Abstract

本发明公开了一种美式与法式两用气嘴接头结构,接头本体一端设美式气嘴插孔,以及一外径小于该美式气嘴插孔的法式气嘴插孔,法式气嘴插孔往内设有一活动槽,接头本体外周缘设有至少一由外贯穿到该法式气嘴插孔的通孔,通孔内设置限位块,限位块位移为进入或离开法式气嘴插孔的行程位移,限位块的一端设有卡制端,另一端为限制端,一控制组设于该接头本体上,控制组控制限位块的限制端,以及一制动杆设于接头本体的活动槽内具有可控制的位移,制动杆对应美式气嘴插孔方向设有一限位槽及一压抵端,制动杆供气体通过,由此,一气嘴接头通过可以控制制动杆的前后动作,使气嘴接头一端可以供美式气嘴或法式气嘴接设充气,不须更换结构或繁杂的操作。

美式与法式两用气嘴接头结构
技术领域
本发明有关于一种美式气嘴与法式气嘴皆可使用的两用气嘴接头结构,尤其涉及一种可以结合法式气嘴的改良接头,使其除可供结合法式气嘴还可结合美式气嘴。
背景技术
目前的充气方式主要有二种,一种为扳动束紧式,扳动束紧式是利用压缩橡胶使气嘴接头将气嘴束紧,使用虽然快速,但是束紧力度差,无法用于高压充气,另一种为螺牙转动式,螺牙转动式是利用公、母螺牙的转动使气嘴接头将气嘴螺固,虽然能够用于高压充气,但是使用螺转过程非常缓慢不方便,且无论何种方式都必须双手操作。
本发明的发明人,之前创作出一种气嘴使用的接头,在对轮胎充气时可以与气嘴结合,且结合稳固性好,但却无法同时针对两种不同规格的气嘴结合充气,这是改良的重点。
发明内容
本发明人针对上述已知气嘴接头结构,扳动束紧式束紧力度差,无法用于高压充气,且仅适用于美式或法式其中的一种的气嘴,为同时克服上述缺点,本发明提供一种美式与法式两用气嘴接头结构。
本发明提供一种美式与法式两用气嘴接头结构,包含:一接头本体,该接头本体一端设有一具有美式牙的美式气嘴插孔,以及一外径小于该美式气嘴插孔的法式气嘴插孔,且该法式气嘴插孔位于该美式气嘴插孔的向内一距离,另外,该法式气嘴插孔向内设有一活动槽,该接头本体另一端设有一进气孔,该接头本体外周缘设有至少一由外贯穿到该法式气嘴插孔的通孔;设于通孔的限位块,该限位块位移为进入或离开法式气嘴插孔的行程位移,且该限位块一端对应该内部法式气嘴插孔方向设有具有契合齿的卡制端,该限位块外部为限制端;一控制组设于该接头本体上,该控制组控制该限位块的限制端;以及一制动杆设于该接头本体的活动槽内具有可控制的位移,该制动杆对应该美式气嘴插孔方向设有一限位槽及一压抵端,该制动杆供气体通过。
本发明美式与法式两用气嘴接头结构与现有技术的气嘴接头结构相比,具有以下优点:
1、该美式与法式两用气嘴接头结构通过控制制动杆的前后动作,使该气嘴接头一端可以供美式气嘴或法式气嘴接设充气,不须更换结构或繁杂的操作。
2、该美式与法式两用气嘴接头结构的一端除可以供美式气嘴或法式气嘴接设充气外,对于法式气嘴的接设,还能通过限位块与契合齿的配合得到快速的结合或分离,且结合的牢固性好,更适合高压充气,不需要缓慢的螺转手段。

