Abstract
本发明公开一种能调节肠道微生态环境,改善宝宝贫血、厌食的营养包,其特征在于含有如下质量百分含量(下同)的成分:低聚异麦芽糖1.2%~4.5%,低聚果糖0.8%~2.2%,低聚半乳糖0.4%~0.8%。本发明的营养饮品添加了组合益生元(低聚异麦芽糖、低聚果糖、低聚半乳糖)、植物提取物(红枣提取物、桂圆提取物),并强化了产品中钙铁锌、B族维生素及叶酸含量,且添加了促进矿物质吸收的酪蛋白磷酸肽,能促进肠道菌群的生长,改善肠道微生态环境,且能改善因营养素缺乏所起的婴幼儿贫血、厌食。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种能调节肠道微生态环境,改善宝宝贫血、厌食的营养包。
背景技术
婴幼儿由于胃肠道未发育成熟、消化能力及身体代谢能力弱、自身抵抗力差,容易出现胃肠不适现象,从而导致抗病能力下降。膳食纤维是人体不可缺少的第七营养素,能有效改善胃肠功能。低聚异麦芽糖、低聚果糖、低聚半乳糖属于水溶性的膳食纤维,不能被胃肠道中的消化酶所分解,能增加肠道的蠕动,还可作为益生元被肠道中的双歧杆菌发酵利用,产生大量的短链脂肪酸而降低肠道的pH,从而双向调节肠道内环境,有利于婴幼儿肠道健康。目前,益生元已被证实其临床功效,且被广泛地应用于婴幼儿食品中。
世界卫生组织将小儿缺铁性贫血列为全球四大营养性疾病之一,在发展中国家5岁以下儿童发病率为40%~50%,在我国患病率为27.2%~71.6%,主要集中在3岁以下婴幼儿。缺铁性贫血会影响小儿生长发育,对外界反应能力差,神经系统发育缓慢,智力低下等。合理补充铁对预防缺铁性贫血具有重要作用。除此之外,婴幼儿还会出现非缺铁性贫血,维生素B12和叶酸能有效预防贫血。《中华人民共和国药典》中记载大枣(红枣)和龙眼(桂圆)能补中益气,养血安神,可用于气血不足。
厌食是儿童膳食行为异常的一种疾病,以1~6岁小儿多见,针对厌食患儿锌、铜、铁、钙营养状况的临床分析显示厌食组头发中各营养素的含量均明显低于正常人群。多项研究对生长发育迟缓儿童微量元素进行了分析,发现缺锌患儿人数最多,其次是缺钙患儿,元素锌钙缺乏将直接影响婴幼儿生长发育,且年龄越小,缺乏越明显。由此可见,钙铁锌与婴幼儿的生长发育密切相关。
低聚异麦芽糖、低聚果糖和低聚半乳糖作为常见的膳食纤维,也常常用于婴幼儿产品。然而,单独使用一种膳食纤维通常需要很大的量才能达到这种效果,而大量膳食纤维的加入又会影响调制乳品的稳定性、口感,当消费者越来越不愿意使用大量添加剂时,膳食纤维的存在也会常常带来消费者的误解。
特别是用于婴幼儿产品时,大量增加不能被婴幼儿所消化的膳食纤维既不符合婴幼儿的消化需要,也影响婴幼儿对于蛋白质等其身体所急需营养物质的摄入,因此,更加不易增加膳食纤维的摄入。然而,发明人意外的发现通过对膳食的纤维的复配,可以在不提高膳食纤维用量,甚至减少其使用总量的情况下,仍然达到较好的改善肠道微生态平衡,促进肠道益生菌的生长和增殖的效果。
酪蛋白磷酸肽是以牛奶酪蛋白为原料,经过单一或复配蛋白酶的水解分离纯化得到的天然生理活性肽。酪蛋白磷酸肽在体内能与钙、铁、锌等二价矿物质离子结合,防止产生沉淀,增强肠内可溶性矿物质的浓度,从而促进肠粘膜对钙、铁、锌,尤其是钙的吸收和利用,从而对改善婴幼儿贫血、厌食有积极意义。
本发明能促进肠道菌群的生长,改善肠道微生态环境,且能改善因营养素缺乏所起的婴幼儿贫血、厌食,为婴幼儿提供均衡合理的营养。
