背景技术

所述的益生菌群为酪酸梭菌、保加利亚乳杆菌、双歧杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、嗜热链球菌的混合物,它们的重量比酪酸梭菌:保加利亚乳杆菌:双歧杆菌:嗜酸乳杆菌:嗜热链球菌为1:1:1:1:1。
所述的益生菌群也可以采用蒙牛公司生产酸乳使用的LABS益生菌。
本发明的调理人体消化系统的营养液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)把米糠、螺旋藻、罗汉果、葛根去杂质,分别粉碎,过筛,收集过80目的颗粒;、红糖粉碎过筛,收集过40目的颗粒;
(2)把步骤(1)过筛后的米糠、螺旋藻、罗汉果、葛根和红糖按照比例放入发酵罐中,加入天然矿泉水75%,搅拌至红糖全部溶解,加入益生菌群,搅拌均匀,在35~37℃下全封闭发酵5天,过滤,滤液即为具有调理人体消化系统的营养液,分装到容器中,即可得到产品。
以下是营养液的原料成分分析:
米糠是稻谷的外壳,含有纯天然的维生素B,维生素B起到调节新陈代谢,维持皮肤和肌肉的健康,增进免疫系统和神经系统的功能,促进红血球的产生,预防贫血发生。
螺旋藻是一类低等植物,含有丰富的蛋白质、维生素B族,螺旋藻中所含的叶绿素A,有着独特的造血净血功能,螺旋藻中的蛋白质的氨基酸组成与人血蛋白相似,极易被人体吸收。如果能够采用云南省丽江市永胜县程海镇生产的螺旋藻(程海湖螺旋藻),效果更好。据专家介绍,程海湖螺旋藻对于中老年人,能够预防心脑血管疾病、调节血糖、防治便秘、提高人体免疫力、营养补充等;对于少年儿童人群,能够改善食欲,补充营养,防治发育不良、记忆下降、视力减退等,明显改善体能和智力的雪域东巴。对于女性人群,能够美容,可防治和改善贫血。
罗汉果,葫芦科植物罗汉果 Siraitia grosvenorii (Swingle) C. Jeffrey ex Lu et Z. Y. Zhang 的干燥果实。被人们誉为“神仙果”,果实中含有丰富的葡萄糖、果糖基多种维生素,罗汉果具有清热润肺,止咳,滑肠通便等功效。罗汉果味甘性凉,归肺、大肠经,有润肺止咳,生津止渴的功效,适用于肺热或肺燥咳嗽,百日咳及暑热伤津口渴等,此外还有润肠通便的功效。
葛根,别名:干葛、甘葛、粉葛,为豆科植物野葛的干燥根,拉丁:Radix Puerariae Lobatae, 葛根味辛甘性平.功效:1.解热发表.2.生津止渴.3.透疹.4.止泻止痢.5.降血糖.6.扩血管. 含有多种黄酮类成分,具有促进新陈代谢,加强肝脏解毒功能,改善心肌缺血状态,增强体质,提高机体抗病能力。
益生菌是指改善宿主微生态平衡而发挥有益作用的细菌或真菌,人体内有益的细菌或真菌主要有:酪酸梭菌、保加利亚乳杆菌、双歧杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、放线菌等,益生菌对消化系统有积极作用,可以抑制产生毒素的有害菌数量,维持肠道健康,有益排便顺畅,养颜美容,饮用益生菌后可改善排泄物的气味,食欲明显增强,睡眠好,精力充沛。
酪酸梭菌,拉丁名Clostridium butyricum,能耐受胃酸进入肠道,分泌肠粘膜再生和修复的重要营养物质酪酸(丁酸),修复受损伤的肠粘膜,消除炎症,营养肠道。并能促进双歧杆菌等肠道有益菌生长,抑制痢疾志贺氏菌等肠道有害菌生长,恢复肠道菌群平衡,减少胺、氨、吲哚等肠道毒素的产生及对肠粘膜的毒害,恢复肠免疫功能和正常的生理功能。
保加利亚乳杆菌,拉丁名:Lactobacillus bulgaricus,能抑制肠道中的致病菌和腐败菌的繁殖,使粪便中的大肠杆菌、产气荚膜梭形菌数量减少,产生寡糖,改善通便,缩短粪便在大肠中的时间。乳酸菌发酵产生的乳酸和乙酸,有杀菌作用,能产生过氧化氢(H2O2),有抑菌作用,还能产生多种抗菌素,这些抗菌素对沙门氏菌、志贺氏菌、葡萄球菌、需氧芽抱杆菌、梭形菌、假单胞菌等有拮抗作用。因此,保加利亚乳杆菌能调整肠道中菌群之间的平衡,抑制有害细菌生长,有预防条件致病菌在人体免疫力低时发生感染的作用,从而对人体起到保护作用。