下面结合附图将本发明较佳实施例详细说明:
请参考图1,图2,图3,其中气嘴接头1供美式气嘴2或法式气嘴3接设充气,该美式气嘴2外周缘设有美式螺牙2A,端部内设有美式阀2B,该法式气嘴3外周缘设有法式螺牙3A,端部内设有法式阀3B,该气嘴接头1包含:
一接头本体10,该接头本体10一端设有一具有美式牙111的美式气嘴插孔11,以及一外径小于该美式气嘴插孔11的法式气嘴插孔12,且该法式气嘴插孔12位于该美式气嘴插孔11的向内一距离,另外,该法式气嘴插孔12向内设有一活动槽13,该接头本体10另一端设有一与该美式气嘴插孔11、该法式气嘴插孔12及该活动槽13贯通的进气孔14,该接头本体10上位于该法式气嘴插孔12外周缘处,设有至少一由外贯穿到该法式气嘴插孔12的通孔15,该美式气嘴插孔11与法式气嘴插孔12之间设有一O形环16。
配合该通孔15数量的限位块20,该限位块20设于该通孔15中具有可控制的位移,该限位块20位移为进入或离开法式气嘴插孔12的行程位移,且该限位块20一端对应该内部法式气嘴插孔12方向设有具有契合齿21A的卡制端21,该卡制端21通过契合齿21A与该法式气嘴3的法式螺牙3A契合,该限位块20外部为限制端22,另外,该限位块20与接头本体10之间装设有一外推弹簧23,该外推弹簧23常态将限位块20向离开法式气嘴插孔12方向推抵。
一控制组30,设于该接头本体10上,该控制组30控制该限位块20的限制端22,使该限位块20的卡制端21与契合齿21A被限制进入或离开法式气嘴插孔12,该控制组30是一可转动环形,以套设方式与该接头本体10结合,该控制组30内设有一压抵块31,及设于该压抵块31上的滑槽32,该滑槽32所结合的该接头本体10对应处设有滑轨17,滑槽32可配合该滑轨17滑移,当滑槽32移出滑轨17时,通过转动该控制组30,该压抵块31对该滑轨17可以产生滑移后的定位,该控制组30控制该限位块20的限制端22即以该压抵块31阻挡限制端22位移。
一制动杆40,设于该接头本体10的活动槽13内具有可控制的位移,该制动杆40在活动槽13中的位移为在进气孔14与美式气嘴插孔11之间的行程位移,且该制动杆40对应该美式气嘴插孔11方向设有一限位槽41及一压抵端42,该制动杆40可供气体通过,该压抵端42对应美式阀2B。以及
一弹簧50,该弹簧50装设于该接头本体10的活动槽13槽底与该制动杆40之间。
其中,该活动槽13内接近法式气嘴插孔12处设有一外挡部18,该制动杆40上设有一内挡部43,该制动杆40在活动槽13中具有行程内的位移,当制动杆40移动到内挡部43碰触外挡部18时,该制动杆40无法再往前移。
参考图4,并继续参考图1,图2,图3,当该气嘴接头1配合与美式气嘴2接设充气时,该制动杆40受弹簧50弹性推力向美式气嘴插孔11方向位移,使该限位块20的卡制端21与契合齿21A进入法式气嘴插孔12位置且契入限位槽41,控制组30限制限位块20的限制端22,防止卡制端21离开限位槽41,当美式气嘴2的美式螺牙2A螺转于接头本体10具有美式牙111的美式气嘴插孔11时,美式阀2B被制动杆40压抵端42开启,使美式气嘴2可进行充气。
参考图5,并继续参考图1,图2,图3,当该气嘴接头1配合与法式气嘴3接设充气时,以法式气嘴3接设入接头本体10的法式气嘴插孔12,使法式螺牙3A正位对应限位块20的契合齿21A,该契合齿21A并顺势咬入法式螺牙3A,该制动杆40被法式气嘴3向后推,控制组30限制限位块20的限制端22,防止契合齿21A离开法式螺牙3A,该法式阀3B由充气气压而开启,使法式气嘴3可进行充气。
当不使用弹簧50时,该制动杆40受力向美式气嘴插孔11方向位移,该受力可为气压力量。
其中,该接头本体10是由第一组件10A、第二组件10B、第三组件10C及第四组件10D所组成,其中,该第一组件10A与该第二组件10B结合,该第二组件10B与该第三组件10C结合,该第三组件10C与该第四组件10D结合,该进气孔14设于该第一组件10A,该活动槽13设于该第二组件10B及该第三组件10C之间,该法式气嘴插孔12及该通孔15设于该第三组件10C,该美式气嘴插孔11设于该第四组件10D。
另外,本发明在使用美式气嘴2充完气,退开控制组30后,制动杆40就失去对美式阀2B的压抵,使美式阀2B为止气状态,此时美式螺牙2A与美式牙111仍保持稳固的结合,整个充气过程都不会有开启的压损问题,使针对美式气嘴2的轮胎充气更为精准无误。
由上述具体实施例的结构,可得知本发明具有下述有益效果:
1.本发明一气嘴接头1通过可以控制制动杆40的前后动作,使该气嘴接头1一端可以供美式气嘴2或法式气嘴3接设充气,不须更换结构或繁杂的操作。
2.该气嘴接头1一端除可以供美式气嘴2或法式气嘴3接设充气外,对于法式气嘴3的接设,更能利用限位块20与契合齿21A的配合得到快速的结合或分离,且结合的牢固性好,不需要缓慢的螺转手段,当该气嘴接头1配合与法式气嘴3接设充气时,一般需要一手扶住轮胎另一手把接头本体10的法式气嘴插孔12接设入法式气嘴3,本发明在接设入法式气嘴3后只需将控制组30顺式移动,即可使该契合齿21A咬入法式螺牙3A,使法式气嘴3可进行充气,该气嘴接头1单手就能操作,在使用上更是方便、顺手。