发明内容
本发明其目的就在于提供一种能调节肠道微生态环境,改善宝宝贫血、厌食的营养饮品。
为实现上述目的而采取的技术方案是:
一种能调节肠道微生态环境,改善宝宝贫血、厌食的营养包,含有如下质量百分含量(下同)的成分:低聚异麦芽糖1.2%~4.5%,低聚果糖0.8%~2.2%,低聚半乳糖0.4%~0.8%。
进一步:一种能调节肠道微生态环境,改善宝宝贫血、厌食的营养包,该营养包括以下成分:速溶豆粉20%~30%(指质量百分含量,下同),大豆分离蛋白粉18.5%~27.5%,米粉16%~24%,麦芽糊精11.5%~17.0%,低聚异麦芽糖1.2%~4.5%,低聚果糖0.8%~2.2%,低聚半乳糖0.4%~0.8%,综合水果粉1.5%~2.5%,红枣提取物0.8%~1.2%,桂圆提取物0.8%~1.2%,酪蛋白磷酸肽0.6%~0.9%,碳酸钙2.1%~3.1%,复配维生素0.07%~0.18%,复配矿物质2.8%~4.2%。
上述一种能调节肠道微生态环境,改善宝宝贫血、厌食的营养包,所述米粉是以大米为原料,经膨化工艺加工而成。
上述一种能调节肠道微生态环境,改善宝宝贫血、厌食的营养包,该营养包含低聚异麦芽糖、低聚果糖、低聚半乳糖三种益生元,且三种益生元添加比例为5.3:3.5:1。
上述一种能调节肠道微生态环境,改善宝宝贫血、厌食的营养包,该营养包所使用的综合水果粉由菠萝浓缩汁、桔子浓缩汁、芒果浓缩汁、柠檬浓缩汁、苹果浓缩汁加工而成。
上述一种能调节肠道微生态环境,改善宝宝贫血、厌食的营养包,该营养包含一定量的维生素,以该营养包生产的成品每日份含量(20g)计,包含维生素A205μgRE~450μgRE,维生素D4.1μg~9.0μg,维生素B10.4mg~0.9mg,维生素B20.4mg~0.9mg,维生素B60.4mg~0.9mg,维生素B120.4μg~0.9μg,烟酸2.4mg~6.0mg,叶酸61.8μg~150μg。
上述一种能调节肠道微生态环境,改善宝宝贫血、厌食的营养饮品的营养包,该营养包含一定量的矿物质,以该营养包生产的成品每日份含量(20g)计,包含钙164mg~360mg,铁6.2mg~10.8mg,锌4.1mg~7.0mg。
本发明通过对可溶性膳食纤维的复配,得到了一种成本低、产品稳定、口味良好,易于消费者接受的调节肠道微生态环境、改善宝宝上火的营养包。试验证明,通过对膳食的纤维的复配,可以在不提高膳食纤维用量,甚至减少其使用总量的情况下,仍然达到较好的,甚至比单独使用一种膳食纤维更好的改善肠道微生态平衡,促进肠道益生菌的生长和增殖的效果。
特别是,通过使用特定营养包的膳食纤维是的产品的乳化特性大大提升、且冲水后的产品稳定性也大大提升,特别适宜婴幼儿进食较慢的特点,保证了产品较长时间内的优异口感和风味,有利于婴幼儿的进食。

下面通过具体试验,进一步说明本发明产品对于调节肠道微生态环境的影响,以证明本发明的优异效果。
(1)试验方法
1、选择本地区(江西省)6-12月龄的宝宝,平均年龄8.7月40例,每10位宝宝一组,采集其粪便。采集标本前,检查并记录受检者近期无腹泻、便秘、消化不良和无使用抗生素等。粪便标本留取均用无菌瓶留取,立即送检。称取新鲜0.5克置于含有4.5毫升液的无菌瓶中内,小瓶内含有4-5粒玻璃珠,捣成糊状,然后在混旋器上(300转/分),振荡10分钟制成匀浆,稀释到10-7,用滴种法滴种于相应的选择性培养基上,每类菌做3个平行培养24-72小时。以科氏革兰氏染色,在相应的培养基上,找出所需培养的典型菌落涂片染色。镜检观察符合与培养基相对应的细菌,以适当稀释度的细菌总数,以平均值计数。