双歧杆菌(Bifidobacterium)是1899年由法国学者Tissier从母乳营养儿的粪便中分离出的一种厌氧的革兰氏阳性杆菌,末端常常分叉,故名双歧杆菌。已确认双歧杆菌是肠内最有益的菌群,它能够维护肠道正常细菌菌群平衡,抑制病原菌的生长,防止便秘,下痢和胃肠障碍,抗肿瘤,在肠道内合成维生素、氨基酸和提高机体对钙离子的吸收,增强人体免疫机能,抗衰老,延年益寿。
嗜酸乳杆菌,拉丁名Lactobacillus acidophilus,能分泌抗生物素类物质(嗜酸乳菌素(acidolin)、嗜酸杆菌素(acidophilin)、乳酸菌素(1aetocidon)), 对肠道致病菌产生的拮抗作用。
嗜热链球菌(Streptococcus)为健康人肠道正常菌群,可在人体肠道中生长、繁殖。可直接补充人体正常生理细菌,调整肠道菌群平衡,抑制并清除肠道中对人具有潜在危害的细菌
所述的LABS益生菌群所包含的四种益生菌——L-保加利亚乳杆菌、A-嗜酸乳杆菌、B-双歧杆菌、S-嗜热链球菌是充分考虑到中国人体质的需要和肠道特征,并按照中国人的口味习惯而研发的。它的优点在于所含的嗜酸乳杆菌和双歧杆菌,可以在人体内定殖、成活,更有益于人体健康。
红糖通常是指带蜜的甘蔗成品糖,一般是指甘蔗经榨汁,通过简易处理,经浓缩形成的带蜜糖。红糖按结晶颗粒不同,分为赤砂糖、红糖粉、碗糖等,因没有经过高度精练,它们几乎保留了蔗汁中的全部成分,除了具备糖的功能外,还含有维生素和微量元素,如铁、锌、锰、铬等,营养成分比白砂糖高很多。红糖发酵后能够加强肠道内益生菌的增殖,进一步促进肠蠕动,保持和稳定持久加强肠动力。
所述的天然矿泉水选自深山不受到人为污染,无重金属的矿泉水,例如广西壮族自治区巴马县长绿山的矿泉水;
本发明采用以纯天然泉水、米糠、螺旋藻、葛根、罗汉果、红糖、益生菌群为原料,用生物发酵工艺,经过过滤后得到具有调理净化人体消化道和血液的营养液,它服用后容易被人体吸收,安全无副作用,不受年龄、性别、生理条件限制,适用于各种因素导致的便秘(包括年老体弱,手术后患者,产妇,儿童等)人群服用,特别是还可以作为有严重的高血压,心、脑血管疾病的患者预防心脑血管意外发生的保健作用;另外,本发明产品对祛除肠道垃圾和毒素,对美容养颜有明显的效果。
具体实施方式
实施例1
米糠、螺旋藻、罗汉果、葛根用粉碎机粉碎,过80目筛;红糖用粉碎机粉碎,过40目筛;取过80目筛的米糠2kg、螺旋藻1kg、罗汉果1kg、葛根3kg,放入发酵罐中,放入40目的红糖16kg,再加入75kg天然矿泉水,搅拌至红糖全部溶解,加入酪酸梭菌400g、乳酸菌400g、双歧杆菌400g、嗜酸乳杆菌400g、嗜热链球菌400g,搅拌均匀,盖紧发酵罐的盖子,在35~37℃环境下发酵5天,过300目无纺布过滤袋,得到72L营养液。
实施例2
米糠、螺旋藻、罗汉果、葛根用粉碎机粉碎,过80目筛;红糖用粉碎机粉碎,过40目筛;取过80目筛的米糠3kg、螺旋藻1kg、罗汉果1kg、葛根4kg,放入发酵罐中,放入40目的红糖16kg,再加入75kg巴马天然矿泉水,搅拌至红糖全部溶解,加入蒙牛公司生产酸乳的LABS益生菌500g,搅拌均匀,盖紧发酵罐的盖子,在35~37℃环境下发酵5天,过300目无纺布过滤袋,得到72L营养液。
为证明本发明一种调理人体消化系统的营养液的安全性和提高免疫调节功能的效果,本发明还完成了如下试验:
(一)安全性毒理学评价
结论:根据《保健食品评审专家培训资料汇编(三)保健食品检验与评价技术规范(2003版)》的评价标准,本次实验所用的活性益生菌营养饮料为基本无毒,3天期间2组试验动物均无死亡,外观均无异常。
(二)免疫调节功能的动物实验
实验结果:根据《保健食品评审专家培训资料汇编(三)保健食品检验与评价技术规范(2003版)》的评价标准。本次试验的调理人体消化系统的营养液对特异性免疫和非特异性免疫菌具有一定的免疫调节作用。
实验动物及方法:对照组为饮用生理盐水。每项实验清洁级ICR雄性小鼠40只,按体重随机分为4组,每组10只,分别为本发明调理人体消化系统的营养液高、中、低剂量组和阴性对照组,以人体推荐剂量10倍20ml/kg作为中剂量组,另设25和15ml/kg为高和低剂量组。服用本发明调理人体消化系统的营养液42d,灌胃给予,按0.1ml/10g体重给药。将ICR雄性小鼠(19~22g)随机分为对照组和高、中、低剂量实验组。4组动物均正常饲养,对照组给予生理盐水,实验组给予相应的巴马活性益生菌饮料灌胃,每天1次。饲养42d后,处死动物,进行下述免疫指标的测定。