Claims (8)

1.一种美式与法式两用气嘴接头结构,其气嘴接头可供美式气嘴或法式气嘴接设充气,该美式气嘴外周缘设有美式螺牙,端部内设有美式阀,该法式气嘴外周缘设有法式螺牙,端部内设有法式阀,该气嘴接头包含:
一接头本体,该接头本体一端设有一具有美式牙的美式气嘴插孔,以及一外径小于该美式气嘴插孔的法式气嘴插孔,且该法式气嘴插孔位于该美式气嘴插孔向内一距离,另外,该法式气嘴插孔向内设有一活动槽,该接头本体另一端设有一与该美式气嘴插孔、该法式气嘴插孔及该活动槽贯通的进气孔,该接头本体上位于该法式气嘴插孔外周缘处,设有至少一由外贯穿到该法式气嘴插孔的通孔;
配合该通孔数量的限位块,该限位块设于该通孔中具有可控制的位移,该限位块位移为进入或离开法式气嘴插孔的行程位移,且该限位块一端对应该内部法式气嘴插孔方向设有具有契合齿的卡制端,该卡制端通过契合齿与该法式气嘴的法式螺牙契合,该限位块外部为限制端;
一控制组,设于该接头本体上,该控制组通过控制该限位块的限制端,使该限位块的卡制端与契合齿被限制进入或离开法式气嘴插孔;以及
一制动杆,设于该接头本体的活动槽内具有可控制的位移,该制动杆在活动槽中的位移为在进气孔与美式气嘴插孔之间的行程位移,且该制动杆对应该美式气嘴插孔方向设有一限位槽及一压抵端,该制动杆可供气体通过,该压抵端对应美式阀;
当该气嘴接头与美式气嘴接设充气时,该制动杆受力向美式气嘴插孔方向位移,使该限位块的卡制端进入法式气嘴插孔位置且契入限位槽,控制组限制限位块的限制端,防止卡制端离开限位槽,当美式气嘴的美式螺牙螺转于接头本体具有美式牙的美式气嘴插孔时,美式阀由制动杆压抵端开启,使美式气嘴可进行充气;
当该气嘴接头与法式气嘴接设充气时,以法式气嘴接设入接头本体的法式气嘴插孔,使法式螺牙正位对应限位块的契合齿,该契合齿并顺势咬入法式螺牙,该制动杆被法式气嘴向后推,控制组限制限位块的限制端,防止契合齿离开法式螺牙,该法式阀由充气气压开启,使法式气嘴可进行充气。
2.根据权利要求1所述的美式与法式两用气嘴接头结构,其中,该制动杆受力向美式气嘴插孔方向位移,该受力为气压力量。
3.根据权利要求1所述的美式与法式两用气嘴接头结构,其中,该接头本体的活动槽槽底与该制动杆之间装设有一弹簧,该制动杆受力向美式气嘴插孔方向位移,该受力为弹簧弹性推力。
4.根据权利要求1所述的美式与法式两用气嘴接头结构,其中,该美式气嘴插孔与法式气嘴插孔间设有一O形环。
5.根据权利要求1所述的美式与法式两用气嘴接头结构,其中,该活动槽内接近法式气嘴插孔处设有一外挡部,该制动杆上设有一内挡部,该制动杆在活动槽中具有行程内的位移,制动杆移动到内挡部碰触外挡部时,则无法再向前移。
6.根据权利要求1所述的美式与法式两用气嘴接头结构,其中,该接头本体是由第一组件、第二组件、第三组件及第四组件所组成,该第一组件与该第二组件结合,该第二组件与该第三组件结合,该第三组件与该第四组件结合,该进气孔设于该第一组件,该活动槽设于该第二组件及该第三组件之间,该法式气嘴插孔及该通孔设于该第三组件,该美式气嘴插孔设于该第四组件。
7.根据权利要求1所述的美式与法式两用气嘴接头结构,其中,该限位块与接头本体之间装设有一外推弹簧,该外推弹簧常态将限位块向离开法式气嘴插孔方向推抵。
8.根据权利要求1所述的美式与法式两用气嘴接头结构,其中,该控制组是一可转动环形,以套设方式与该接头本体结合,该控制组内设有一压抵块,及设于该压抵块上的滑槽,该滑槽所结合的该接头本体对应处设有滑轨,滑槽可配合该滑轨滑移,当滑槽移出滑轨时,通过转动该控制组,该压抵块对该滑轨产生滑移后的定位,该控制组控制该限位块的限制端,以该压抵块阻挡限制端位移。
