本发明属于营养食品技术领域,尤其涉及一种含可溶性膳食纤维的预消化型全营养配方食品。
背景技术
营养不良(malnutrition)是指因营养摄入不足、过剩或营养比例异常,与机体的营养需求不协调,因而导致身体状况和精神状态下降的临床综合征,包括营养不足、肥胖和超重以及微量营养素缺乏。随着我国社会老龄化进程不断加快,老年人营养不良问题日益突出,住院患者尤其是老年人营养不良发病率高。此外,饮食结构不合理、生活不规律、运动量减少、不良生活嗜好(烟酒、熬夜)和饮食习惯(高盐、高脂)、食品污染等因素导致非住院人群中各种膳食相关慢性疾病的发病率也呈明显上升趋势,患病人群日趋年轻化、儿童化,庞大的医疗费用支出已经成为国家、社会和家庭沉重的经济负担。
根据GB 29922《食品安全国家标准特殊医学用途配方食品通则》定义:特殊医学用途配方食品是为了满足进食受限、消化吸收障碍、代谢紊乱或特定疾病状态人群对营养素或膳食的特殊需要,专门加工配制而成的配方食品。该类产品必须在医生或临床营养师指导下,单独食用或与其他食品配合食用。主要包含三种:全营养配方食品、特定全营养配方食品、非全营养配方食品。其中,全营养配方食品按氮源可分为三大类:氨基酸型、短肽型、整蛋白型。
肠内营养制剂的选择应根据胃肠功能状况慎重选用。整蛋白型肠内营养配方对肠粘膜的更新和修复有刺激作用,较肽类或纯氨基酸配方更强,但这类产品要求胃肠道具备较正常的消化吸收能力。而对于急慢性胰腺炎、腹泻、炎症性肠道疾病等胃肠道功能不足或部分缺失状态下的患者,特别是危重症病人,常有呕吐和胃排空延迟等现象,此时完全给予大分子聚合物肠内营养配方可能导致部分患者胃潴留、呕吐、腹胀、腹泻、便秘等并发症的发生率增加,而早期使用预消化型肠内营养配方可明显减轻患者的胃肠道负担,且能保证完整而足量的营养支持,还能有效促进胃肠道功能的恢复,减少并发症的发生。
近年来大量临床和文献表明,膳食纤维是多种肠道疾病的重要保护因素。膳食纤维可加快结肠运输,产生短链脂肪酸,正向调节肠道菌群等生理作用,现临床已广泛用于危重症病人、炎症性肠病等胃肠动力障碍病人的辅助治疗。目前市场上和文献报道中并无针对急慢性胰腺炎、腹泻、炎症性肠道疾病等胃肠道功能不足或部分缺失状态下的患者的含可溶性膳食纤维的预消化型特殊医学用途全营养配方食品。
发明内容
本发明提供一种含可溶性膳食纤维的预消化型全营养配方食品,旨在解决现有技术存在的问题。
本发明是这样实现的,一种含可溶性膳食纤维的预消化型全营养配方食品,每100g所述含可溶性膳食纤维的预消化型特殊医学用途全营养配方食品中含有:低纤维碳水化合物52.5-68.5g,乳肽12-22g,中链甘油三酯4-8g,植物油微囊粉4.5-10g,矿物质预混料4.0-6.0g,维生素预混料0.8-1.2g,阿拉伯胶0.5-1.0g,食用香精0.02-0.10g,三氯蔗糖0.01-0.05g。

实施例1
本实施例提供一种技术方案:一种含可溶性膳食纤维的预消化型特殊医学用途全营养配方食品,每100g含可溶性膳食纤维的预消化型特殊医学用途全营养配方食品中含有:低纤维碳水化合物63.635g,乳肽17.5g,中链甘油三酯5.0g,植物油微囊粉7.0g,柠檬酸钠419.5mg,磷酸氢二钾333.2mg,氯化钾592.7mg,硫酸铜0.3mg,碳酸镁101.25mg,焦磷酸铁13.75mg,氧化锌5.45mg,硫酸锰1.15mg,碳酸钙129.2mg,磷酸氢钙243.55mg,碘化钾44.65μg,亚硒酸钠29.3μg,醋酸维生素A 1682.05IU,维生素D3319.6IU,dl-α-醋酸生育酚4.46mg,植物甲萘醌0.035mg,硝酸硫胺素1.46mg,核黄素1.46mg,盐酸吡哆醇1.46mg,氰钴胺0.72μg,烟酰胺6.13mg,叶酸0.157mg,D-泛酸钙2.44mg,L-抗坏血酸钠51.02mg,生物素23.38mg,酒石酸氢胆碱147.31mg,左旋肉碱50mg,牛磺酸38.4mg,阿拉伯胶0.8g,食用香精0.05g,三氯蔗糖0.015g。制得的产品得率为95.84%。
请参阅图1,按照如下步骤制备成品:按比例称取各物料,经风淋、隧道杀菌、配料、筛分、预混、总混、金属探测、灌装等主要工艺过程即制得成品。产品得率约为95.84%。