2、给与幼儿每日5g本发明实施例1-3的产品,同时给与对照组每日5g基于本发明实施例1改进的营养包(采用实施例1的营养包,仅将低聚果糖改为约39.2kg,同时,不添加低聚果糖和低聚异麦芽糖)。分别统计其服用前和服用本产品4周后的肠道菌群和肠道pH值。

结果表明,与单独使用低聚果糖相比,本发明的产品可以使得受试宝宝肠内大多数消化菌的数量显著增加(P﹤0.05),特别是可以使得双歧杆菌和消化球菌的数量成极显著增加(P﹤0.01),说明本发明的膳食纤维复配使得各组分之间对于肠道菌群的调节产生了协同效应。而且,通过对宝宝的观察,我们发现,膳食纤维的复配对于传统保健成分的吸收也有明显的促进作用,如在本发明中,婴儿厌食的问题得到了明显改善。
与此同时的是,肠道的pH并未发生明显变化,而稳定了肠道环境将有利于婴幼儿营养的吸收和情绪的管理。
Claims (7)
1.一种能调节肠道微生态环境,改善宝宝贫血、厌食的营养包,其特征在于含有如下质量百分含量(下同)的成分:低聚异麦芽糖1.2%~4.5%,低聚果糖0.8%~2.2%,低聚半乳糖0.4%~0.8%。
2.如权利要求1所述的能调节肠道微生态环境,改善宝宝贫血、厌食的营养包,其特征在于由如下原料混配而成:速溶豆粉20%~30%,大豆分离蛋白粉18.5%~27.5%,米粉16%~24%,麦芽糊精11.5%~17.0%,低聚异麦芽糖1.2%~4.5%,低聚果糖0.8%~2.2%,低聚半乳糖0.4%~0.8%,综合水果粉1.5%~2.5%,红枣提取物0.8%~1.2%,桂圆提取物0.8%~1.2%,酪蛋白磷酸肽0.6%~0.9%,碳酸钙2.1%~3.1%,复配维生素0.07%~0.18%,复配矿物质2.8%~4.2%。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种能调节肠道微生态环境,改善宝宝贫血、厌食的营养包,其特征在于所述米粉是以大米为原料,经膨化工艺加工而成。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种能调节肠道微生态环境,改善宝宝贫血、厌食的营养包,其特征在于低聚异麦芽糖、低聚果糖、低聚半乳糖三种益生元的添加比例为5.3:3.5:1。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种能调节肠道微生态环境,改善宝宝贫血、厌食的营养包,其特征在于所述综合水果粉由菠萝浓缩汁、桔子浓缩汁、芒果浓缩汁、柠檬浓缩汁、苹果浓缩汁加工而成。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种能调节肠道微生态环境,改善宝宝贫血、厌食的营养包,其特征在于该营养包含一定量的维生素,以该营养包生产的成品每日份含量20g计,包含维生素A205μgRE~450μgRE,维生素D4.1μg~9.0μg,维生素B10.4mg~0.9mg,维生素B20.4mg~0.9mg,维生素B60.4mg~0.9mg,维生素B120.4μg~0.9μg,烟酸2.4mg~6.0mg,叶酸61.8μg~150μg。
