A205μg~450μg、维生素D4.1mg~9.0mg、维生素B10.4mg~0.9mg、维生素B20.4mg~0.9mg、维生素B60.4mg~0.9mg、维生素B120.4μg~0.9μg、烟酸2.4mg~6.0mg、叶酸61.8μg~150μg。
上述的一种调节肠道微生态环境,改善宝宝上火的营养包,还含有一定量的矿物质,以每日份营养包计,其含有:钙164mg~360mg、铁6.2mg~10.8mg、锌4.1mg~7.0mg。
本发明通过对可溶性膳食纤维的复配,得到了一种成本低、产品稳定、口味良好,易于消费者接受的调节肠道微生态环境、改善宝宝上火的营养包。试验证明,通过对膳食纤维的复配,可以在不提高膳食纤维用量,甚至减少其使用总量的情况下,仍然达到较好的,甚至比单独使用一种膳食纤维更好的改善肠道微生态平衡,促进肠道益生菌的生长和增殖的效果。
特别是,通过使用特定配方的膳食纤维是的产品的乳化特性大大提升、且冲水后的产品稳定性也大大提升,特别适宜婴幼儿进食较慢的特点,保证了产品较长时间内的优异口感和风味,有利于婴幼儿的进食。

下面通过具体试验,进一步说明本发明产品对于调节肠道微生态环境的影响,以证明本发明的优异效果。
(1)试验方法
1、选择本地区(江西省)6-12月龄的宝宝,平均年龄8.7月40例,每10位宝宝一组,采集其粪便。采集标本前,检查并记录受检者近期无腹泻、便秘、消化不良和无使用抗生素等。粪便标本留取均用无菌瓶留取,立即送检。称取新鲜0.5克置于含有4.5毫升液的无菌瓶中内,小瓶内含有4-5粒玻璃珠,捣成糊状,然后在混旋器上(300转/分),振荡10分钟制成匀浆,稀释到10-7,用滴种法滴种于相应的选择性培养基上,每类菌做3个平行培养24-72小时。以科氏革兰氏染色,在相应的培养基上,找出所需培养的典型菌落涂片染色。镜检观察符合与培养基相对应的细菌,以适当稀释度的细菌总数,以平均值计数。
2、给与幼儿每日5g本发明实施例1-3的产品,同时给与对照组每日5g基于本发明实施例1改进的配方(采用实施例1的配方,仅将低聚果糖改为约39.2kg,同时,不添加低聚果糖和低聚异麦芽糖)。分别统计其服用前和服用本产品4周后的肠道菌群和肠道pH值。

结果表明,与单独使用低聚果糖相比,本发明的产品可以使得受试宝宝肠内大多数消化菌的数量显著增加(P﹤0.05),特别是可以使得双歧杆菌和消化球菌的数量成极显著增加(P﹤0.01),说明本发明的膳食纤维复配使得各组分之间对于肠道菌群的调节产生了协同效应。而且,通过对宝宝的观察,我们发现,膳食纤维的复配对于传统保健成分的吸收也有明显的促进作用,如在本发明中,婴儿上火的问题得到了明显改善。
与此同时的是,肠道的pH并非发生明显变化,而稳定了肠道环境将有利于婴幼儿营养的吸收和情绪的管理。