本发明的一种含可溶性膳食纤维的预消化型全营养配方食品,其制备方法操作简单,相较于湿法工艺,其生产过程中营养素的损失较少,营养素指标控制精确,适合大规模工业化生产的应用。产品组分全面、丰富,易于机体消化吸收,特别添加低聚果糖、低聚异麦芽糖、低聚木糖等可溶性膳食纤维,通过各组分的协同作用,在保证病人合理膳食的基础上最大限度减少病人肠道负担,促进急慢性胰腺炎、腹泻、炎症性肠道疾病等胃肠道功能不足或部分缺失状态下的患者疾病的康复。

Claims (10)
1.一种含可溶性膳食纤维的预消化型全营养配方食品,其特征在于:每100g所述含可溶性膳食纤维的预消化型特殊医学用途全营养配方食品中含有:低纤维碳水化合物52.5-68.5g,乳肽12-22g,中链甘油三酯4-8g,植物油微囊粉4.5-10g,矿物质预混料4.0-6.0g,维生素预混料0.8-1.2g,阿拉伯胶0.5-1.0g,食用香精0.02-0.10g,三氯蔗糖0.01-0.05g。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种含可溶性膳食纤维的预消化型全营养配方食品,其特征在于:每100g所述含可溶性膳食纤维的预消化型特殊医学用途全营养配方食品中含有:低纤维碳水化合物63.635g,乳肽17.5g,中链甘油三酯5.0g,植物油微囊粉7.0g,矿物质预混料5.0g,维生素预混料1.0g,阿拉伯胶0.8g,食用香精0.05g,三氯蔗糖0.015g。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种含可溶性膳食纤维的预消化型全营养配方食品,其特征在于:每100g所述含可溶性膳食纤维的预消化型特殊医学用途全营养配方食品中含有麦芽糊精56-62g、低聚果糖1.5-2.5g。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种含可溶性膳食纤维的预消化型全营养配方食品,其特征在于:每100g所述含可溶性膳食纤维的预消化型特殊医学用途全营养配方食品中含有麦芽糊精61.635g、低聚果糖2.0g。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种含可溶性膳食纤维的预消化型全营养配方食品,其特征在于:所述乳肽经蛋白酶水解后以二肽、三肽和寡肽为主,分子量Mw≤2500Da的肽含量高达98%以上。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种含可溶性膳食纤维的预消化型全营养配方食品,其特征在于:所述植物油微囊粉由植物油、包埋载体、食品添加剂等经混合配料、乳化、喷雾干燥等主要工艺制备而成;
其中,植物油按照重量比包括如下组分葵花籽油20-35:亚麻籽油5-10。
7.如权利要求6所述的一种含可溶性膳食纤维的预消化型全营养配方食品,其特征在于:所述植物油微囊粉的包埋载体是葡萄糖浆、酪蛋白、低聚麦芽糖、低聚异麦芽糖、低聚木糖中的一种或几种。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种含可溶性膳食纤维的预消化型全营养配方食品,其特征在于:每1g所述维生素预混料包括醋酸维生素A 1429.74-1934.36IU、维生素D3 271.66-367.54IU、dl-α-醋酸生育酚3.79-5.13mg、植物甲萘醌0.03-0.04mg、硝酸硫胺素1.24-1.68mg、核黄素1.24-1.68mg、盐酸吡哆醇1.24-1.68mg、氰钴胺0.62-0.83μg、烟酰胺5.21-7.05mg、叶酸0.134-0.181mg、D-泛酸钙2.00-2.88mg、L-抗坏血酸钠43.38-58.67mg、生物素19.87-26.89mg、酒石酸氢胆碱125.21-169.41mg、左旋肉碱42.50-57.50mg、牛磺酸32.64-44.16mg,余料为维生素预混料载体。
9.如权利要求1所述的一种含可溶性膳食纤维的预消化型全营养配方食品,其特征在于:每1g所述矿物质预混料包括柠檬酸钠67.12-100.68mg、磷酸氢二钾56.7-76.7mg、氯化钾100.82-136.26mg、硫酸铜0.05-0.07mg、碳酸镁17.21-23.29mg、焦磷酸铁2.29-3.10mg、氧化锌0.87-1.31mg、硫酸锰0.18-0.27mg、碳酸钙21.96-29.72mg、磷酸氢钙41.4-56.02mg、碘化钾7.14-10.71μg及亚硒酸钠4.69-7.03μg,余料为矿物质预混料载体。
10.如权利要求1所述的一种含可溶性膳食纤维的预消化型全营养配方食品,其特征在于:每1g所述矿物质预混料包括柠檬酸钠83.9mg、磷酸氢二钾66.64mg、氯化钾118.54mg、硫酸铜0.06mg、碳酸镁20.25mg、焦磷酸铁2.75mg、氧化锌1.09mg、硫酸锰0.23mg、碳酸钙25.84mg、磷酸氢钙48.71mg、碘化钾8.93μg及亚硒酸钠5.86μg,余料为矿物质预混料载体。