实验结果:
1.非特异性免疫:实验包括计算小鼠的脾脏指数、胸腺指数。本发明调理人体消化系统的营养液对脾脏指数有非常显著的提高(3.98±0.32)VS(3.48±0.22)(P<0.01),对胸腺指数的提高没有显著差异性。
2.体液免疫:实验包括ELISA法则测小鼠外周血中免疫球蛋白lgM,lgG的含量。本发明调理人体消化系统的营养液可以显著提高血清中lgM的含量(1.24±0.12)VS(0.99±0.15)(P<0.01),lgG含量提高有统计学意义(P<0.05)。
3.细胞免疫:实验包括MTT法则ConA刺激脾淋巴细胞增殖,迟发型变态反应(DTH),乳酸脱氢酶测NK细胞活性和流式细胞术测T细胞亚群CD4+,CD8+以及CD4+/CD8+的变化。用MTT发测定ConA刺激的小鼠淋巴细胞增殖,DNFB攻击小鼠两耳,以及LDH法测NK细胞活性,其结果均显示实验组和对照组没有显著差异。运用流式细胞术对T细胞亚群的数值进行测量,实验组中CD4+(68.87±6.54)VS(54.12±8.48)和CD4+/CD8+(2.47±0.76)VS(1.18±0.53)的含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而CD8+的含量则显著低于对照组(P<0.05)
4.淋巴器官病理学改变:对4组小鼠的脾脏及胸腔进行染色,镜下观察病理学改变。经过HE染色,病理读片结果表明,受试物本发明调理人体消化系统的营养液对小鼠脾脏和胸腺无不良影响。
应用实施例:
实施例1
覃某,企业职工,2011年11月开始出现肠胃不舒服、吃东西不消化,头目眩晕、面色萎黄、时有畏寒,自服西药,未见好转,服用本发明本发明调理人体消化系统的营养液1个月后,肠胃正常,患者食欲大为改善,精神好转,自汗止。
实施例2
刘女士,29岁,2011年2月产后,开始出现虚弱,面色不华,自汗,头目眩晕,面色萎黄,少气乏力及中虚胃痛,便溏等症,自服西药,未见好转,服用本本发明调理人体消化系统的营养液后,患者精神好转,自汗止,红光满面,中虚胃痛,便溏症状已明显好转。
实施例3
李某,54岁,2010年11月开始出现乏力,自汗、头目眩晕、面色萎黄、肾虚腰疼、阳萎早泄、胃酸过多且胃痛,糖尿病,自服西药,未见好转,服用本发明调理人体消化系统的营养液2个月后,患者食欲大为改善,精神好转,自汗止,肾虚腰疼、阳萎早泄、胃酸过多、胃痛等症状已明显好转,糖尿病也得到很好抑制,红光满面。
Claims (4)
1.一种调理人体消化系统的营养液,其特征在于:各原料的重量百分比为:
益生菌群2% ; 天然矿泉水75%;
米糠2%; 螺旋藻1%;
罗汉果1%; 葛根3%;
红糖16%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的调理人体消化系统的营养液的配制方法,其特征在于:所述的调理人体消化系统的营养液的配制方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)把米糠、螺旋藻、罗汉果、葛根去杂质,分别粉碎,过筛,收集过80目的颗粒;红糖粉碎过筛,收集过40目的颗粒;
(2)把步骤(1)过筛后的米糠、螺旋藻、罗汉果、葛根和红糖按照上述比例放入发酵罐中,加入按照比例的天然矿泉水,搅拌至红糖完全溶解,按照比例加入益生菌群,搅拌均匀,在35~37℃下全封闭发酵5天,过滤,滤液即为具有调理净化人体消化道和血液的营养液,分装到容器中。
3.根据权利要求1所述的调理人体消化系统的营养液,其特征在于:所述的益生菌群为酪酸梭菌、保加利亚乳杆菌、双歧杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌、嗜热链球菌的混合物,它们的重量比酪酸梭菌:保加利亚乳杆菌:双歧杆菌:嗜酸乳杆菌:嗜热链球菌为1:1:1:1:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的调理人体消化系统的营养液,其特征在于:所述的益生菌群蒙牛公司生产酸乳使用的LABS益生菌。
